Experience is good, but ended up paying more than expected. In current situation each penny counts for all. I only moved here because my family lives here, if not i would not have preferred this community due to pricing issues.

Honestly, I moved into this apartment thinking it was a great choice. I was wrong. I have had so many problems recurring in my apartment and still had to pay 2,000+ for breaking appliances that should be required by the apartment to keep maintained. On top of that, our carpet is ruined because of a leak and I know they will ding me for replacing the carpet anyways. My neighbors also have the same issues with their unit and it seems it's just an ongoing issue. The maintenance people are friendly, the manager/leasing office staff are not. They do not take the steps that are needed, especially an inhabitable unit that is protected under tenant rights and required by running a business like this. You will spend so much money as well as a uncomfortable living environment here. look elsewhere.

Great community. very friendly, helpful and responsive staff and management. The leasing office was very helpful in accommodating on any pending requests. The apartment's appliances are bit old but everything's worth

The community is amazing!! The staff is super friendly and always make you feel like family!! The maintenance staff is very clean and efficient! I feel safe in my community!! I would recommend this place to everyone

Place is decent, apartment is usually quiet. Maintenance is usually very good and responsive. Trash take away is nice but overpriced if you don't have a lot of trash. Parking is limited but a minor issue.

The leasing process was easy, Michael Menskey was the agent helping me and he made everything very Simple for me. The move in day went very well, everything was ready for me to sign and begin my move.

So far the community is amazing. In terms of maintenance, leasing staff, cleanliness, everything is pretty much good. I recently have signed lease in this community, I don't have any reason which would say that degrades their quality.

I like the apartment, I love the fact when something it's not working in the apartment and they fix the problem super quickly. What I don't like about, we pay for a gate community and the gates are never working.

Very clean and friendly apartment environment. Compared to where I lived before, there is very little noise. The parking is never full (probably because I live on the corner near the big lot). Not much to complain about here. Rent is a lot for one person so it seems like the majority of residents are families and couples.

Community is very good, awesome neighbors, very good maintenance staff, prompt response to all the maintenance problems , apartment rent is a bit on the higher side , the amenities and community wise this is the best with best school's.

Disappointed in the efforts taken with noise complaints of my neighbors. This is an ongoing issue and I have given up on anyone in management helping with this matter. I am not planning to renew my lease.

I have been here for 1 year. Really nice community. And houses are spacious and good too. Maintenance staff respond quickly. Highly recommend this place. Only recommendation would be to add a basketball court or pool board or TT table

Woodland park apartments is in a good location with the access to amenities we needed. We were able to move-in smoothly and staff was friendly to help out with virtual tour etc. It has different floor plans to cater for everyone, it offers trash recycling, units with garage for car parking. Overall good community with quick access to grocery store, restaurants etc.

Great value! The home are very nice and comfortable. Love being close the many shops and restaurants. Lots of places to walk. Parking is fairly easy to find. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here and consider it home.

I have had a wonderful experience living in this community. Umair in the leasing office assisted us with finding the perfect apartment. Since moving in, the maintenance staff has always responded to our work orders with quickly and resolved the problem within a reasonable amount of time. I am very satisfied with this community.

My family and I have lived at VMWP for six years and overall have had a pleasant and most importantly safe experience here! I would definitely recommend VMWP to a friend or colleague. There are three shopping centers within walking distance of the apartment complex, in addition to an elementary school. The community is zoned for Rachel Carson Middle School and Westfield High School, both of which are wonderful schools academically.

Wonderful Community and the nice Staffs in the Leasing Office helped and support for the smooth move-in without any pain. Security and Safety are fine. Everything online and no need to travel for any move in services.

Great Apartments, well maintained. The staff is very good, maintenance is quick and clean. 24/7 gym, swimming pool, kids play area. All the shops and restaurants are nearby. I refer this community with friends and family.

I love living here. Very close to my place of employment, very quiet, and close to different choices for supermarkets and more. The staff is great. Always very responsive to what I have needed (which has been very little). Having a garage is huge plus for me where most places in the area do not have a garage option.

I was very confused about what I needed by helped me narrow down the choices and helped me. I plan to start a lease with them soon. Very helpful staff and great costumer service. Big shout out to the maintenance staff for maintaining a clean and awesome living space!

Thé staff is amazing!! Everyone is always willing to help and be proactive with the community. Umair Saeed has always been helpful with all our needs. I feel he goes the extra mile to make everyone feel welcome and at home.

Too many maintenance issues that are not resolved quickly or professionally. Management, free to look at my ticket log for documented issues. I keep getting emailed for same requests repeatedly, that have been resolved. Locker system stopped deploying notifications emails. Packages were sitting for weeks.
