Family friendly, very pleasant maintenance staff. Response time for concerns or work orders is amazing, most of the time the staff comes to see us the same day. Very courteous and considerate. Very pleased and will be renewing our lease.

Well kept and very quiet community. The staff address problems quickly. The facilities such as the gym, pool and Club House are well kept. Excellent maintenance service. They are thorough with repairs.

I live in the apartment with the loft. It's very nice and spacious. It's quiet, you hardly hear your neighbors. It's a very family-oriented apartment building. The grounds are nice, and I always feel safe walking at night. There's a trail that leads to Signal Hill Park. Con: The first couple of months of living here, we did have to call maintenance almost every week because there were issues like the disposal and dishwasher not working properly. The fire alarms in the apartment are VERY sensitive. It's hard cooking bacon or a steak without the alarm going wild. Sometime when you want that late night dinner, and the alarm goes off because it detects steam. You'll wake up the whole building. I mean, it's nice that it can detect smoke and what not, but I've made pizza in the oven (without it burning), and the fire alarm will sound. It becomes an annoyance because you have to be careful when you're cooking. The heat and cooling system is a bit weird. When the A/C is on, one bedroom will be colder than the other, and when the heat is on, one bedroom will be hotter than the other. I got the odd bedroom, where it's either too cold or too hot. It got to the point where it was so cold in my bedroom during winter, that I had 3 full size blanket. I contemplated buying a heater. Maybe I just drew the not so good apartment, but it is a nice area to live in. I feel safe and the people here are nice. Every apartment complex has those few bad apple neighbors that don't know how to pick up after their dogs. But what can ya do, right?

Very nice clean quiet community close to all your shopping needs as well as public transportation. Propety amd maintenance staff always professional and addressing the property needs truly a hidden gem in Manassas Park .

This community has provided an awesome place for our 2 year old son to feel at home. We love our neighbors. Everyone has been kind and friendly towards us. We love the walking trails since we have a dog and he appreciates the dog park! The area is very well lit, and I am confident that we are in a safe neighborhood.

Kind and quick service. Wonderful staff. Clean apartments. Wonderful parks. Lovely trails. Kind neighbors. I really love all the different plants nearby and it's so close to the DC area. I am so glad I moved here

Very clean and well run. The staff from day one to now are very nice and professional . The grounds and maintenance people are always friendly . The office staff always keeps you up to date with everything .

Cleanest Apartment I visited in my search and I looked at over 15! Additionally, the location is ideal to take full advantage of public transportation and ease to shopping nearby. I would highly recommend these apartments to both family and friends if they are in the market.

The community is very nice. The gym, pool and clubhouse are wonderful. The staff is very polite and the apartments are some of the most attractive in the area. There are many shops and restaurants in a few mile radius. Nice place.

This operation is the most professional than all of the previous apartment operations where we have stayed. This is the sixth apartment complex we have stayed. Some were good. Some not so good. We have a excellent basis for this review.

Everyone here has been exceptionally friendly and accommodating. My roommate and I are both wheelchair users, and management/maintenance has been willing to do things to make our experience easier and better. I highly recommend The Elms!

A pretty clean, spacious apartment, wish there was more hardwood floor or tiles instead of carpet. It helps keep the place clean. Great neighborhood. Sufficient amount of parking. Staff is nice as well.

Great Sense of community, It certainly feels like home. And I love the onsite staff especially the leasing office. Very friendly staff and the Maintenance staff is exceptional and my apartment is great I love living here already.

The community is very clean and safe. There have been no safety concerns since moving in. Staff responds to maintenance requests very quickly. In walking distance to the vre. Community is very conveniently located to shops and restaurants.

The apartments are very nice. The area where they are located is amazing. Also the community is very friendly. Honestly this are the best apartments that I rent. Everything is on point, starting with the people who manage till the maintenance people. We have everything in here.

I really enjoy living at The Elms at Signal Hill Station. Staff is courteous and knowledgeable. And the community is very modern, quiet and clean. I would recommend it to anyone! The Elms at Signal Hill Station is the best pace ever!

Community is well kept with an incredible staff. There is a sense of community with monthly events and drives to assist those around the neighborhood. Schools are close as are restaurants, grocery stores, and other fantastic amenities. VRE is in walking distance.

This apartment felt like home the minute I arrived. The model unit perfectly represented the unit that I chose, without the feature paint color of course. The staff is exceptional. The grounds are well maintained and the community is very well lit, which eased my safety concerns. I love it here!

I have relly enjoyed living in this community. The majority of the neighbors are very friendly. I have enjoyed raising my puppy in this community where he has been socialized to adults, kids, and other dogs.
