I was employed by Delta Air Lines, Inc. for 18 years as a supervisor over 30 Customer Service Representatives. I rarely received compliments on my assigned agents, but when I did, we put a letter in their file regarding the compliment. It is very difficult to find excellent people that are professional and through my personal experience, when I do talk to someone that does a great job, I always take the tine to ask for their supervisor to give them a compliment. Noreen Cane at Tuscarora Creek is one of those people that I consider professional,reliable, and excellent when it comes to her job performance. I highly recommend Noreen and hold her in high importance to property management.

Really Like It!
I have been here 10 years and I really like it here. I like the residents, most of them are nice. Katie and Naurin are wonderful and take care of everything I need.

Impressed!
I'm extremely impressed with the management here. As I've said before, Noreen Cain does a better job at dealing with renters on a by-name basis than anybody I've ever seen. She never forgets a name or a face. She's both organized and professional. Although, Katie Fraizer hasn't been here as long as Noreen, from what I've seen, she is just as professional and customer-oriented. Whenever I stop by the office, she deals with me as an individual, not as just a renter. I haven't had any real problems since I've been here, and I attribute that to Katie's and Noreen's management. Both Noreen and Katie are great assets here and for me they've made staying here a good experience. Hopefully, their salaries reflect their value to your company. If not, I'd recommend that be rectified.

One in a Lifetime!
Katie Frazier and Naurin Cain are great people that have made our move-in at Tuscarora Creek Apartments a one in a lifetime experience! They are very good at their jobs and always willing to help make our rental experience easier.

Great Complex
Apartment complex is beautifully maintained and the units are clean and very well kept. The best part is the staff because they will ensure that your living experience is the most pleasant from day 1. This is especially true for me because when I moved from out of state, I was arriving on a sunday and ended getting stuck in traffic and was late for my move in. Not only did they wait for me to show up and fill out my paper work but they waited almost 3 hours for me. Now tell me of a complex that will wait til alomst 8:30 at night to make sure you moved in. Especially on a SUNDAY NIGHT. Thanks. You guys are great. Steve

So many improvements!
Your new management team - Katie Frazier and Naurin Cain are the best. Many improvements have occurred. Things are being done that were never done before, and I've been here almost 7 years.

Wonderful!
Tuscarora Creek is the third apartment complex I have lived in since moving to Virginia almost ten years ago. By far they have the most solidly built units. In fact, for most of my time here I lived in a townhouse and even they weren't built as solidly as these apartments are. Noise from neighbors is practically nonexistant. Add to that the wonderful staff (thanks for everything Naurin, Katie and Jay!) and this place is almost too good to be true, only it is! This will definitely be my home for a while.

This is a wonderful community with attentive, but not intrusive, service. Though older, the property is extremely well maintained. I have already recommended this property to others.

So Enjoyable!
Naurin is very pleasant person to work with , great customer service with a nice smile When I first moved in there were several problems that needed to be taken care of. Naurin was so quick to get them taken care of and made sure that I was pleased with the work. Living here has been so enjoyable so far! I know that if I have any problems I can go to Naurin and she will make sure that they are taken care of as soon as possible.

Better than great!
Couldn't ask for better service than is here at Tuscarora Creek. My son is here visiting from Arizona and couldn't believe how nice the apartment project is and had very nice things to say about my apartment. The people here are great, better than great. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who asked and will continue to renew my lease for a long time. Thank you and have a great day.

The best!
This is by far the best rental community in Leesburg. I'm very pleased with the new manager and continue to be pleased with the office staff.
