The elms are a great apartment complex to look into. They are easy to communicate with and take pride in their work. This is the 5th apartment I've had and matches the top quality I have had a only one other location. I have family friends that have lived in other Elms property and loved it. It's worth the look

I strongly disapprove that $1700 rent monthly, I can not park my work van at the complex I live in. It's a brand new van, 2018, wrapped with my company's, an aviation company, logo. I will not renew next year because of this. Mostly Everybody in this community are working class people, nobody cares about my work van except management. I will be leaving because of this one reason.

We love it here! Staff is great! Apartments are beautiful! They are pet friendly and have great events. They host an event about once a month so you can meet your neighbors. They even have a neighborhood watch which is a great added benefit.

I love my 1 Bedroom with 2nd floor Loft. It's an artists dream with high ceilings, plenty of light & track lighting here. The appliances are 2 years old (Whirlpool), grey walls & lush carpeting. The pool is a resort size with chaises which I like. ??

This is a safe area to live in! Visitor passes are a must when visitors come. Manager is amazing and so helpful! Maintenance staff was quick to respond to requests. Overall this apartment complex is one of the best in the "Manassas Park" area. I've lived in 3 out of the 4 that are within this mile radius....so yes the extra money compared to the other apartments per month is worth it! On a bonus note: you technically live in Manassas and don't have to pay a STUPID water fee that the Manassas Park apartments charge you every month!

Amazing and a great price. The rooms for our 2 bedroom are huge and each has a private bath. The kitchen is brand new with black marble counter tops accompanied by black appliances and a stainless refrigerator. The hardwood is beautiful. The walkout patio is gorgeous. Not to mention the extra storage closet is super convenient.

I moved here a little over a year ago with my husband and small dog. We enjoy living here because of the customer service from the staff and how pet friendly the community is. We like the detached garages as well

My experience had been very good at this complex. The staff is always quick to respond to any issues you may have. They're also very good at keeping the residents up to date on any issues, concerns, or events involving the community.

I love this apartment! It is really updated, quiet and safe. The staff has been incredibly friendly and helpful. We were concerned about train noise before move-in but it has been a non-issue. Also, the closets are huge!

I have loved living in this community. The apartments are luxurious, light, bright, airy, and spacious. The amenities are amazing - the gym is always clean and the pool is gorgeous. The office staff and maintenance staff are courteous, helpful, and kind. My children always have someone to play with at the two gorgeous parks in the community. It has been amazing to live here.

Nice enough area and residents, but management staff seems to continually be one step behind - we are never informed when packages are left at the office (even days later), and their "pet policy" consists of asking neighbors to tattle on each other to contain pet waste.

So far so good! There is ample parking and I am always able to find a spot close to my building no matter the time! Apartments have high ceilings and nice appliances! The dog park has ample space! Balconies are a nice size as well.

I've lived in 3 of the Elms communities over a span of 5 years and the Signal Hill Station location has been by far the best. The apts/amenities are new so that may not be the most fair comparison to other locations, but I can say that the staff is much friendlier & I feel like I'm getting my money's worth for the most part. I think there are some minor things that they could improve but overall, I'm satisfied with this community, their staff & calling The Elms at Signal Hill Station my home.

This is by far our best apartment experience to date. Everything is well maintained and kept clean. Kids love the playgrounds. Access to Fios is a huge selling point as our previous location was dated and could only have DSL. Love using the trail that connects us to Signal Hill Park. And as a dog owner, the access of the dog waste bags/trash cans are a HUGE advantage!!

Clean, well maintained and spacious apartments. The staff is excellent, always friendly and professional. I don't have many service requests, but when I do they are usually completed the next day. The pool and gym are in perfect condition as well.

Very nice neighbors, nice playgrounds for kids, it has a walking trail that is very nice and it takes you to the water park closed by. The apartment is beautiful and very spacious. Closed to many grocery stores, banks and restaurants. Nice area as well, it's an area that is growing.

Very clean and nice apartment complex. The office staff is very helpful and responsive. The apartments are very spacious and nearly soundproof. Pet friendly but the ground are kept poop free. Close to shopping and walking distance from the VRE.

We found this apartment, signed the lease, and moved in within 2.5 weeks. The availability was phenomenal. We are very happy with the community because it is very well lit, the staff is friendly, the facilities, and the best thing is that our dog was allowed here!

My husband and i have been living at these apartments for a little over a year now. We moved from out of state but the ladies at the Elms made the process so much easier. They know us by name and i always feel welcomed when I go into the clubhouse. I also enjoy their monthly activities for residents. It really gives you a chance to get to know your neighbors. The community is well lit and I feel safe.

Elms is a Family Friendly community that is very welcoming and has many amenities. The homes of Elms have 9 to 10 feet ceilings in each room and all granite throughout the home. Our family enjoys the Elms Community.

Nice new neighborhood. Friendly community, plenty of family-friendly events. Not bad for one of the cheapest price per square footage. A little too dog friendly, and parking arrangements is a bit tight for renters and visitors. But overall, quite satisfactory.

Great thus far. Work on parking issues as well as lowering the rent I have nothing else to add . All other situations are great. More often than not the experience has been a pleasant one and I am happy
