The community seems okay so far. The leasing office is very helpful and amazing. Parking is easily accessible and people are respectful in that manner. overall appearance of the apartment is actually very good. The community seems to be well taken care of and maintained. While the majority of neighbors are nice and respectful, there's a few neighbors that aren't too great.

Amazing. The staff is incredibly responsive. Service requests are always handled in a timely manner and done well. I loveeee my apartment and take advantage of most of the amenities offered. No complaints!

Very great experience. Prompt and efficient. The staff was professional and knowledgeable and super helpful and attentive! Very pleased! They have monthly activities for the community! Which is GREAT!

Overall I'm very satisfied living in this community. Apartments are new appliances are put in a pretty good condition clean inside and out the only concern that I have is with the residents who has pets they doing clean after pets.

I have really enjoyed my time at the Elms of Signal Hill in Manassas, Virginia. The service is exceptional in both the maintenance and leasing departments. The Elms always makes me feel extremely welcome and are always helpful with questions or service requests.

Clean and safe community with plenty of parking. Staff is friendly and quick. Has a pool and gym and a dog park. Nice trail through the woods to the park. Fixes problems quickly. Has an amazon locker for packages.

I have never had a poor experience here at The Elms at Signal Hill. The office and maintenance staff are some of the best I have encountered, and the apartments are spacious and comfortable. I would highly recommend this complex.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time staying here. The amenities are great, and grounds are wonderfully kept. Apartments are nice, but wishing there was more storage space in the apartment without having to rent a garage. Appreciate the preventative maintenance on a regular basis. Overall, would recommend.

Overall, this is a decent place to live. The neighborhood is pretty clean with a low crime rate. I lived in the community for nearly 5 years now. Summers by the pool and grilling is something to look forward to

I have been here since 2017 and I fell in love with my apartment from the start. I love having a laundry room instead of just a laundry closet. Plenty of kitchen cabinets to boot. I use my second bedroom as my home office.

This apartment really stood out to me from the very beginning. The office staff as a whole were very responsive, informative, and extremely nice and helpful. Maintenance staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely responsive to work order requests as ive put in several, both urgent and non urgent, and they were handled in less than 24 hours. The pool is amazing, community is pretty and the inside of the apartments are updated and "modern". I highly recommend living here!

I have been living at The Elms for about 5 years now and it has been absolutely amazing! The staff are super friendly and professional. The grounds look amazing and the service team are quick to respond for every service request I have ever entered. Highly recommend this community. ??

I moved in to the 2 bedroom with loft floor plan and it has been a great fit for me. Usually my second bedroom becomes my office as I work from home, and so it would give my visitors a less hospitable guest room, but the loft space is perfect for a nice out of the way office on a price point that doesn't break the bank. Also they allow Huskies and my pupper approves highly of being allowed inside

Beautiful community, nice and quiet. Feels safe, friendly people. The insides of the apartments are nice, the only thing I would change would be the blinds for the sliding glass door to your balcony, they seem to break very easy.

Very clean neighborhood. Friendly and responsive staff and maintenance. Nice amenities. Plenty of parking for residents. Nice surroundings. We feel safe here. Convenient to grocery shopping and medical centers.

My community experience has been great thus far. I wish we had a basketball court outside so I wouldn't have to take my son to Signal Hill to play. I would recommend this community to my friends......

So far we've had good experience at this community, nothing at all to complain about!! The staff at the office are very helpful and very friendly. The maintenance crew is all well experienced and you can tell they really do care about their jobs!!

I've had an exceptional stay calling The Elms at Signal Hill Station as home. From the courteous staff team who are quick to respond to your questions via email or phone and assist you with your request to the lovely neighbors. Community is located to schools, public transportation, restaurants/grocery stores, parks, entertainment, place of worship ?..etc. Join us all build a better and more diversified safe community we can call home for our peace of mind.

I like living here. When we first moved in, my husband's car was broken into. The neighbors above and next to use are unbelievably loud so the walls are quite thin. There is however always parking spaces, the staff is very nice and they do a lot to keep the complex nice and neat. We would probably stay here for a lot longer, but I'm afraid we have been priced out.

For the most part it has been a positive experience, however parking, peta running free, pool isn't big enough to host the amount of people who live here and the crazy drivers. But the maintenance staff and office staff have been great

It's a nice place to live. I recommend it. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance team always resolves issues. The location is convenient. The apartments are spacious and well maintained. I don't really like their moving out carpeting policy. I understand some tenants do not take proper care of their carpets and they look really bad after apartments are returned, but having the carpet "professionally steam-cleaned no earlier than 48 hours prior to move-out date or key return," as it appears on the lease, it's just too much!

Staff is friendly and professional. Couldn't ask for a better location, close to the VRE. Easy access to Centerville, Woodbridge, and Gainesville. Apartments are spacious, love the pool, and fitness center.

Love it. Have lived here almost 5 yrs. Close to schools and attractions. Love all the maintenance crew. Safe place to live and enjoy all the events the community has throughout the year. We also love our aptmt. It's a 2 bed w/ loft so lots of space.
