Amazing Apartments
Gervon Robinson Is the top dog of leasing consultants! Extremely helpful and answered our many questions. Very professional, cordial and knowledgeable. We looked at three apartments and was impressed with how nice they all were.

Overall the area is nice and clean There used to be parking issues. However, after some effort taken by the company the issue is much better now. However, I would advise to assign a parking spot for each apt

Rents are reasonable when compared to other communities in the area. Apartments are old and the insulation is very bad especially during winters. The home gets super cold during winters. Also, facilities are very limited

Amazing Customer Service
Gervon was amazing during our tour. The weather was crazy cold and he did not even hesitate to take us to tour at the property. He was very caring to my mom and about her health issues. He was very professional, yet friendly. All my questions were answered. Apartments were also nice and clean. I really enjoyed my tour and how we were treated at the propertyAlso I must mentioned that I was followed up after thr tour with phone call and emails. Top notch service!!!

My leasing agent Melissa was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and professional. She listened to my needs. Took me to tour two different units. I loved both places. I did decide one place would better suit mine and my family's needs over the other.

Moving is already a stressful situation and the leasing agent that leased us the apartment added to that stress. She never placed any tickets in for the issues we saw upon moving in. She did not provide all information up front and essentially wasted our time. We were not in the apartment for a month and have had several water leaks and we had to ask multiple times because they never came back when they said they would. The leasing agents can never answer a question the first time they have to call someone else. I like where we live but it is unfortunate that the team leasing and taking care of the property don't work together, care about what they do, or follow up about anything.

Quiet, easy access to public transportation , great community events, great shopping nearby. Friendly staff willing to help resolve any issues that arrive. Maintenance staff is very professional and knowledgeable.

commute is very convenient, and its very close to restaurants and shops. Whenever maintenance is required staff will assist immediately and they are very helpful. overall need to improve apartment security

The The property did have security do not have security anymore. Head gates don't have gates anymore. What's very helpful when you had a box room for you. It was good to have a package room don't have a package room anymore. It was good to see the ground being kept up every week. We don't have that anymore. The grass is not being treated and you got people with dogs. Just poop in anywhere. Felt safe living on property don't feel safe anymore.

Knowledgeable and more than willing to accomodate
As new applicants, the information-gathering process may be daunting. Melissa was extremely helpful with answering our questions and had plenty of knowledge to share. She was more than willing to do a live tour with us over Microsoft Teams which was immensely helpful as we do not live in the area currently. Overall great experience working with her.

We nearly lived a year in this property and we are happy say that we have enjoyed everything this property offers. It's a very cozy community with great maintenance and leasing office service. We have had our request taken care of immediately each time we needed something. Most likely sticking around until we purchase a place for ourselves.

Great location and neighborhood. Everything needed is within walking distance. Room sizes are large. Maintenance requests are handled timely and in a friendly manner. Two pools on the premises are a plus.

We are New to woodlands society but good spacious place for walk and parks. Play are for kids are nice. Yet to experience and explore more as we recently moved in. Hope to have longer stay here and make good memories.

The property is very nice. We visited many properties but this is the one we liked in first place. The apartments are spacious, airy and neat. The staff was very cooperative in doing the formalities and the maintenance service is quick here.

Overall is been good, I like the community, I like the fact I can walk across the street to go grocery shopping. I feel safe walking my pet, and she loves the doggie park. I've been living here since 2019 and the management team is so helpful. Thank you guys!

Toured Dogwood - awesome
We toured the Dogwood with Melissa. She was an awesome guide, showed us everything to love about Woodland Park, and gave us tons of great and helfpul information. The apartment seems really nice, i will definitely be applying. Again, kudos to Melissa for being such a friendly and informative guide.

This community is amazing. There are lots of activities to do, a sense of comradery, and people are genuinely nice. The staff is very accommodating and will answer any questions you have. The biggest issue is actually getting in contact with people at the office. Calling usually works, however, when you can't take the time to call, and you try and email, you never get any kind of response back which is really frustrating especially if you are moving from another state

Community is good, clean. Maintenance stuffs are fantastic. Apt quality is good too but the flooring is the worst in my last 14 years experience in different states/countries. And if your downstair neighbor is holding less tolerance level, then you can't even walk fast on carpet (not wooden floor yet)? it's horrible experience.

Great place to live. Staff is attentive, maintenance comes very quick if there's ever an issue. Nice pool, nice gym. I always feel extremely safe. My home is cozy and cute. Wonderful community to live in!

My significant other and I love our apartment and really enjoy living in the Woodland Park Apartment complex. We especially enjoy the location of the complex to all the nearby town centers. We have had no issues since we've moved in, and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new apartment!

So far, the community seems to be a nice quite one. The presence of a gate with code access is surely a welcome one after my last apartment complex. The leasing staff that I was in contact with however, was not the most helpful as I was out of the country when looking to start renting but getting the needed information from him was very difficult to say the least.
