We put in a request for our light to be fixed and the service guy came out the next day, so the turn out time was really good. Harold, our service man, was also very reliable and did whatever he could to resolve the problem. He took care of our issues within a timely manner.

I been living since 2017, I enjoy living in this community. I like it because is close to my family and shopping. Enjoy the quietness and the service provide by the staff. Antonio, Dwayne, Edin and Lea are great and are one of the reason i keep renewing my Lease.

We are brand new to the complex and have already been impressed by the staff and new apartment. From the beginning, Edin N. answered every single question and communicated quickly, professionally and with a smile. Our previous complex isn’t far but our experience at Tuscarora has been completely different for the better. The unit is fresh and updated. Edin has been responsive to every email and call. We are excited to be a part of the community!

The entire staff and approach is amazing. Lea does a wonderful job fostering a true sense of community within the complex. Edin is always available for any quick questions. And Antonio and Dwayne are amazing technicians who handle every maintenance request with ease. I never have to worry about anything going wrong. They are always available to assist.

Loved living here, everybody was so great. Sad not able to see everybody at the office fleury to this pandemic. What I really enjoy was the views out of my balcony and the service from Antonio the maintenance.

Over all it is a nice community nestled back in some nature! Ample parking and the neighborhood stays quiet and clean. Apartments are sized nicely. Only issue we have had is it takes to long for hot water and the increase to our water bill after a year.

everything is to my satisfaction. its very comfortable quiet and cozy and I couldn,t be happier!!! it is also very clean especially inside the buildings and all of the neighbors are very nice and mind their own business, this is just what I was looking for when I retired. thank you Tuscarora Creek for having a outstanding development for people to live

It is with heavy ?? I write this review. I've lived here for several years BUT today I am packing up to leave. My children and grandchildren are very excited, me too, that I will be closer to them but I will greatly miss my neighbors, the beautiful views outside my windows and the excellent environment the staff has created here. Lea Kornfeld, our property manager, always has a smile and is willing and able to answer any questions or concerns you have. Edwin Navarro, office assistant, always has a hello and a smile and a willingness to answer any question too. Then our maintenance man, Antonio Castaneda, is outstanding, responds quickly when needed, always follows up and it shows he really cares about "your" apartment and goes over and above to help you in anyway he can. He does quality work and is teaching Dwayne White, our new maintenance guy, how Van Metre takes care of their clients and property. Dwayne always has a smile and a wave and is a great addition to a fabulous team. I will miss this wonderful home and community. It's the best kept secret in Leesburg! I strongly recommend this property for a safe, quiet, friendly, well maintained place to live! I will miss you guys. ??

I enjoy the property and my neighbors. The community does its best to involve residents, pre COVID, and hopefully will get back on track soon. My only complaint is that there isn't a demand on delivery services to take packages to the unit doors.

Entering the neighborhood for a four month rental in between owning houses, we were pleasantly surprised by the upkeep of the exteriors and the gardening. Inside, the apartment was newly renovated (notably the kitchen) with an attractive view out to the community pool and flower beds. When a hot water relief valve dripped, Antonio came promptly, wearing a mask for health reasons, and replaced the valve while educating me to the valve replacement procedure and the virtues of sharks' teeth connections.

It started off as a quiet, safe community. Now the neighbors are constantly loud, the staff continues to make the apartments less accessible. You can't fine parking if you don't work a 9-5. Maintenance staff has walked in on my husband in the shower and myself sleeping. We do not feel safe, we do not feel accommodated and we do not feel heard. We are sad things have changed so much in a short period of tine.

We, a couple of two, sadly did not decide on Tuscarora Creek Apartments due to location compared to work stations but i do want to take the time for all those prospective renters out there that this Apartment Complex has the absolute best customer service. First Off, Lea is amazing, she is bubbly, energetic, exciting, efficient, and organized. She provided the best customer service i have ever seen, if we didn't decide on another place based on location, we would have chosen Tuscarora simply because we knew Lea would take care of us. Absolutely Amazing.

We lived at Tuscarora Creek for only 8 months between moving to Leesburg and buying our own house, but we enjoyed our time there. The building complex is wonderfully maintained, always clean and secure. Our apartment was spacious and had really generous closets. The patio was also spacious and was much appreciated. Parking is never a problem. The tall trees add a beautiful look to the entire complex. Lea is great fun and treats everyone she meets as a close friend. Antonio is in charge of maintanence and is always busy keeping things running smoothly and taking care of every little problem any tenant might have. Highly recommend this place.

Tuscarora Creek of Leesburg is an affordable and fitting accomodation for the location, compared to other expensive alternatives that offer less space. Safe community, and very easy to hub out from. Local office and support have been reliable for me when I need.

When researching my apartment options, I spoke with Erin. Erin made the entire process very easy and I couldn't be happier with how things ended up! After moving in, we had a minor maintenance issue with our fuse box and a few light bulbs which were addressed within a day. The office has been extremely helpful and responsive - would highly suggest moving here.
