I recently moved in on short notice. The staff were very welcoming and helped me move in as quickly as possible. He made sure I got everything I needed and worked to provide me the apartment as fast as he could. The environment is extremely peaceful and the work orders are done very quick and efficiently. The staff were nothing but helpful.

The very nice apartment complex that close to supermarkets, different kinds of services, and malls. Office and maintenance personnel are professionals. All maintenance requests are performed in a timely manner.

The apartment complex is very organized, and maintained properly. Apartments have a good layout and the neighbors are good. Everyone from the staff to neighbors are nice. Also the maintenance guy is amazing and very prompt.

I like the community and the location, as it has a bus stop nearby which connects with the metro and has many stores at walking distance. The community is clean, with good and helpful staff. The only downside I feel is the children payground is relatively small.

Shaquera was super helpful and answered all the questions we had. One of the benefits of this community that we are excited to take advantage of are the onsite storage units. These are much larger than most apartment "Storage Units" but will keep us from having to rent from a storage company for signigicantly more money.

What a Tour!

I was touring the surrounding properties and I decided to stop by this complex. I did not have an appointment and i did not call ahead but Triniti still took care of me. She showed me the floorplans that I wanted to see (she could've easily just shown me videos), she showed me the amenities, and she also showed me the Model. Overall, the tour was informative and she had answers for all the questions I had. She gave me information to leave with and she also broke the process down for me. She should be the template of what a great leasing agent is.

The tour was good. It's seems to be a friendly, relatively clean and reasonably quiet. The upgrades will be an asset and increase traffic and interest. I would like to live there as the unit was actually preferable to EVERY UNIT I looked at in other communities.

Amazing community, great place to stay. Very calm and peaceful. You get everything you needed at a walkable distance. Community management is caring and takes care of any issues we raise. Plenty of parking space. Schools, pharmacy and supermarkets nearby.

I like my new apartment. So far it's quiet and my apartment is right by the pool and dog park so it's convenient. The valet trash is a great amenity. Your internet and water is included in your rent which is good. The property is clean.

The apartment was much larger than many others I had seen. The layout is excellent, and there is a lot of closet space. Storage units are offered in the apartment community, which is very convenient. The grounds are kept in excellent condition and management is very responsive to residents maintenance issues.

It was a beautiful area and the buildings seemed well maintained. The staff are very friendly and I could picture living in a place like this. The only thing I didn't really like was the kitchen layout. It would've been nice to have an open kitchen so the apartment doesn't seem cramped

I had a great time touring this community. Shaquera, the leasing agent, was extremely professional and helpfully throughout the tour. We were able to visits multiple apartment and townhome options on the same day and were given alot of information on all our options.

Great community, great location and amenities. Move in was smooth but there is room for improvement. No complaints about the apartment and we got everything that we were looking for. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a decent place to rent in a decent location.

Excellent help from Triniti and Best Apartment's

Kudos to Triniti D Thompson, who helped me lease the apartment in woodland park apartments. One of the reasons why I choose to return back to the apartments. Firstly, I appreciate the management, especially Triniti D Thompson, who helped me understand the lease terms and differences between the 13-month and 15-month, Classic, and the renovated apartment. The second thing is that They talked to me to understand my need for the apartment, what are my budget limitations, they patiently explained to me what are the options available in my budget range. Most importantly, they helped me to decide whether I go with the renovated vs the classic. Kudos to Triniti D Thompson and thanks for helping me out in the process. Final thing :) I feel that with the helpful management and helping staff, I am assured that I will get a good response when there is a problem. The management understands your problem and works hard to resolve it and gets feedback from us. I would recommend the woodland park apartments, with the amenities they provide, security with the gate, and access granted entry.

Our experience was super nice. We were able to tour the actually available apartments rather than just a show apartment. The apartment we toured was in great shape and nicely renovated. If we could figure out a way to make the shape of the bedroom suit our needs, I think we would choose to live here. The amenities in the complex are wonderful! Some of the nicest I have seen in the area. Our leasing agent was super friendly and knowledgeable. Seems like this would be a great place to live!

The 1 room apartment floorplan keeps the kitchen bar open so it feels more spacious. Bedroom & closet are decent. AC units are external w/dedicated ventilation fan; mine needed Freon every year and quit by late Sep. Maintenance requests only had to be submitted twice, and were done very well on 2nd attempt. No landlord special paint job. Nice marble countertops & gas stove. No issues w/water heater or other appliances. No mold or mildew (I'm allergic so I'd know). Community park & landscaping are beautiful. Lots of pets about, but those have a /mo pet fee. 9/10 would recommend.

The sense of community in this neighborhood is strong! There are beautiful walking paths around where you're sure to find someone smiling asking you about your day. The dog park is my favorite thing about this property. There's dog's there every single day so it's perfect for those with social pups! It is the highlight of my dog's day (as well as mine).
