My experience at this community was excellent. I love the apartment and I think it is very reasonable for the price and location. I never had a problem with the staff and maintenance are quick to resolve my issues.

Guests parking in residential area overnight is an issue to me. Security needs to be more deiligent about monitoring guest parking in the residential area, especially overnight. A couple of times I have come home late and had to park in the next door residential area spaces and noticed some vehicles didnot display the residential sticker.

The Elms at Signal Hill Station is a newly built neighborhood that is modern, nice and clean. The community is conveniently location close to shopping, restaurants and offers great transportation options for commuting into the City.

We have had a very pleasant experience here. The management team is great. They have have special events and resolve any issues immediately. Our apartment has been quiet and peaceful. The grounds are always kept very clean.

The apartments are designed very well. They are spacious and affordable. You don't need to look any further this is the best place for the price. My wife and I looked at several apartments in the area but none came close to how good these apartments look.

Very beautiful community with great Amenities, the pool and clubhouse are so beautiful , and the staff members are very friendly and professional and every time you walk around the community the curb appeal is fantastic

Great location, new and modern, natural gas heat and stove and a gas log fireplace is very nice in my unit. Commuter friendly, County school district and very close to shopping and walkable to a Community park.

Clean & quiet neighborhood, leasing staff is prompt and professional and host numerous fun events for residents, grounds are always well kept with plenty of trash/bag stations for dog owners and nice landscaping. Plenty of amenities - gym and pool are great + a locker for Amazon package deliveries so they aren't left at the door or in the leasing office after hours. Parking is an issue and needs to be more strictly enforced. Have not gotten to lease renewal yet so fingers crossed my rent doesn't get jacked up crazy amounts - I have enjoyed living here overall.

Community is beautiful, but the leasing office and management group don't see tenants as anything but a check. Multiple times I was not contacted in time by office resulting in fees, grief, etc.. The only time they will ever pick up the phone is if money is owed to them.

Overall great experience! I like the events offered. I'm glad there is a social awareness to the community as well. The maintenance team responds expediently to requests and is always friendly. The office staff is professional as well.

I have lived at the Elms for over a year now. It is a really nice community and is managed really well. I have lived in a lot of communities but the staff here is amazing. The office holds events such as happy hours and kid events which is really nice. They even held a movie night for kids so we could go out on a date! It was really sweet.

Love the place. Great apartment and love the community. Decent rent prices although re-upping is a bit challenging as it seems they want to gouge people who are interested in staying. Makes me want to look. Other than that I enjoy the place

This cozy and picturesque new community is a pleasure to be a part of. Lots of social gatherings, friendly neighbors and a very travel convenient location. We have enjoyed our time here and have recommended others to rent here.

The Elms, is a great place to reside in. Maintenance is very quick in responding when something needs to be fixed in my apartment. The leasing office is also efficient compared to other places I have lived.

This is a great community to live in. The neighbors are nice. It's safe at night. I love the kitchen and the laundry room, and the three-bedroom apartment is so spacious. It's like living in a small home.

Any and all issues that have arisen have been addressed promptly by staff. Even when I had a problem that was the fault of the utility company I got a phone call and apology for it happening. They have shown they care about whatever situation many times and I would definitely recommend living here.

It's overall a great community. The office staff is very polite and responsive. The grounds are always clean. The only complaint is the noise level of the neighbors. Often times are able to hear them walking around, and when they play music loudly.

Apartments and community is really nice. And It's near to VRE station. Easy commute to DC. Friendly staff. Site maintenance is great. Lease renewal, Paying rent and service requests everything is on line, no paper work and no need of calling leasing office for each issue.

I chose these apartments, because the location is ideal: excellent schools and great proximity to commuter rail. They are also very nice apartments with an excellent staff. The gym and pool are very nice.

Very quiet community with nice amenities . The community is pet friendly with a spacious dog park. Walking distance to the VRE Station. The only thing lacking in the community is a car wash/vacuuming area. area

It was been a great experience here at Signal Hill, I have lived in many apartment communities in Prince William County and this has been by far the most family oriented one. There are a lot of families living here and the staff does an amazing job holding events. From the Christmas parties to the Easter egg hunts, Elms at Signal Hill has left a long standing impression on us. As we are looking to buy a home next summer we will surely recommend this place to future apartment dwellers.

Lovely community, well maintained. Excellent staff and maintanence team! Always something going on. Excellent communication, always kept informed, through email of upcoming events, community news, etc. Only thing I don't like, trash is to far from my building, have to drive it.
