Nice quiet community. Well kept and close to shops. Maintenance is very responsive and friendly. Nice community events hosted. friendly neighbors. Definitely recommend it to others. Also, they have personal garages you can rent which is great since many apartments don't offer that.

We like this community very much moved last year. Groceries shopping are near by with in 2 miles. Maintaining staff are very cooperative for any problems. I will recommend to my friends for reference.

When I first moved in we were treated amazingly. As time has gone on, I feel as if they don't care anymore. It has been very frustrating. I have emailed and messaged multiple times with questions and often won't receive a response for several days.

Fantastic lively community to live for all the age groups living in family. The amenities are good, it has 2 swimming pools and a lawn tennis court which are fun in summers. The shopping places are near - the Harris Teeter and Shoppers are nearby on walking distances. All you need are easily accessible.

The maintenance staff are great to work with. Our experience has been good. The trash always seems to be a problem, this is not the property per say its the tenants that choose not to put it in the correct place. Maintenance is always on top of getting it handled though.

It's been mostly enjoyable living here. My only concern is the rate of rent increases with lease renewal. I like that it is clean and the units are very homely. And also it's close to places I frequently go to.

It's pretty good. They are a bit expensive given the location and amenities. The staff is friendly. I live near one of the dumpsters and it is frequently spilling out all over the place. The maintenance staff is usually very quick to respond and generally fixes things right on the first go round.

The maintenance staff is excellent. They are quick to fix the problem, polite, and respectful. I have not been as impressed with the staff in the office. They seem to be interested in leasing the empty apartments but not in taking care of the current residents.

Booked the apartment online and saw the apartment. It is a beautiful apartment with a reasonable price. Mason, the community staff who helps me in moving in was fantastic. I hope they will do a good service throughout my stay in their place.

I have lived here a few years and it's had its ups and downs. Maintenance has always been nice and most have been knowledgeable. Office staff recently has gotten better about reaponsiveness. Needs stronger internet and cable signals.

Mostly very positive. Some tennants thoughtless of someone living below them. Not good Insulation in walls and ceiling. Can hear toilet flush right above my bed at night. Can even hear people walking above.

This is a good place to live; it is walking distance to the shopping centers and public transportation. It close to highways to reach quickly to Washington, DC. It is quiet neighborhood. We love this place.
