Exprices is not very good with staff, either they over loaded or not willing to work, for me it takes a lot of time and multiple follow up, they did not show my apartment before movement, they change my moving date.

Clean, really convenient if you have kids due to proximity of elementary school. Centrally located. Gym is nice and pool is clean. The security gate however is never down even though it should be. Outside of windows should get power cleaned

It's been a wonderful experience. The only problem I've had is inexperienced drivers hitting my parked cars in the parking lot, hundreds of dollars in damages! The staff has been amazing and helpful. It's been Very nice to live here.

It's largely been great. There will always be issues, but the mark of a great service provider is how they deal with such issues, and WPA has always dealt with them extremely well. I highly recommend them.

Nice, calm and peaceful community to live. Community has Kids play area and all amenities. Close to shopping and schools etc.. and also easy for commute to DC for work. I would recommend to my friends.

Great community to live and we just moved in a week back so need sometime to observe.I raised service requests as soon as we moved in which means the apartment was not handed in a proper things was not working and toilets was should remind them to do everything like gate access,mailbox number. The home should be handed in a perfect way. You can still do better to make this 'best' rather being 'good'

while location is good, the service is pathetic - people keep changing in leasing office . Bad basic service breaks the chance for my recommending this place. Poor internet, poor TV service AND poor maintenance response for critical things like AC breaking down -

This is very nice community in Herndon with all the amenities, schoolzone and close to shops. Fixing the service request in no time. Friendly staff and communication on the general announcements and implementation.

As mentioned earlier on the comments community captains are very cooperative and have patience to listen. Excellent customer service and a great technician team. Please have a system that could recognize us with a phone number while calling instead of asking for the whole address details.

This is a very peaceful community with attentive leasing office. All amenities and facilities are satisfactory, including the Gym and pool. Maintenance staff could be more responsive. Not that they are bad, but could respond tomely.

This apartment complex has been okay for the first year. But this year we ran into a number of issues. I can't get the office staff to return my phone calls and emails. Until I go to the office and stand in front of them, they ignore me. Also, we had the complex give us 2 days notice to remove EVERYTHING from cabinets and pantries onto the floor in the middle of our apartment so that they could spray for pests. This is not something we requested. They also could not answer whether it was safe for pets. This was a really horrible experience for us. The last thing, and most frustrating for us, is the upstairs neighbors. They are so loud and their footsteps literally shake our apartment. We can't stand it anymore and have to move out.

Everything is good except the price. This place is overpriced. Few management people are rude and some are very friendly and respectable. The apartment is spacious. This would be recommendable if the price is not a concern.

Apartments are good and maintenance staff is good and prompt. Office staff is not enough trained to speak politely with Tenants. I've experienced this on the day one when I moved in. Managers are moving away very frequently.

Very clean apartment and service was very good then other apartments in that same area. We like to stay in the same apartment in future. Public transportation is near by and well surrounded with all restaurants and grocery stores.

Leasing office staff members should be user friendly always. I had tough and unhappy moments when I went to leasing office few months back. Also, staff members are often changed. One good thing is that you can always reach out the Head - Property Manager through email. She always respond properly.

I have been leaving here from past 2 and half years. They is no good communication between tenants and staff members. Staff keep changing very frequently. They don't respond in time. We have to keep on going to them to sort out issues. Below are our problems we faced. 1) we had dish washer at our apartment which doesn't work well and whenever we use it there will be stains on the utensils which doesn't go off again we need to wash separately. We opened a ticket for this they said they are not going to replace it and it's normal in these apartments. 2) Dryer won't work properly, every time we have to put 3 times for each load for even small load.

The community is run on a very small staff that doesn't have enough time to help anyone. The residents apartments have a horrible smell that comes from them and will go into your unit. The good reviews on here are written by the staff as they pay them to write reviews (overheard that conversation at the front desk). I would not recommend them at all!

Good neighbour hood... Easy access to groceries, Mall and schools. Easy access to the highway 267... Falls under good rated school.. maintenance staff are very responsive in timely manner. Community amendities are good.

Van metre Woodland apts is a good place to stay. Ive had no problems so far. The maintenance is quick to respond and Nick is very helpful. As far as the wifi connectivity issue goes, its not really something to frown upon unless, you jave more than 2-3 people staying at your place.

Im really happy with the community, the stuff and the neiborhood. All areas are clean, the maintenance people are great, I am really recomended some friends all the great people that are looking for a safe and greatest enviroment for thier families.

Nice and good apartments- maintenance staff are very courteous and are very helpful. The management is understanding and make sure they help you to resolve if you have any issue. I personally had a good time in this apartment.

Great apartment community, so far I have zero complaints, well, I do have one. Some of our residents are too lazy to walk an extra 5 feet into the dumpster area, they tend to just leave their trash right at the entrance instead of throwing the trash into the compactor. As a dog owner, I will always pick up behind my dog, but you have other tenants who refuse to pick-up behind their dog, almost every 50 feet there are dog stations, but yet they ignore them.

Community staff members and manager are very rude and noncoperative. During renting we got very good service from management company, but now i beleive now management is tottally change and thats why serviceis very bad. Even attitude is so bad that for sure i will leave this community next renewable time.
