Experience till now has been good. Houses are spacious, well lighted. It's a good community. The best part is the neighborhood where everything you need is accessible and within a mile. Would recommend this to my friends for sure.

Happy that i moved to this community. We have a lot of old friends here and found some new ones. Community staffs are always helpful and maintenance is always on time. would love to recommend to any new friends.

The whole on-boarding process was very smooth. However, we were never shown the original appartment which we would be renting. The classic make of the house is not as per our expectations. The placement of the appartment just above the dumpster is not at all pleasing. The same service request was raised twice, the work is still not done. The floor is very squeaky and certain patches make a lot of noise.

My experience with the community has always been positive. I would recommend this community to anyone that I know that may be looking for a new home. It is family and pet friendly and maintenance and office staff are extremely professional, responsive and customer-service oriented.

Nice and well maintained community. Maintenance requests are handled immediately and promptly. Maintenance staff are polite and listens to the problem. All the problems listed are addressed without any issue.

Not a good place to leave. I had a water leakage for 6 times after I moved in. No compensation provided for my damaged mattress due to this leakage There are better communities in this area with very good service and at a same price. I suggest checking there first.

Have been living here for almost 2 years. Best community we have lived in last 10 years - Great staff, nice apartments and safe place to live. All the staff members are very helpful and prompt actions on all maintenance requests.

I've lived in the community for nearly eight years - mainly because it's easier to stay than move. Staff is courteous and service is typically completed in a timely manner. Parking, however, is a nightmare. Visitors park in resident parking and towing is not enforced. However, visitor parking spaces are no longer clearly marked. Rent is a little on the high side and you're forced to use Directv and their ISP - and not for free. Security gates rarely work and are often left open after business hours.

When it comes to having a strong community feel... Van Metre knows how to build one! From the clean and beautiful grounds to the amenities and great customer experience... we are so happy with where we choose to live! We feel very safe here and with two teenage girls that was very important to us! Our maintenance team is on top of everything! We will be staying here for sure!

We like this apartments or town homes very much and this community is secured and gated We have good management and stuff guys to help out here This is a great place to stay with family or friends Specially this community comes under good rated elementary school district

Woodland Park does an excellent job of maintaining the grounds and the maintenance staff respond quickly and efficiently to requests for maintenance within the apartment. The apartments is unique and quick lovely; different from all of the boxy apartments I saw when shopping around.

Overall Good and this unit is located in the nice neighborhood. Easy accessible to shopping areas as well as restaurants. Also good location for commuting to DC. Office management staff good on some occasions but do not expect same all the time.

Okay, the first two years. But the last few months were bad due to the cigarette smoke accumulating in my bathroom. The service professional/supervisor does not seem to fully appreciate how difficult it is for me to carry on living with a constant cigarette smell in my bathroom. This is not fair. They never address the actual source of the problem which is faulty exhaust in all likelihood. They came and added a second smell to cover the daily occurrence. It simply does not work that way!

We move because we're looking for a well located, segure apartament. But the gate never works, also with the time we solicited and update on apliances on our place before renewing our lease, but never was allowed.

We are very happy with the community - the staff is friendly and helpful, maintenance is timely, and the amenities are great. The location is good, with a lot of shops walk able distance. The unit is very pleasant with a lot of sunlight, and the bedrooms do not share a wall.

I am living here since August, 2017 and we were new to this Country USA, let me share you my experience so far with this community, my couple of friends who are working with me in office suggested me when i was moving from India to take apartment only in Woodland Park, and I dont regret the decision that i took, I am pretty happy with this apartment complex with every respect. The entire community is well maintained and I frequently use the gym which is pretty decent for an apartment and the pool is great when it is open. When ever I've had to put in a few service requests for my heat not working and some burnt out lights and always received quick attention from the staff who are very down to earth, you get 24 x 7 emergency support. There are a lot of dogs and many of the dog owners pick up the mess as everywhere in the walk trail, doggie bags and trash cans are located all over the property, within 2 months, my wife had so many friends, all neighbors are good, the location is great and centrally located, I love that I can walk across the street to Harris Teeter, Starbucks, and nearby restaurants. I would definitely insists all my friends, family members to buy or rent apartment if they are looking for. Thanks, Gyanesh Gohel

The high turn over of the community staff is alarming that the new staff some of them have been unprofessional. It makes me to have less interaction with the community staff. Overall good place for a family with kids.

Community Captain, Emily Guandique, is professional, patient, highly responsive and so very pleasant. She has been the best person with whom to work in the front office. ALL of the maintenance team members are excellent! The speedy response time, professionalism, friendly, and helpful nature of each person with whom I have had an encounter makes this a nice place to live.

Very bad management, i moved out in Jan 2017, Till date final settlement or refund of my deposit not happened. They promise referral bonus, thats a big lie. For me when my friend referred not given. And also i referred yo my friend that was not given too. Did thousand times follow up but nobody there for responsible to address our concerns

The stand-out at this property is the maintenance staff - they always appear promptly and follow through with professionalism and real commitment to the job they do. Beyond that, the grounds is beautiful and well-kept.

The community is good to live and maintenance responds quickly when needed.The only issue I had when I rented the club house in the aprtment initially they mentioned the rent was $125 and when I approached to pay the amount they increase the rent to $175 and they were laughing about it how they increased the amount this is not good.Please look into this
