Great Community with Great Staff
The neighborhood is great with a nice trail for both people and dogs. The neighborhood is also very dog friendly with a dog park and they even had an event for dogs. They have really great maintenance staff who sometimes even fix this the day you put a work order in. They often have events every month that are really fun and interesting. The staff is great at getting back to you if you have any questions or clarification. Even when I was first moving in, the person who handled my apartment was very insightful and helpful through the whole process. My community captain Abby also is great and gets back to me fairly quickly whenever I have a question. Great place to live.

From the second we came in to view the apartment we knew we loved it. Not only the apartment but the management staff are all amazing in helping find what works best for you and accommodate whatever you need. I had many questions and they were all answered very quickly by our leasing agent Abby. Upon move in we were given a whole bunch of information and the care everyone had to make sure we were excited and also prepared to follow guidelines was incredible. It's been a very safe, cozy, and warm experience thus far including the neighbors and community members. After only one week we are so excited to call Woodland Park home!

Very nice and good staff but met with Sergio and he did a good job for assisting about features and details about community which is nice and appreciate. Good I would say keep up doing same which will absolutely love by the customer this way

Overall okay. The gym is not up to date, machines are old and cranky, would be good to update. There should be an upkeep of it as it is part of the advertising for rentals. The gates are always open for coming in and closed for going out which does not make sense for security, in my 2 years staying here, they might have even closed for max 10 times. Neighbors are very loud, tried to talk to them but sometimes goes on till1:00 am after midnight, no check on that from community.

Overall experience good, but last one year facing with some security issues ( package theft and personal property damage etc..) staff are good(they can't do anything with out management help) management not responsible for any security issues . This community good for short stay like year or 2 years not good for long stay once signup u can't go out easley need to think before signup.

Outstanding Apartment, Excellent Maintenance, Professional Staff
We've been calling Woodland Park Apartments our home for over four years, and we couldn't be happier with our decision. With its prime location connected to nearby hospitals, public transportations, shopping plazas, metro stations, airports and more, it's a convenient and comfortable place to live. The professional maintenance team deserves a special mention for keeping the community in top-notch condition. They respond promptly to any work orders and always ensure that everything is functioning perfectly. The amenities, including a well equipped gym, yoga room, well maintained swimming pool, pub room, business center, play park, dog park, and barbeque, are always in pristine condition thanks to their hard work. Kyle Small and Lia Jeffers at Woodland Park Apartments, are not only outstanding employees but also exceptional human beings. They possess a range of professional skills such as being humble, soft-hearted, good communicators, and always trying to solve problems. They are attentive to the needs of their tenants and go the extra mile to make sure everyone feels welcome and comfortable in their homes. It's evident that they genuinely care about the well-being of their tenants, making them truly exceptional members of the community. In conclusion, It's a beautiful community with top-notch amenities, a fantastic location, and an outstanding team of professionals dedicated to ensuring that their tenants feel at home. We feel fortunate to call this place our home.

Maintenance staff should be more proactive. If we raise a maintenance ticket, there should be someone who can provide an ETA of 24/48 hours. From a security perspective, most of the time, incoming gates are always open, and exit gates are closed.

Excellent tour
Shaquera did an excellent job showing us around the apartments and making us feel comfortable. She answered all our questions promptly and was honest when we threw her a question she didn't know the answer too. Later she emailed us answers to those questions. She even got back to me while she was out of the office which I greatly appreciated. Overall, I enjoyed touring with Shaquera and her friendly demeanor.

Found Lost Wallet
Mr. Kyle one of best woodland Park Apartments staff. He is friendly, easy to deal with and well educated person. He is always there when I need help. He surprised me one day that he found my lost wallet at the community. People like Mr. Kyle make our community great place to live. We are so grateful having you at our community.

Exceptional! Maggie is amazing....
Maggie was amazing, Woodland Park is lucky to have Maggie. She helped me in the whole process. she made it so easy and she is always available to help. she is very courteous and service oriented i am here just because of her she is the BEST...i would refer everyone and anyone just because of her. Her presence is so captivating. she goes beyond the stars !!! i wish her luck

Excellent experience!
Our experience with woodland park has been excellent! We visited the community multiple times during our search, and Abby helped us out each time with a smile! She answered our questions, provided us with tours of multiple unit style, and ensured that our move in process went smoothly!

Wonderful staff and great community
I am really impressed with Woodland Park Neighborhood. Apartment is very clean and well maintained. Especially the staff(Abby Bos) was very polite and made us comfortable. I would love to move in to this apartment very soon.

Amazing staff, great community
It was time to move and I looked and looked and looked in search of the right place to call home. When I walked in to the apartment complex, Abby asked me a bunch of questions and I fell in love with the first apartment she showed me. I knew this was going to be my new home! She is so helpful and she happens to also be the manager of my building and I can (and do) turn to her with any questions. Abby and the team make you feel like they truly care, you aren’t just a number. Plus the community is quiet and safe.

Great service
Kyle did a great job helping with all things regarding my financial hardship! He made sure to explain every option and helped me get my account accurate when I hit hard times. The entire staff was nice and understanding! The maintenance staff gave timely and efficient visits.

Amazing and helpful Management
I have been over three years in the community, many reasons makes me stay in woodlands but one are my fav is the way of the Management team are helpful to resolve unusual problems, Kyle has been helpful and very kind in giving to me the best solutions for renewal contracts or necessary changes or any monthly struggle which I really appreciate from him! Hope to move from there when I get my own! ??????
