Didnt move but great experience
So my boyfriend and I have been looking for places to live and we were referred to Tuscarora from another apartment complex in Leesburg and i'll tell you right now that We didn't move in. HOWEVER it's not because we didn't want to! As a matter of fact, within an hour we were putting in an application! The only reason we decided not to pursue is because we found a house as opposed to an apartment which is much more along the lines of what we wanted. I thought a review of our experience would be good to post. Naurine was FANTASTIC! She was so personable and answered every strange question we had. We toured on 'rent payment' day so we had a few people pop in the office while we were there and Naurine would get pulled away everyonce and a while but that gave us a chance to talk to the current residents there. Every single one of them had great things to say. The relationship between the office staff and the residents was so nice, they go to costco for eachother if they're busy with work or otherwise. We really felt like we were entering a community not just an apartment complex. Tuscarora Creek is off the beaten path at the end of clubhouse drive and is surrounded by woods which really appealed to me as i'm from the mountains. The apartments are all cement so you cant hear anything! It's right near the golf course so if you have an apartment that faces the rear, you have woods and golf greens to look at in the distance. it's very nice. I highly recommend looking into this place, the prices are VERY reasonable for how nice the place seems. They even have resident events every month (some of which, apparently, include champagne tastings and free pizza nights) Had we not found the house, my boyfriend and i would have moved in here in an instant. The apartments are great sizes and the kitchens are nice too! It would have been great for us, but we couldnt pass up our house. Hope this helps you decide to at LEAST check it out, i recommend it! you won't regret it!

Super!
I have lived here since 2003 and have never had any problems with the management team. Stacy Edwards is really super - he goes beyond the call of duty to help residents. Katie Frazier and Naurin Cain are the same way. They have really made a difference in living at Tuscarora Creek.

Very Professional!
I have found the office and maintenance personnel to be professional in taking care of contacts and/or requests that I have had with them. They do also add kindness to the professionalism.

Very Impressed!

Attentive!
