I moved here almost three years ago and believe I am getting my money's worth especially in terms of utilities and parking. The complex is near my grocery stores and other stores that I need to get to. The complex is safe and the rules keep us safe.

It is a quiet safe community. Family and pet friendly. Plenty of safe walkways and common areas. There are two playgrounds for the kids. I feel safe going to my car at anytime of the day or night. Perfect place for me to be.

I like living in this community. It's well maintained, the staff is nice, and my maintenance request was handled immediately. I have no issues with parking, and I'm surprised that I haven't heard my next door neighbors (the walls aren't paper thin), although I do sometimes hear the baby upstairs running (but it isn't disruptive or really loud). If we weren't relocating for work, I'd definitely renew my lease.

Everyone is so kind and courteous. They go above and beyond to ensure that all is well. The community itself is very well maintained and one of the best places I have lived. I'd recommend The Elms at Signal Hill to anyone!

Staff was professional, and courteous to my service requests and to my first time visiting when selecting an apartment to move into. I recommend anyone moving in the Manassas Park area to consider The Elms at Signal Hill as the first and only choice.

We submitted an application to the Elms at Signal Hill before the apartment complex was complete. Actually, we were the first ones to submit an application. We couldn't be more pleased with our decision to move here. We couldn't expect more from the staff led by Lauren Hall. The sense of community culture that she strives to develop is outstanding.

The staff is amazing, attentive, and thoughtful. The community is wonderful and close to VRE. Complex offers a variety of events to help neighbors meet each other. Lots of pathes to explore by foot or bike. Exercise room and pool are clean and inviting. All equipment is clean and well maintained.

My husband and I moved into this community about a year ago and love all the amenities it has to offer. The pool and workout area were a major selling point for us as well as the updated apartments and the appliances. The maintenance staff is very responsive to any work order we have had no matter the time. We would highly recommend this community to anyone looking to rent a well-maintained apartment.

It's a great community. Everyone seems to be very friendly here. The overall appearance of the community is great, with some obvious issues that can come up with such a large community. I would highly recommend the community to anyone and everyone!

It has overall been an 4/5 star rating. Neighbors are somewhat nosey and when you call the office to report something, all they really say is that they'll try to keep a look out for it but never really do anything. Plus, when regularly maintenance is being conducted, they just barge in without knocking.

The elms is overall a pretty safe and nice place to live. There are a few things that are annoying, however. The hallways and staircases are always dirty, people constantly let their dogs loose and don't pick up after them, and there's only 1 trash compactor and a few recycling bins that always fill up really quickly. It's a good place to live, but I don't think they'll ever fix these big issues.

This is beautiful brand new community with professional staff. I have lived in nearby community back in 2014 and living here has changed my perception about Manassas. Generally people are good. It's a mixed community and everyone if friendly around here. We are happy to be here.

The elms has treated me very great. The staff is very responsive and helpful. They respect my details on how to come into my apartment for any request. If I have any concerns they get back to me a seen like they care.

Location, location, location! The Elms at Signal Hill is so close to restaurants, shopping, bike trails, water park and the VRE. My apartment is on the second floor of a 3 floor building and I can honestly say that I never hear my neighbors above or below me. The apartment is cute and roomy with high end finishes. Parking is plentiful and the staff and community is personable and engaging. Great apartment !

The staff are professional and courteous and go above and beyond to meet the needs of the resident. The community is safe and usually quiet and the amenities are amazing for both young and old. I would definitely recommend this community.

It's a decent community but the staff are not understanding to personal issues. They care more about ratings than the people that live in the apartment. I regret moving into this complex. If I could do it all over I would have moved closer to sterling.

I found The Elms at Signal Hill after looking at a few other communities near by and found it to be a favorite. They are beautiful and big. The leasing staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Bianca Lauren were a pleasure to deal with! The community is clean and inviting and very quiet. So far it's been great!

I have lived here for about two months now and have nothing but good things to say about the Elms at Signal Hill Station. The staff has always been friendly, the ground are kept in pristine condition and the apartments are amazing.

Very nice apartment, more than expected when looking at the floor plans online. Move in process was simple and easy and you get immediate feedback when you need any questions answered. The noise of the train might scare some away but it isn't as bad as you would think. Would definitely recommend this to my friends!

I have lived here for two days, it has been great. The move in process was very well done and Amy helped out a lot along the way. Couldn't have asked for a smoother move in. I am looking forward to spending the next few years at this apartment complex.

This apartment complex is one of the best places I've ever lived in, and the staff are very professional and friendly. The parking so far has been adequate and the amenities are great as well. It is a good place to live.

This is a great place to call home. The staff always greets you with a smile and very helpful to your needs an are quick to attend to any problem that arise. The grounds and facilities are kept clean everyday. The workout rooms are open 24/7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. This is a beautiful neighborhood with playgrounds for the kids and trails. The location is perfect and there is alot of restaurants, transportation and schools.

The Elms at Signal Hill Station is well managed and that is the key to why this is a great place to live. When I say well managed I mean they care about their tenants and maintain a high level of professionalism and response time to service requests. The Elms are quiet, spacious, with high ceilings throughout, and beautiful amenities throughout. In addition, during the Government Furlough, the leasing staff in coordination with the community collected donations for furloughed community members and gift cards for these families. This was what a community should be about caring for one another and coming together during trying moments in compassionate and positive ways. I will be renewing my lease and I am glad I live here.-- EMC

We had a wonderful experience at The Elms at Signal Hill. After researching many different communities in Woodbridge and Manassas, we decided to go with this one because they have the absolute best customer service (Lauren and the rest of the staff are AMAZING!), the apartments are gorgeous, the grounds are beautiful and very well kept and it was very safe and peaceful.

The management of The Elms have made me feel completely at home. The apartment is lovely, and the response time for needed repairs minimal. The staff has been extremely helpful and the work area left exceptionally clean.
