My fiance and I came here to check out options for when we move in together (Spring 2020 y'all!). Our girl Erin helped us, and she was amazing. She had all the answers to our questions and kept us laughing to boot! We weren't sure about the neighborhood before our visit, but Erin really convinced us that this would be a great place for us. Thanks, Erin, and the rest of y'all at Tuscarora Creek Apartments!

Erin from the leasing office is awesome she helps with anything I need. Quiet community. Maintenance crew is alway very helpful and prompt with any requests made. Overall staff is friendly and helpful.

My partner and I are very, very happy with Tuscarora Creek! The leasing staff is super helpful and kind, and they respond almost immediately to questions and concerns. Whenever we have to ring for a maintenance call, the maintenance worker, Antonio, is so friendly and will find any solution to fix the problem. Would definitely recommend this apartment complex!

This community is a great place to live in Leesburg. It's affordable and in a great location. The staff and maintenance is extremely receptive and helpful. Highly recommend for families, and young professionals!

My husband and I are very happy we chose to live at Tuscarora Creek. The staff is great and accommodating. Erin listened to our concerns and took action right away. We are close to 2 bus stops and you can get on the Leesburg Bypass down the street. The pool is great and the gym is always clean!

Tuscarora Creek has been a great place to live and we're so thankful for all the help that Erin and Lea have given us. They do so much to make sure residents are satisfied. The maintenance staff is also wonderful and responds quickly to any issues that come up. Love our little place!

I have lived here for a few years!!! The staff is excellent!! Erin in the office is great!! Antonio in maintenance responds immediately!!! Nothing but good thinks about this community!!!!! The pool is well maintained!!! Parking is never a problem!!!

My name is Brittany and i Just moved form Herndon,VA To Leesburg, VA about two weeks ago. When i was looking for apartments and was looking for an apartment the would fit my needs and wants and so my first choice of apartments was Tuscarora Creek Apartments in Leesburg,VA i loved the fact that it was in a remote area of leesburg,VA. Where it would be quiet and peaceful place to live and so many nice people too. Erin Ertel was a wonderful help threw my hole process of moving in to my new beautiful apartment. There were some big pluses about moving to this apartment community. One was how friendly the staff office was to help guide me to the right apartment and what fit for me Thanks Erin Ertel for making my dreams come true with a beautiful apartment. Two the neighbors are so sweet and so nice. Three there is a local bus stop right out side of the apartment complex bus number 55. Also love the quietness of my apartment i love how my one bedroom apartment looks like my dream home apartment. Love how spacehous my one bedroom apartment is. I love the countertops in the kitchen love the cabinets and how much room there is. All and all i would give this apartment community a score of 100% love it.

The community is very well taken care of and the staff has been great. We have the best neighbors. Hands down best decision I've ever made. Parking is easy and there's plenty of visitor parking as well.

Lea and Erin were great on looking at units and decision made. In addition, the rental and move in experience was seamless and easy. The community is clean and offers amenities that I enjoy with a clean pool and fitness center.

I recommend tuscarora creek to anyone who loves to live in a beautifully maintained rental community. The apartments are very spacious for the town I live in and they are tucked away on a golf course which is maintained very well also. The maintenance staff is wonderful and Erin in the rental office was very helpful during my move and let's face it moves are sometimes super stressful but the concierge website they provided helped me set up my utilities and was filled with discounts and info. about the town between that and Erin's assistance the move easy and stress free.

I really like the staff at Tuscarora Creek. The maintenance man, Antonio, is great and I like the new manager, Lea. I am very satisfied with emergency maintenance services as well. They do a great job responding quickly to any requests. Erin Ertel is also very helpful and friendly.

The greatest experience I have had by far. I moved to VA about 4 years ago now and I have moved every year. This apartment complex is the best by far! Super safe, quiet, everyone is super, neighbors and staff alike, the staff handles issues immediately and has excellent communication, they also have great upkeep with the complex and community! No complaints at all! Highly recommend!

most neighbors are nice, but some are inconsiderate in regards to cleanliness, esp with pet cleanup and trash removal; units need upgrades; value in terms of rent probably disparate; an older community like this prob shouldn't increase rent as often

It's a great place to live and friendly community. The office staff and maintenance are very nice and informative with issues and social events. Great place to live in Leesburg, VA. It's located near downtown which is ideal for getting to shops and surrounding events.

Very quiet. Staff is courteous and welcoming. No issues with the complex or staff. Was able to move in immediately, had everything signed and processed within a weeks time. Would recommend to friends and family.

My experience is very limited at this time. Come summer, I will have to stay a bit longer and therefore have some experience. I am looking into the school system, two girls education are very important to me; that's one area that I need to study in the future.

Erin Ertel was the only community member I worked with and she was great. Always very helpful and answered my questions quickly. My apartment was cleaned and in good move in condition when I first visited. I had no issues with any part of the process and look forward to the rest of the year. Also, maintenance fixed the one small issue I had within 30 minutes of me submitting my ticket.

The coumunity is not large, in fact it mirrors our condo in Fort Myers, FL. Ample parking for handicapped and visitors too. Close to shopping and agolf course near by.To add more details would be giving false or misleading info. We have only been here at TC for the past 10 days.

Great staff but buildings and units need updating. Evelyn and her staff responded immediately to a punch list of items in the checklist the week we moved-in. We had limited time to wait so the unit we're in is not updated but overall the great staff and the assurance that they will attend to our needs being loyal Van Metre residents makes our short-term lease pleasant.

I love the community and very quiet apartment. It's exactly what I wanted. The pool is nice and the play park is quiet and fun for kids. It feels very safe. More parking or monitoring of parking would be nice. Also fixing the leak in my apartment too in a timely manner would improve my thoughts
