Very Happy!
My sister and I had a list of apartments to go look at, for we were planning on moving into an apartment. We wanted something on the ground floor, ample parking with a short distance to walk to apartment from the parking lot due to unloading groceries etc. Our very first stop was Tuscarora Creek Apts. Noreen, the Assistant Manager, was very pleasant to talk to. Her professionalizm and friendly personality is a hugh asset to Van Metre Companies. Once we discussed our options, payments, needs etc. she showed my sister and I a two bedroom, two bath apartment on the third floor. We really liked it very much but wanted one like it on the ground floor. She said she would have one available later that month that we could rent and the patio was facing the golf course. We had no need to look any further at apartments for we found one we liked in a community which is quiet and well maintained.

Very Attentive
Price is the best in the area. They have access to newer technologies like FIOS. Current management is very attentive. I look forward to continued good relations. Rent in this area is high, but this is the lower of them.

Great staff!
Naurin has been extremely helpful with all my requests and has followed up with me on more than one occasion to make sure everything was perfect. I have lived in several apartment complexes over the years and no one has been more helpful than Naurin and her staff.

Couldn't be happier
I have been thrilled with the level of service I have received at Tuscarora Creek. Naurin Caine in particular has been extremely helpful and responsive, going above and beyond both during every step of the leasing process and following our move-in. Her graciousness made our moving experience easy (particularly compared to other apartments in the area). The apartments themselves are clean and well kept and extremely conveniently located. I couldn't be happier with the overall experience.

Very Impressive!
Naurin is very impressive to say the least. She has the natural ability to make first time customers to feel important. It's obvious that she takes her work seriously and that she's truely interested in the wellfare and treatment of the tenants. She knows them all by name. I don't know how she does it, but I wish I had that talent. She appears to be well organized and she seems to know her job inside and out. On a side note, Katie Frazier has just recently taken over as the manager here. I've only met her once, but she also impressed me. I would say that with the combination of Naurin and Katie, the company has the beginnings of an excellent team.

Great Team!
Tuscarora Creek is a wonderful community. Everyone is nice and friendly, staff as well as neighbors. The first 3 months have been great. Naurin was very helpful when we came to visit and as we completed the leasing process. Moving in went smoothly, and maintenance was great finishing up last minute things for us. Since Naurin has returned from her vacation she has been persistent with resolving all of our problems. Naurin and Jay seem to be a winning team for Tuscarora Creek. And we look forward to a wonderful future here at Tuscarora Creek.

Naurin is the best thing about Tuscarora Creek when you rent here! If not for her, I may have overlooked this gem.

Great place to live in!!
This is by far the best place I lived in. People there are just very helpful especially "Nourin." She will go out of her way to please you. She is just a wounderful person she helped us get the day we want to move, changed apartments for us like 3 times. Buildings are very nice and well maintained, the parking is everywhere, just the entire environment is very relaxing and friendly.

Good Place
I was transferred to VA over two years ago and looked at quite a few places before picking Tuscarora Creep Apartments in Leesburg, VA. I'm very happy here, the area is very nicely kept with mature trees and lots of birds and have also seen deer early in the mornings. I have not had many issues, but the office is always very helpful with any needs or questions. They had to fix the miniblinds on my first day and that was done in a matter of an hour. Also on Christmas day the sink was clogged (probably my fault) and they were there within an hour to fix it. It's nice and quiet, plenty of parking. I would recommend.

Very satisfied
Staff is great. The apartments are in good repair and quiet, the only time I can hear people is when they are in the hallway. No complaints about the neighborhood, I come back from work late at night and so far no problems in the parking lot, I have only lived there about 6 weeks so can only give four stars on the parking, but I will post an additional review in several months and give 5 stars to the parking if I have no problems in the parking lot. This website is how I found this apartment complex. Great to see the reviews reflected my experience so far.

great place to live
Tuscarora Creek apartments is very nice apartment living. At the end of a dead end street, traffic is at a minimum in the complex. Parking is easy with residents having permits and visitor and street parking nearby. Because they are an older complex, we opted for the available 'upgrade' before moving in. This gave us new cabinets, countertops, appliances, floor, washer/dryer. etc. The upgrade resulted in a modest monthly rent increase, but it was well worth it. Being on a golf course adds to the park like setting and quietness around us. There is plenty of closet space, and additional storage areas in each building. The office staff has been very easy to work with. Naurin(leasing agent) and Kathy(manager) are professional and concerned about the residents. Any of our 'issues' have been delt with promptly. We would highly recommend this complex for your next home.

Finally found a home
I moved into Tuscarora Creek after a horrible experience at The Glen in Leesburg. I really enjoy how quiet the area is and could not ask for a better location. Every time I've dealt with Naurin (leasing agent) I leave with the feeling that she truly cares about me as a resident. If you are in the market for a quiet, reasonbly priced and well taken care of apartment complex, give them a call.

Right on the Golf Course!
I've enjoyed living at Tuscarora Creek. The apartments are quiet and I rarely if ever hear neighbors in next door apartments and have never heard neighbors upstairs or downstairs. The staff is very helpful and responsive. I love the town of Leesburg and being an active, busy, single person, it's fantastic! Golf is right here as well as running or biking on the W&OD trail, right in town.

Clean, spacious, and convenient
I moved in recently after a detailed apartment search, so I thought I would share some opinions for those who are looking for good apartments in this area. The apartments are very large and incredibly solid: concrete floors, brick walls, and steel staircases. This makes them very quiet. I can occasionally hear neighbors going in or out, but very rarely can I hear any noise from inside another apartment.
Some of the apartments on the end are closer to Rt. 7 and have more traffic noise, but very little noise gets through to the inside. As I said, the one-bedrooms are large, and the 2 and 3 bedrooms are enormous. Granted I moved from California, but still these are easily the equivalent of apartments that rent for $2000 in the SF Bay Area.

From what I can tell, these are probably the most upscale apartments in Leesburg. They are right beside a golf course; the 2/3 bedroom apts overlook the golf course, the others face the parking lot or pool area. The managers are very friendly and flexible, and the few maintenance requests I had on move-in were fixed immediately. They are literally right off of Rt. 7 and the Greenway, so any stores you want are minutes away and it would be very convenient to commute to Reston, Ashbourn, or DC.

I do a lot of work from home, so the best aspect for me is that the place is wired for Verizon FiOS fiber optic internet/phone/tv service. Here you can get the best package of 30Mb download / 5Mb upload for about $55/month; the same package across the state line in MD would have cost like $180/month. So I would definitely recommend this place for professionals who commute or telecommute.

Wonderful Place to Live
I have lived here for 14 months. It's a very nice and peaceful environment. Everyone is very helpful. I feel like they are family to me. If I ever had any problems they were more than willing to help or fix. (same day the call was made it was fixed) I always felt safe and secure. It's great for family or single people. I have 2 children and they have really enjoyed living here. This my first experience ever living in an apartment environment and as you can see it has been a pleasant one. I very sad to leave but due to family issues that have arose I have to leave. If I ever had to move again I would pick Tuscarora Creek.

***Plus the apt. are clean, no bugs or roaches. Big rooms and plenty of space.
