Been living in the community for 4 years during this time I have cero complaints. Staff members are like a family all of then very professional and friendly. Apartments are well designed modern and elegant I love the kitchen open space floor plan. Honestly The train noise was annoying the first months but with the time we barely notice it. Neighbors are quiet and friendly I feel safe in the area and my personal best part of living here is signal hill park we walk and walk all year long our 5yr old girl loves frogs and we have created great memories connecting with Mother Nature. Missing our amazing pool this past summer due covid but appreciate the effort management does to keep everyone safe. Overall nice management team, great maintenance, quiet and safe neighborhood, walk to the park to enjoy Mother Nature.

The community is a nice area and well kept. Staff is very helpful with whatever problem you may have and they are also good with informing residents before hand if they have to do tests in your apartment (like checking the fire alarms.) The apartment itself is very nice.

Top-notch staff and great location make this a great place to live. It really stands out in comparison to other places we looked at before choosing The Elms. Facilities are in good shape already, but staff is responsive and friendly when there are any issues.

I just moved here an I love it so far the complex is very nice and clean! The apartments are beautiful. So far staff has been quick to reply whether is about maintenance or general questions. Would recommend to family or friends.

Great apartment. Good space in good condition. Responsive office staff. Excellent location within walking distance from the VRE station. Maintenance staff is excellent...polite, friendly, and efficient.

Great overall community to live in. It is near transportation, good schools and shopping areas. Plenty of restaurants and a few minutes from Old Town which opens up a whole other level of quality family events, small business, restaurants, breweries and other locations to enjoy time away from home. In home, it's a very quiet community to live in. Been here almost 4 years and we love it.

I have really enjoyed my time living in this community. The staff, both office and maintenance, have been very helpful and accommodating. In regards to my actual apartment, I love it. I haven't had a single thing to complain about while I've lived here. My experience has been great.

Community is well kept, well-lit and I feel safe here. Apartments are kept nicely and the maintenance staff has responded promptly when we had issues with our thermostat. Community is pet friendly and pet bag stations are abundant throughout the neighborhood. There is a great walking trail that goes to Signal Hill Water Park.

My move in experience was wonderful, especially moving during a pandemic. Love the staff, they were extremely helpful. My apartment was nice and clean upon move-in. Community is pretty quiet. Close to VRE, like walking distance. Shopping areas within a 2-5 miles radius. Schools are near. I like how the complex do things to keep tenants engaged such as food trucks, exercise classes, business showcases.

Very nice apartments with a great leasing/maintenance stuff . Everything is close by . A lot parking spaces . Overall elms at signal hill looks great and living here is amazing with a lot space inside and outside

Apartment size was very nice, rooms are big and plan is made great. My kids were happy, school buss was too close, and shoping market is available within a walk . Parking is available all times, and managment activities were beautiful.

The Elms offers a great renovated apartment that is move in ready. There is plenty of space and new appliances that are included. The staff here is amazing and is will always provide you with the help that you need.

Its an amazing area to be in and live in. The units themselves are large and comfortable to the point you forget its an apartment. The complex is extremely DOG and pet friendly with a dog park within the complex. Locality to major shops, tire, car service, and amazing hole in the wall restaurants is a quick 5 minute drive.

Very nice apartments and clubhouse. Even with COVID, there is still a sense of community. Our family enjoys the ability to visit the park nearby and it is close to school. Convenience and affordability was key in our decision to move here.

Our experience here has been great! The office staff has always been great and the maintenance team as well. The upkeep of the community is well maintained. All the office staff and maintenance staff have been super helpful.

I feel safe and comfortable. I would recommend people to schedule a tour. The maintenance of the community is really good. Pets are welcomed. They even have a dog park. What I really like is that it's well lit at night!

Everything about this community has been 100% great! The property is clean, well maintained, spacious, has a terrific setting, awesome pool, clubhouse and fitness center! The location is perfect for easy access to major roads and public transportation. The office staff are excellent! They're super attentive to any resident's needs, professional and personable! I highly recommend The Elms at Signal Hill Station!

Love it especially the Outside appearance and update. It is not far from Dulles airport, I66 and other amenities. Neighbors are friendly and the apartment is quite spacious. Would renew my lease when it's due.

This community is lovely! Everything is clean and the apartment smells new when you move in! I love tall ceilings and the amount of windows in the whole apartment! Houses don't even look this nice! No matter where your apartment is located in this community, you are guaranteed a nice view!

Parking is issue Dog park needs some serious work Grounds are terrible need more grass planted and kept up Not sure why I have to have a minimum of characters. I have no other information that I wish to share

We moved from overseas and were unable to view any complexes in person. The elms was very assertive and helpful. The apartment was available at the time we needed. So far we have enjoyed living here and have no complaints. I hope our rent doesn't raise so we can continue to live in the area.

This is a extremely community oriented development. They care about the people of the community. I've been here 3 years maintenance and leasing staff are always friendly. The community is always well kept. It's a great place to call home. Many amenities! Great location less than 5 minutes from MANY shopping centers. Great price for area and luxury style apartments
