I would like to Thank Sonam Dadlani for all the process from start, she helped and assisted me a lot in all the things, answered my questions. Also after moving she made sure that I have everything required and also assisted in getting all things sorted before I move, after moving also she reached out and made sure if I have any questions/issues. We love living here! We're going into our second lease with this complex and I have nothing but good things to say!! The staff is so friendly and helpful, especially Andrew, Emily, & Sonam! We also love that our Rottweiler Nala can live here and play at the dog park with all of her friends! Overall, very happy with the experience here and love to call this place home!

The application and leasing process was very smooth, everything was communicated to me clearly and in a timely manner. The home I moved into is very nice and was extremely clean when I moved in. The office is very responsive and helpful. I moved in during a snow storm and was amazed at how hard the maintenance staff was working to ensure everyone had safe walkways and streets to drive on. Loving it here.

We love living here! The staff is responsive and helpful, and goes out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. I feel safe and secure in our home. It is a stunning community and there have been many Covid measures taken. I cant wait until the pandemic is over and we can use all of the amazing amenities.

Office crew is amazing! Didn't have any issue when I was moving in?the process was very smooth. One thing about apartment itself though?the walls are kinda thin. I can hear neighbors kids, playing music/watching tv etc

Community is quite , and close to transportation and shopping I enjoy the location because it is convenient to get around close to gym and community center and church and schools you can walk to many of the places you might go to

I moved in a few months ago and so far it's been excellent. Andrew and Sonam made leasing and move in a smooth experience, and Hajera has kept me informed about events and useful information, and really helped me get oriented. I recently had a maintenance request that was handled quickly, cleanly, and professionally by Said and Camildo, thanks again! The community is quiet, parking has been easy to find, and I love using the walking path behind the complex for some quick fresh air.

The complex is well located, but apts are a little dated. Just make sure leasing office agrees in writing to fix all issues before move in, because they may not agree to fix everything post move in. I moved in with the condition that an issue be fixed but then after I moved in they said they could not fix it. I asked for a discount but they objected to it. They did not even apologize or even sent a note, just they can't fix it and accept it...

The neighbors are friendly and respectful, the community is well maintained, and my apartment is comfortable and quickly felt like home. On the few occasions I've needed help or maintenance, the staff was quick to help. It can be difficult to find parking, especially if you are looking in the evening past bout 8pm. There is a bus stop outside the main gate and the metro is not too far away. If you are just popping out for groceries, there are two large grocery stores within walking distance, so it is very convenient.

Apartment maintenance is very good. Leasing office people are interacting and receiving in a friendly manner while move-in and very responsive all the time. very quick actions will taken care while in the emergency.

Leasing office member, Andrew, made my move in process very smooth. I have really appreciated the extra help he has given me. Farid on the maintenance staff has been great sorting problems out for me. Maintenance problems are corrected quickly which is a real plus.

You feel safe in this neighborhood. Lots of families, giving you a nice and comfortable feeling. Very quiet neighborhood. I love how maintenance comes quickly to resolve your issue, no questions asked. On-boarding process is seamless, and this area is high demand; if you get 1 bedroom ~1500, take it quickly, else itll rise 1650 last minute!

Big community with ample of space for children's to play. Being closer to shopping complex and metro makes it perfect place for working professionals and just meters away from Dulles road saves lot of time by avoiding traffic.

Terrible experience and it's very hard to explain and i really got fed up. I literally waster 1st of week of time in verifying and updating move-in checklist. checklist form is inadequate to list down all the issues. I realized that one has to be careful and check each and every inch of the apartment and list all issues and damages and etc in the checklist or else you will receive big surprise of expenses list to pay when you move out of the apartment. So be careful.

I like the community, only thing which I did not like is the internet speed in the past and no option to switch provider, now switched to Verizon which is a lot better compared to prior provider. After working with Verizon technician came to know its ethernet switch which is causing internet speed to decrease, but no proper response from staff after raising the concern about it. Also couple of window blinds were broken, when I requested to replace, I was asked to pay for those very old blinds, after being 3 yrs in the unit, did not expect such response from staff.

Happily staying for 2+ years, the location, facilities and maintenance are awesome. Only drawback is that kids play area are not sufficient and need an adult play area for games like Volley Ball Court or Tennis courts etc.

Great community, not overcrowded, with everything you need inside the apartment (I mean washer and drier). I would prefer more modern appliances but I can see that management works on that. A lot of parking.
