This is good community with good people and good family communities. Few of the Front desk team members are really good. Maintenance is good. Multiple family events are conducted by Woodland ... which is really awesome.

The community is managed by professionals. The reason I left my last community was very un professional staff. Woodland Park has been a breath of fresh air. Staff in the office and maintenance are responsive and take care of any issues very quickly and efficiently.

This apartment is quiet with easy access to schools, parks, public transportation, and convenience stores. A major plus is the maintenance team which is prompt and courteous. Rent is little on the higher side when compared to other apartments nearby.

it is ok to stay but expensive, other apartments they wont charge for water and i they do follow gas or electricity, here we have two charges. Internet also expensive, customer dont have other choice to choose internet.

This community is lack-luster. The internet is horrible and expensive, they do not have adequate trash pick-up for the number of residents who live here, and there is not enough surface (free) parking.

Community is amazing! Excellent location and amenities! Very diligent office and maintenace staff. High quality apartments, very beautiful newlly renovated and spacious. I always look forward to enjoy my new home!

Thus far, it has been an awesome experience with most of the office staff, the maintenance team is excellent and the grounds are well kept especially moving from Ashford Meadows. Van Metre has been great compared to Lincoln Property.

Service was satisfactory till now. Hoping for similar service throughout our stay. However, getting a pass for every visitor is problematic for me as well as the visitor. There can be better idea to sort this out, as i have a lot of friends visiting me on a daily basis.

best apartment to move - in with all the facilities,friendly environment,greenary around,friendly staff and maintenance team,good play are for kids,walking trails around the community,easily accessible to bus stop,metro station,super markets.

The apartment itself is great. Love the unit design and appliances work well. Office and maintenance teams have been a disappointment. It takes multiple requests and reminders to get simple tasks addressed. Advertised as a "gated community", although hasn't actually been gated since we moved in late 2017

Woodland Park is a great property it's great for my kids and always has amazing events. Emily has been extremely helpful to me throughout the whole time and I appreciate her hard work as well as everyone on the team.

Good recommendations for Woodland Apartment. Love the neighborhood and the size of the apartment. The kitchen is huge and very efficient. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Neighborhood is clean and quiet. Very family friendly.

Great community, office staff are very attentive. Enjoy living at woodland!! Close to restaurants, grocery stores. Great place to live. Would recommend this complex to future home renters. Monthly get togethers and great gym.

Awful stuff , I regret I rented the place, terrible experience, now I have to take the bookkeeper to small claim because she came up with fake charges after I moved out and trying to ruin my credit report. Really nasty cunning people work there. Stay away

My experience at Woodland Park has been a good one. The community is beautiful and well kept. They are super responsive to issues, maintenance requests, and general questions. And you can't beat the location!

Good location,good unit and good management , maintenance is awesome they take care of issue quick , only thing I don't like they force you to choose their Own cable and internet service which is bad because now you don't have choice and it's quite expensive

I moved into an apartment here in December 2018. The look of the apartment and neighborhood had an upscale vibe to it. Unfortunately I have had a lot of issues with this place. At the beginning of the summer we had a big infestation of bugs so I opened a maintenance ticket on June 26th. I never heard anything back from them. On July 17th I called them to get an update as the problem was getting worse. I found bugs around my dogs food bowl and had enough. I was told the exterminator was there that day and would get to my apartment. Nobody came and I called back and was told I would have to wait until the next time an exterminator would come. I asked if he could check with the manager to get someone in faster and was told they would get back to me. Nobody ever contacted me back. My lease renewal is up and they raised the rent by a significant amount. How are they raising rent but they cant keep up with maintenance? They also have a tendency to cater to a certain demographic. A lot of people in this neighborhood are not dog friendly and dog rent was also raised. This complex charges way more than its worth. You are better off going to another complex. The management is rude and inattentive. I am on the fence to renew my lease the way things have been going.

The community is well kept, the playground and dog park are amazing locations. The weight room is a perfect size for your workout needs. The apartments has the newest appliances and are very spacious. I would recommend living here.

Nice community good staff neat and quite Recommended they have town homes which are very good but no back yard good for kids they have play area but this apartment is very big lot of kids out side playing.

The apartments are very nice quality for the price, but there are a few downsides. The ceiling is fairly thin and I can often hear my upstairs neighbor. The gym recently had 4 unattended small children playing with weights. Cable/internet service is required, and there is only one option, a company called hotwire, who just buy services from bigger companies like DirecTV and sell it back to you with worse quality and service and at a higher price.

Great place to stay. Have been here for a no of years and everything about the community is perfect. The proximity to the airport is also great. The area around is the right size. Not being too big makes it easy to manage.
