The community is great in terms of variety of floorplan options, distance to Dulles Airport and metro stations, its near Reston Town Center and so many choices of shopping centers. I like that you have an option ranging from apartment to town home style living with garages. It's always a benefit when you have a variety to choose from. The team, like Farid and Marcus from maintenance, are attentive and available to reach out with questions or concerns.

Clean community with decent size apartments. Amenities include gym and 2 pools. This community also has playgrounds. Lounge area can be used by residents . Neighborhood is close to shops and eateries.

Good apartment complex. Nice apartments & helpful staff. Great amenities. Not too much going on when it comes to noise. Only time you hear anything outside is when kids are playing. Everything is pretty swell.

It is a great community. Nice and clean. Loved community leasing folks. They are friendly the maintenance is good. Community is well maintained, greenery is there. Rent is good. Houses are carpet and it is goon in winter

Great community, feel safe in this community, my stay here explains everything, I've lived here for almost 8 years and have never had any problems, great community, friendly friendly staff, great maintenance!!

Loving the community and the move in was great. Communication is really good. Office staff asked questions and was very welcoming. Overall great experience. Will definitely recommend living here and plus side they also have other townhomes and houses to purchase in the future!

Do not ever buy or rent in woodlands park townhomes (roddentland)
Do not ever buy or rent in woodlands park townhomes (name of the community should be roddentland) Contact me for more evidences. Entire commumity need to be rebuilt. Roddents everywhere and owners are simply doing patch work. Nightmare!!! Beware, never ever but or rent anywhere around Woodlands Park townhomes.

Love this community! Though it would be really nice if they can add some picnic spots with some gas grill for small gatherings :-) And a punching bag in our fitness area. Otherwise the community is great with ease of access to shopping, bus, metro etc..

I don't hate living here but the children at my building are an absolute nightmare. They play 24/7. They scream and cause issues nonstop and the management does nothing about it. If you want to be disturbed literally all the time this is the place for you.

Community is well maintained. Good location and accessible to shopping, metro stops, and toll road. Staff is responsive and available for questions. The fitness center appears to be well equipped with treadmills, weights etc. Place to rent space for homeowners which is nice. Place for workibg from home which is also nice.

Overall ok, but noisy neighbors below us. While sound is a difficult thing to address, it's the fact the apartment rattles as if someone is slamming doors or jumping off a bed. Besides that it has been fine.

Quiet community with lovely efficient maintenance staff. Grounds maintenance works hard keeping the community clean. I love my unit and have lived here quite a while. There is a lot of additional fees added to the rent -whether or not you use it-that I don't love because those services are actually not a value add.

I live at woodland park for over a year and had a generally good experience. The maintenance team was responsive, and the location is very convenient. However, parking can be limited during peak hours. The rent increases yearly, but that's common. Noise levels were manageable, and the community felt safe. I'd recommend touring the property before signing, as units may vary.

I like it is nice place to live but it will be better if it has visitor parking spot, that we don't have to go to the office everytime we have a visitor. Sometimes I don't have time to go to the office

This community is well cared for and the staff are attentive and helpful. Isaiah was very knowledgeable about the property and hands-on to assure units were tour and move-in ready. Easy process and decision. Looking forward to my time here.

Staffs are very supportive and friendly. Maintenance department team complete the maintenance work on timely. Community has swimming pool and gym amenities and those are well maintained. I really enjoyed staying in the community

Maintenance has been the best part of my experience so far! Mr. Will has been supppper kind and very understanding, you can talk to him about your concerns in your home and he will fix it. Very greatful

Good but increase in rent each year is cumbersome and I believe excessive. Residents should be given a break when they have renewed for over five years because it shows a loyalty and commitment to Woodland Park Apartments.

we loved even we are going to renew our lease soon. we had a hit and run when my car was parked in front of my unit on 08/24/25 at 2:00 am we saw the white truck leaving but it's not enough because we didn't see the tags

WLP is very well know for Maintenance work. It is always be answered and resolved within a day. Best apartment around this area. I would highly recommend. Their townhouse is really spacious and very well constructed.

My experience has been wonderful so far. The leading office staff have been extremely helpful and supportive during the whole move in process! The community is very family friendly and they're normally people out walking and riding bikes.

The experience is great. I enjoy the space the area close to everything I enjoy I like everything it has to offer. The staff and the leading I work with was great. A very positive experience. Everyone did a wonderful job

As per community area, there should be good play area for kids,which is missing. There is no community court to play pickle ball,one tennis court is there which is at very my end of community. Less place for kids to play.
