We moved to Woodland Park after downsizing from a single family home. We knew it would be an adjustment but weren't sure what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised by the attentiveness & friendliness of the office staff. The property is very nice & the amenities are so convenient.

Very good apartment and service was really good on maintenance side. The exterior and interiors are really good and my kitchen is really good. Only one drawback is there is small community hall for birthday party or small parties

While I've only lived in Woodland Park apartments for a couple of weeks, I've been happy with everything so far. Most impressive was when my air conditioning broke on Sunday afternoon of Memorial day weekend, maintenance staff was at my apartment within 15 minutes and my air conditioner was working again a few hours later. Most apartment complexes would not have spent the money to have someone service an air conditioner on a weekend, let alone a holiday weekend, but Woodland Park did!

The staff are all helpful, open and willing to fix any issues. The community is conveniently located within walking distance of a shopping center and my place of work. I am still very new to the community, but it has been a good experience so far!

Its a beautiful community, great neighbors, very accessible staff, very close to many great things like grocery, services, places to eat, main roads, etc. Pet friendly and very green. I have recommended it to people and will continue to do so.

Unfortunately, I do not have a good experience to share. - Leasing office staff is rude. - Do not care to respond to email. - I still haven't got referral check. - Internet services are not good. - When I moved in, there was a lot of pets waste left uncleaned on stairs for months.I see that this has improved a lot now! - A lot of cockroaches issue. - There is a lot of delay in communication. Would appreciate a lot if this is improved.

The apartments are a good size, well maintained, as is the whole community area. The staff are nice to deal with, friendly and helpful. Overall living in this area is pleasant, with most neighbors being friendly, and considerate. I enjoy living here.

From 2009-2016, office staff and Maintanence was great, recent years have seen a decline, I was continplating leaving last year but thought to give you another chance to improve....because of office issues and turn over my renewals were "misplaced" causing my rent to significantly go up over the last few years even though I had submitted the renewal after your first requests of renewing several months prior to the end of my renewal date, however I have been charged the month prior rate due to your office mis-staffing or incompetence issue.

The property is beautiful, clean and quiet. The staff is very helpful and courteous. The apartments are modern, spacious and absolutely gorgeous. Close to shopping, restaurants and am AMC Theater. I am enjoying Woodland Park immensely.

This has been the best value per square foot. The community is clean, quiet, and well-kept. The staff are courteous and prompt. The location is really fantastic - there is a metro stop nearby and easy access to the airport. The apartment units are well-maintained and clean.

Community is clean and good, amenities are satisfactory. Insufficient parking space for the residents, no option to choose the services or operator for internet and cable, the gates are always kept open even during the nights make it open for anybody to get into the community.

Awful, they gave me an apartment with a different layout than I was told I signed my lease for. They didn't care to help address the problems due to the different layout without costing me more money. Kids in the community are constantly unsupervised and playing soccer on the tot lot area, which results in my apartment being hit with the ball as the goal. I was originally quoted for a price significantly cheaper but due to the leasing office error the apartment I was looking to rent at that price was already rented before my meeting. Once they were able to find me another apartment the quote was no longer honored, on move in day I discovered the layout was different too.

Poor internet connection. Plus forced to use directv when their service and reception is miserable. Rent increase to amounts that don't compare well with other offerings in the area. Fitness center was mostly broken.

The location and apartment is very good. But the office staffs' service is very poor. Office staff should be more reliable and professional. More events should be organized so that neighbors can have more health interaction.

Great apartment that is newly renovated. Rent is on the higher side but it aligns with the area. I did not have any maintenance related issues so I cannot comment on the quality of the maintenance staff. Common areas are kept very clean and staff members were helpful and kind.

Location is very convenient for job location clean neigborhood with excellent restaurants and 24 hour grocery store across the street makes this community a great place to live. Location just 10 minutes from airport is just great

The units here are well laid out and spacious, which is great. The unit alone will make you want to stay here. While it is expected for there to be issues in any community, some issues here are not very well thought out by management and staff. For example. there seem to be continuing issues with the leasing staff and parking. If you rent a townhome (which are among the larger and more expensive units), you are told that you have the garage and driveway in front of your place. When you arrive, you find out there is an additional fee for this. There are residents who chose to pay this fee, and there are others who do not. Poor communication on part of the leasing office. It seems to be causing parking issues in the community as there are seem to be more and more residents opting not to pay for a reserved spot in front of their unit. Be advised, if you pay the fee to park in the driveway in front of your unit, you are not allowed to park elsewhere in the community. You can only park in that spot. Nowhere else. Ever. If you do not pay the fee, you can have up to 5 residents with vehicles who are given spots for free! This does not seem fair to those who pay extra! Management's solution is to add another leaseholder to the lease or pay for an additional spot! Not right! And to tell a families who are living in the community to add another tenant to their home is not only unprofessional but seems very tacky. Who would want to live in a place where there are multiple families and tenants in a given unit, and why would Management offer this as a solution? Additionally, if you live in a townhome unit, the garage access/side door is typically less than one foot away from the front door of that unit. If you opt not pay for the garage, you do not know who will be right there at the front door of your unit as that garage can be rented out to another tenant. Also, the garages are under the living room area and it is not well insulated. You can hear the garage door go up and down as it is very loud, and in the colder months, if the garage door goes up and down, it is hard to keep the floors warm. I gave the staff "two stars" as there are a couple (two to three people) who are helpful, professional and fair.

Good place to live in single. For family more parking place is required and children play area too is required.. Rest all are good. Apartment is very spacious. Office and maintenance Staff are very courteous.
