I love the community and Emily has been amazing to work with and always extremly helpful! The location is perfect and everything is close by. I look foward to many more years with Woodland Park Apartments.

So far everything is pretty good. The move is was good, the staff friendly. The apartment was in good condition. The only issue is the $84/month for very poor internet and DirecTV service that you are required to purchase.

This community has great maintenance team. I recommend others to go ahead and sign the lease if they are in dilemma to sign. Only thing that I can point out is, this community has centralized HVAC system that is controlled by maintenance team which might be a little pain in the arse (not a big issue though)

This is good community and close proximity to grocery store and bus stop. The only thing need to consider is parking space that is somewhat little less compared to size of the community and be ready to pay $50 to avoid that situation.

The community need experienced staff, I am badly experienced in getting keys to my hand during my move and leasing agent (Emily) is not at all taking any responsibility for her mistake. In last minute after all my movers arrangement She simply said carpeting is not yet completed and I have to wait until they complete, I unnecessarily paid extra money to movers to complete my move by end of the day. This lazy, irresponsible staff doesn't care how tough is the move. Community has horrible internet service, I recommend 'work from home' guys stay away from this community. Staff never treat customers with welcome face, because of that I don't see customers in community doesn't feel any responsibility in keeping community clean. You can see dog ---- in the every where in the community. Management needs to train the staff very often for better customer service.

I feel very safe. I walk my dog at night and have never had any issues. Parking can get a little crowded on the weekend, but I haven't not been able to find a spot. Staff is always very friendly and willing to help out with any issues.

We have had some issues with unexpected/unexplained charges and have occasionally waited a bit too long for repairs (6+ days with a non-functioning faucet) but we've also had outstanding experiences with the maintenance staff and with some of the folks in the office. It's been a mixed bag but we have enjoyed our time here.

The apartment complex is nice and so are the staff and maintenance crew. The cell phone service in my apartment in horrible. I can stand in two spots to talk on the phone and if I move nobody can hear me. The parking is pretty bad too and someone hit my car causing a lot of damage and didn't leave a note. Make sure you park next to nice cars if you live here.

Good one but I got old carpet which is not replaced when I was extending the lease but I am happy with the service .good play area but social activities can be better.i recomond this is to my friends .

My overall experience was smooth! Also the overall cleanliness of the community is awesome. The agent's were very helpful! The lease agent explained important points within the lease being sure that I had a firm understanding of my lease agreement.

Yes this apartment is good I like to stay here Long time transportation al so very close to apartment my kids and my waif they liked my soon he like swimming pool he like to go Avery day and I hope to stray here.

Sometimes the staff could be a little more responsive. There are times when they really aren't as communicative as I would like, but when they are they are very helpful. The rent is a little high and it's frustrating to be locked into only one choice for cable/internet (and that one choice also can have communication and service issues). Still, the location of the community is great and the apartments are all very nice.

Beautiful place to live. Convenience to shops and restaurants. I was very impressed with the community and so when we had the opportunity to move in.. I was excited. It lived up to all my expectations and more. My family and I are renewing our lease for another year. If possible.. longer

Courtney is a great resource and takes time to address your needs. The grounds are well kept. The community center is quite eye appealing. The complex is close to public transportation and shopping within walking distance. It is an ideal location.

My experience with Woodland Park Apartments has been nothing but positive. The locale is nice and secure, kept tidy and looking nice. The apartment itself is a good amount of space with quality appliances, no sloppy work on the interior decor either. Any requests to handle problems with the apartment are handled swiftly and non-intrusively by the apartment staff. If a place fits inside your footage / price range, I highly recommend considering Woodland Parks.

My time here at woodland park has been excellent. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend. Any issues were taken care of as soon as I submitted the work order. The only issue that I have since moving here is the parking.

This is a great apartment complex. It is safe and the community is gated (although, currently the gate system is not functioning). My initial apartment was not ready in time for my love. The apartment complex moved me to a different apartment that was larger in space and still under my budget. Maggie Patterson is a great resource to work with. She is very nice and helpful. Some of the other office staff can be a bit rude at times but overall experience is positive.

So far my experience at Woodland Park has been amazing. Great place to live the staff are always helpful and very friendly. Love it here :) I've recommended 3 of my friends to live here and they love it has well great place for kids.

Good location, competitively priced, numerous floor plans to choose from. I toured several properties in the area and felt Woodland Park had the best overall package for what I was looking for. I strongly recommend others that are looking for a rental property to give them a look.

Enviornment is neat and clean.Ameneties like gym, swimming tennis court services are great including children play area. Manitainance support service is excellent and speedy response.Only down factor which I feel is Internet and cable is mandatory so we can't go with other service providers.

Van Metre Woodland Park is a great community to live in. The Staff is very friendly and they are quick to respond to any problems you may be facing. My community leader is Eddie Martinez and he has been helpful when I have any questions. I would recommend Van Metre Woodland Park to any close friends or family. The apartment is very cozy and easy to make yourself at home. Our one bedroom with a loft has a very up to date and modern look.

Not gated as suggested. Had an issue where the liason called a road side assistAnce Company to assist her with her car. The company driver blocked the road. She stood there said nothing while the roadside assistant employer disrespected her resident. Only like 5 mins later did she maggie identify herself as a staff member

It's very nice experience with enough space. Pleasant surroundings and regular community get together parties. Well maintained Apartments and play ares. Highly secures and gated community. Overall happy living.
