The property is well kept and has pleasant surroundings. Service requests are handled quickly although the exact nature of a couple of my service requests were not clearly conveyed to the maintenance staff. The only real issue I am not pleased with is having to pay for the trash valet with no way to opt-out is fair. Since this was implemented there has been at least a dozen times trash was not picked up on scheduled evenings in my building.

My experience in this community has been fantastic. It is a family friendly and safe environment and the maintenance staff are very professional. I am also pleased with our proximity to Dulles Airport and surrounding businesses.

Helpful staff. Great community. Finding parking within the community can be an issue. Walking distance from Harris teeter and a few restaurants. Secured gated community. Clean community. Lot of amenities.

Apartments are clean and the staff and maintenance folks are very attentive. You run the risk of noisy neighbors and the walls are not well insulated to lessen that noise. Overall, the stay has been good.

We elected to choose this apartment because of the community and location. Our actual move in process went very smoothly. We completed all of the required paperwork in advance, so everything was ready to go when it was time for us to pick up our keys. The unit was fairly clean and fixed up. We only had one minor thing that was broken and maintenance immediately fixed it. The individual who came to replace our shelf was the kindest and most thoughtful person. I greatly appreciate how sweet he was. We've only been here a week, but it has been enjoyable thus far.

Location is perfect, Maintenance is bad, Sonam very helpful, Apt needs to be update especially bathtub in master room looks old, kitchen counter needs to be update as well?Parking is very difficult to find after 9 pm, Toilet was clogged first day we moved in, Maintenance was delayed to respond, overal I have only six months here ?

I have lived in this complex for a year now and have been pleased with both my treatment and thw conduct of the staff. I can't say enough good things about staff member, Hajera Faqiri. If you're looking to rent, she is an amazing person to work with. She's always been amazingly attentive to any requests and extremely professional. This is a great place to consider in the area.

Up until recently this complex has been great. I have noticed the grounds aren't kept up like they once was. Trash is being left out without being put in trash bags and my concern is unwanted animal problems. Maintenance is not being handled in a timely manner. Also, I have emailed my team captain and do not get a reply. I would not have stayed this long in this complex if it was always this way.

Woodland Park so far has been one of the best apartment communities I have rented from. The area is very peaceful with trails that you can walk on. If you ever have the opportunity to move here, I would highly recommend working with Sonam Dadlani, who works in the front office. She assisted me with all my needs and did not make me feel that I was bothering her with my questions.

Staff is very slow to answer emails or communicate back. You need to know the right one to ask questions or for help. There should be a 24 hr email back policy like in most other companies. Instead, I have to wait weeks for a reply or do not receive one at all.

I live in this place for about 3 years the 6 first month I had a lot of problems with the ac and the take forever to fix this problem and the worst problem was the las 18 months i start with the refrigerator problem and the come more the 7 times to fix this issue but they never done every month I have the same problem I don't recommend to no one to move to this place

I am staying in Woodland Park Apartments since July, 2021. My move-in process has been very smooth and all of my maintenance requests have been responded to very promptly. Sonam Dadlani, who is a leasing agent here has helped me in all the steps of the move-in very effectively. She is very efficient and I would recommend anyone searching for apartments should get in touch with her surely and definitely consider this apartment as a top option for accomodation.

Not bad. Good to live community with facilities. Lacking on security though. Saw scratches on cars by people with some objects and also robbing from cars. Security gates never work and they don't exist on overcup oak.

Overall, a quality apartment complex with lots of amenities and located in a great location. Internet speed is much better with the switch over to FioS when compared to the prior DirectTV. Maintenance is usually pretty good when it comes to smaller fixes in the apartment, though they could be better when it comes to larger tasks like replacing an AC unit. The three negative things I would say is the parking here is sometimes crowded despite the parking passes, the two trash compactors are usually overfilled, and the gates are completely useless and more of a nuisance since they are usually either physically broken, the RF scanner is broken, or people are clogging up the main entrance since the gate is down. Overall, it is one of the better places I have lived and the apartment layouts are fantastic.

Overall it is a nice place to live but the parking is a headache. I have to reach home super early to have a parking spot near my building. The place is quiet, clean, near public transportation and it a gated community.

My family moved to this community in 2019 and we were happy with the spacious apartment and quality appliances. The gym equipment was a little old, but still decent. Our biggest issue was with the community dumpsters and recycling area that would regularly become overflowing with trash and discarded furniture. Once the pandemic hit, we were glad for the space we had, but problems with the dumpsters continued, and the use of faulty gate systems created new problems. We also started having trouble with neighbors playing loud music late into the night and did not receive much support from staff when we brought it to their attention. Of the three adults in our home, each of us is receiving community captain emails from a different person and each message contains different information. To cap off this experience, when amenities such as the gym were closed during the pandemic, we were still charged for use. While we enjoyed the first portion of our time here and appreciated the space we had, our experiences have us looking elsewhere for our next lease.

Nice apartment complex with some of the apartments nicely renovated. Price is in line with the area. Decent amenities but could have more for kids. Decent parking and good maintenance staff. Wonderful neighbours. Office staff could do more community events
