Good community. The ambience is good. The house are spacious and well equipped. The schools and groceries are near by. The apartment is much close to Herndon station and commute to DC is easier. Overall good apartment

The unit itself is fine and the staff is professional but the apartment absolutely as not ready for move in when we arrived. In the month and a half that we've been here we've dealt with at least 5 separate maintenance issues. Outlets not working, appliances not working properly, etc

Quiet community. Good location. Assessable to all places within Herndon, Reston, Sterling, and Chantilly. The best part about living here is the Maintenance Staff. They are personable and easy to converse with.

Van metre woodland apartments are good apartments to move in. There are public transportation is available from apartments. Schools are near by and school buses are also available from the apartments. Overall good ones to stay.

Overall I am good with community maintained very clean way and feel parking is bad in my opinion and could improve better with numbering for each unit and allocate it as it's very hard to find parking when you arrive late evening from office

Excellent Customer service

Shamicka is very courteous and helpful. Very Good Customer Service. Apartment services are good.. Some interior improvements are needed. Parking lots are needed. Numbered lots are needed to alleviate parking issues.
