The area is very nice, not only do you have trails near by so if you like nature that's a huge plus, but you're also very close to many shopping centers and anything else you may want or need. There are also a lot of great amenities that are free!

Lots of problems during my stay, squeaky floors, clicking pipes while neighbors shower, very much noise at 6am when the trash machine comes, constant whirring from the hvac and airport, unprofessional staff

Please double check the apartment before signing the lease for any issues-there might be some issues which cannot be fixed.Maintainece team is fast in resolving issues though.They are very proffesional

Although I've only been here for a couple of days I'm generally happy with the apartment, but concerned about the garage. I've asked for better locks to be installed on the garage door, but so far that hasn't happened. I'm concerned about the security.

Experience has been almost entirely positive. Significant improvements made over the last few years to the most common issues described when I first moved in - trash service has been overhauled, and internet service is now exceptional.

It would be more helpful if places would list their restricted breeds on their site instead of it only saying restriction apply. I personally wasted two days calling several places for this information. So far I've loved the community and the staff, and we're very happy with our decision. Umair was sooooooo helpful and super nice and communicative. He for sure made us fall in love with the unit during our search.

Great community. The front desk team is very friendly and patient with any questions. The maintenance team is excellent. Came quickly each time and the problem was solved immediately. Highly recommended!

The cost per square foot here is very competitive, plus the apartment is larger than many others. The rental agent we dealt with was very professional and pleasant. We're new residents, but so far everything has been great

It has been wonderful. The staff has been professional and patient in helping with whatever issues I needed handle. Great staff. I had lived in the community previously from June 2015 to June 2018, before being transferred overseas for work.

Overall We have a Good experience living in woodland park the only thing is the trash can that is next to our apartment and it's very loud when they want to clean it and move the trashes they usually do it middle of the night or very early in the morning

Great community close to all the shopping centers and work palces. The representatives are really good to work with. The maintenance staff are really good too. I would definitely recomemnd this apartments.

Maintenance crews are always super helpful and prompt. The community is amazing, people are friendly and the apartment staff are always pleasant. We'd recommend this apartment complex to anyone, we haven't had any issues, we plan on renewing our lease in a month or two.

My experience with this community has been positive. Clean apartments & premises, quiet neighbors, & a true active community. The apartments are furnished with mid level quality materials and finishes. Apartments are a nice size & include tall ceilings & crown molding.

Standards are very high at this apartment community. Close to grocery shops, schools, child care facilities and public transport hubs. Maintenance staff do a great job and are prompt. Great living experience overall!

The community is nice and quiet, close to restaurants and big companies. Very close to school, but the units are old, it took forever to resolve maintenance and people in the community hit and run my car without leaving a note. parking there is not good

Awesome experience, nice friendly maintenance staff. Community experience is very nice. They have some or the other program every month. It has a dog park and Play area. Good, safe place for family living.

The staff were very responsive during the planning stages of the move, everything prepared, and ready on the day of the move making the move transition smooth. The community is clean and a close walking distance to stores and restaurants.

Ok .... the apartment staff suddenly wakes up some day and brings up new rules... Its an ok community not that great... they are very prompt in charging fines but when it comes to their duty all these dont come. They can choose to not respond or not help.

Life at Woodland Park is amazing! Love the trees and walk trails. The apartments are gorgeous and very well kept and the Maintenance staff is on point. Requests are handled with urgency and the office staff is available for anything you need. Top notch amenities, personally love the gym and yoga room. Great place to live!!!
