I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience living at Tuscarora Creek. Any time I've had an emergency maintenance request the response has been prompt and the issue resolved immediately. Antonio is an exceptional maintenance professional - each time I interact with him he is knowledgeable, courteous, communicative, and most importantly, gets the job done efficiently! The setting is peaceful, quiet, and serene, and I love walking my dog on the old golf cart paths behind the buildings. I always do a lot of research before choosing an apartment complex to live in and Tuscarora Creek has not disappointed!

Big shout out to Antonio, who fixed an issue with my air conditioning today immediately after I called. I was worried he may need to order parts or something and it could have taken a few days, but nope! He knew exactly what to do and had it back up and running before I made it home from work. Amazing and always professional! I love this community.

Excellent care at Tuscarora

We've been enjoying our stay at Tuscarora Creek Apartments so far, been here for over half a year now and whenever there is a maintenance issue it is quickly looked into and resolved. The community pool is nice and we've been enjoying the occasional events that are thrown together. Like the Paint and Sip, and Pool Party.

Awesome community! Clean-responsive- no problems. The staff is awesome and there's always good treats in the rental office. The gym is always clean and the neighbors are all wonderful and friendly. I would highly recommend this apartment complex.

Help with renting

Mercedes is such an amazing part of your staff! I was out touring apartments for my first time ever and not only was she extremely clear, transparent, and helpful in guiding me through the process, she was also an extremely personable person which allowed me to feel a lot more comfortable within the community. On top of all of that, she had some great response time when communicating with me and always made sure I knew exactly what was going on. 10/10 would recommend working with her if you get the chance!

For the rent charged, I expected a better service, unfortunately you only realize it when you've actually moved in. The maintenance service is horrible, a bad experience with rats, and the heating in the apartment is terrible. I do not recommend Tuscarora Van Metre em Leesburg.

I Had A Problem With Tenants Being Allowed To Smoke In There Apartments, That Is A Very Huge Problem With Me. Especially Since I Have Terrible Allergies, And I Am Able To Pick Up On Smoke That Is Left Behind.

It is a community that is for sure and I need to do a minimum of 200 characters. Thats rich. Maybe lower rent, that's a much more impact full change. And pay Antonio more he deserves it. Also your stupid rules about the patio are completely absurd. Why don't you find better ways to lower rent than make me write a minimum of 200 characters on a one minuite survey

Happy with Tuscarora Creek Apartments

Lea and Antonio are always responsive, helpful and friendly. The building is well built and I can't hear my neighbors. The location in Leesburg is very convenient for my work. There is plenty of parking. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and professionally.

Some of the worst appartments

There online rent payment system does not work. The appartments are out dated and over priced, the police are constantly in the neighboring appartment groups, I have been threatened twice in the time I have lived here by other neighbors. I would not recommend.

Amazing Community

I’ve been living in Tuscarora Creek for the pst 2 years. It was the first time I’ve ever lived on my own. Lea has been such a kind and patient property manager. She is an amazing communicator and makes the process of living in the community easy. Her problem solving skills are off the charts you’d be smart to trust her to make your experience bright. Antonio is the most skilled handy man I’ve ever seen. His ability to solve maintenance problems with simplicity and ease makes him, in my opinion, a true magician. If you’re looking for a quite, calm, and pleasant place to live; you’ve definitely found it.

Great community Very clean and kept well. The apartment complex is older ,but staff is very responsive to repair appliances or issues that arise.I give 5 stars for the up keeping of premises and to the friendly management. Anthony ( maintenance guy ) is the best!
