Just moved in..and so far so good… I have the perfect space for me . The community is very nice well maintained.. and peaceful . Neighbors have been great ..and the team/management here have been great.

Decent rental. Relatively quiet. Maintenance responds quickly. Issues resolve. Great community gatherings. The rent is too high, but rents are high all over Loudoun County and Northern Va. Great pool and nice that staff hosts pool parties.

the one starts should be 0 stars due to the persistent issue with pest and terrible management, lazy and doesn't want to address issues. very good at band aid solutions and not dealing with underlining greater issues such as pests, poor quality appliances and bad staff

138 is very quiet, no problems . Staff is always polite and professional. Grounds are well pool is great after a long hot summer day. Common area floors were recently replaced and we'll maintained by cleaning crew.

I love this place, although it is older, it is so well built and quiet. The new park to the west of the property is absolutely the best. I really enjoy the access to trails. Parking is plentiful and common areas are well maintained

The community is clean, well maintained, and pleasant, without any disruptive influences. During the winter, maintenance even helped assure that the parking spot around our car was cleared, because my husband is disabled and needed safe access.

Very good maintenance and response to issues . Antonio is the maintenance person and takes good care of everything. Customer service is good and the apartments are kept up even though they are very old. It is quiet and the neighborhood is good. You can walk to grocery store or get the neighborhood bus. Apartments should be upgraded. Pool is fine and they have an exercise room. the amount of rent that you pay. Apartment s are old but taken care of.

It has been a good experience living here in Tuscarora Apt. I like that they always have some cool events for the residence & that the apt gym is clean. They also have a playground in front of our building where kids can play & that it also have a nice walking trail that you can and walk at.

Community is quiet near grocery store not far from Walmart and other places. Bus stop right in front of the building. No be loud parties and everyone seem to keep to themselves but are friendly. Pool is open every year.

All anybody really needs to know is that I have lived here for 18 of the last 21 years and still love it here. It's not as up-to-date as other places in the district but has its benefits. Please consider assigning a parking spot to each apartment.
