Office staff and maintenance staff are always GREAT! Friendly, willing to go the extra mile, and accommodate requests in a flash. The grounds are very well kept and pretty. There are no parking hassles the voew from my balcony looks over the golf course and wooded area. Very peaceful.

Tuscarora Creek is a nice place to call home. The property is kept clean and the neighbors for the most part are respectful. Poor Antonio cleans up after residents who move out. They make a mess at the dumpster area when they leave! Snow removal could be better on days when residents have left for the day, and more space is able to be cleared.

Excellent staff. Apartment was in good condition. Price was ideal. Location was quiet and safe, with good construction for some dampening. Landscaping was excellent, and the grounds were well-kept and tidy.

Not so great. Unreliable management/maintenance staff. Slow service. Poor communication. Incomplete checkup before move in. Problems since day one. Inadequate service. Weight room is a joke. No comcast hookups in our unit=false advertisement. Lies about the refer a friend program because when I did just that, I did not get compensated like they said.

There are a decent number of value added amenities in the units, but the price point is a little high for the area. Maintenance has to be called into a central line which takes for ever to both report and dispatch, and they can never provide an estimate for when to expect them. Some minor cosmetic and upkeep issues in the apartment, but overall a quiet community.

Loved living here while my home was being built. Great staff and peaceful neighborhood. I especially loved the dog park where I would take my dog every day to enjoy. Very convenient and would recommend too anyone.

Very nice, affordable and quality place! Keith is great and easy to talk too. He works quickly and diligently, and is ways ready to help. He residents are friendly and keep to themselves. There is a ton of parking as well. The space is well kept and homey. I very much like it here!

We have recently moved into Tuscarora Creek Apartments and we absolutely love it! Keith Magno in the leasing office was very kind and courteous from the moment we first stepped into the office. He has been very helpful and we can tell that he really cares about his clients. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We've met a few of our neighbors and they are also friendly and welcoming. The apartment itself is spacious and clean, we couldn't ask for anything better. We also love that there's sufficient parking for ourselves and our guests. The location is perfect as well- everything is within our reach but distant enough to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

I had been looking for a place for my husband and I to move into for months when I found Tuscarora Creek. I made an appointment to visit and immediately knew this was where we were going to move next. The office staff is incredibly nice and helpful, especially Keith M who showed me around and has always been quick to answer any of my questions before and after moving in. The maintence team is also great to work with. We had a small issue with our bathroom light shortly after moving in, and they came out immediately to fix it. Our neighbors are nice, I never notice any noise, and I feel very safe walking out to my car early in the morning and at night. Laundry is in-unit, which is also a huge plus. Overall, I'm incredibly pleased with Tuscarora Creek and would definitely recommend it to anyone who's looking for a new place to live!

A peaceful neighborhood to live in. Evelin has been great from the start, and Keith has been very helpful since he got here. Antonio does a great job taking care of any issues I have in my home and even checks up on me. Great place to live!

We lived here for two and a half years, and it was a wonderful experience. The leasing office staff, Evelin and Naurin, were always friendly and incredibly helpful. The maintenance man, Antonio, is prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable -- we never had to wait more than 24 hours for routine service. The building is much more solidly built than most apartment buildings, with concrete construction and wall-to-wall carpeting blocking out almost all outside noise. Many of the apartments, including ours, have a beautiful golf course view, which is hard to find in NOVA. The apartments themselves are spacious, with central heating/cooling and in-unit laundry. There is always plenty of parking outside. The only downside to the units is that they are a couple of miles from the downtown area--not a very walkable location, so it helps to have a car. There is bus service, but we've never used it. Altogether, I think these are some of the best units in Loudoun--we will miss it!

I moved to Tuscarora Creek Apartments in November of 2016. From the very beginning the staff has been fabulous! From the maintenance staff to the office staff, everyone has been wonderful!!! I also feel very safe here. You will love living in this small community!!

Great place to live. Much better than any of the other apartments I've lived at in Leesburg. They are located next to a golf course a relatively secluded. The floors and ceilings are solid concrete which is fabulous. You don't hear people above or below you. I've been driven out of other communities by the noise, so this place is perfect for me. I also love the FiOS fiber internet. The residents are mostly upscale people in general. No riff raff here which is another bonus. Also, when I walk into the office they know me unlike a lot of other places. Naurin is wonderful and always helps me with anything I need. The maintenance guy, Antonio, is excellent also. I've never had a problem that hasn't been fixed immediately. Overall it's the best apartment complex I've ever lived in out of about 10 different places. I'm renewing again this month for another year.

The neighborhood is a very quiet neighborhood and over all they show courtesy by parking within the lines. My sister and I are elder and disabled and our neighbors assist us in cleaning our parking spaces of snow and help carry our groceries to our apartment. Neighbors including their children within our building are quiet and are also helpful to us. Antonio our maintenance guy is one of the nicest person. He explains what is wrong and how is fixing the problem. He is also very prompt in getting the job done. In all the whole staff are very friendly and helpful when you need assistance,

The staff is very friendly, especially Miss Naurin, the assistant property manager. She is always friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable about any questions or concerns that I may have. If she doesn't know, she goes out of her way to get any of my questions or concerns answered. Tuscarora is lucky to have her, she is the glue that keeps Tuscarora and it's residents in sync and on the same page! Mr. Antonio, the maintenance manager is very professional, accommodating, and a hard worker. When I moved in, one of my appliances did not work, he contacted me right away to schedule a day where he could come in and work on it. The appliance had just pretty much reached it's capacity. He ended up providing a new appliance. Antonio again followed up with me to schedule an appointment to install it. He was very professional, stuck to his word, and left the area spotless after his installation. As a newbie to this area and apartment complex, I am impressed at the professionalism and work ethic that the Tuscarora staff has displayed. I look forward to renewing my lease and having this strong Tuscarora staff for years to come. Thank you again Antonio, Naurin, and Tuscarora for hiring them! P.S. Give them a raise if you have not done so yet - it is much deserved!

Its been pretty good so far. It had a few glitches but those have bern taking care of. I have met some nice people. I love all my neighboors. The community ia always clean. I have some concerns about the repitiles. If they could put something down i would be really happy.
