The Elms at signal hill station is an AMAZING complex to live in! It may be a further commute for some people to work (like me) but it is 100% worth it to be in an affordable, trustworthy complex with amenities like a pool, gym, and 24/7 maintenance staff and parking that is FREE and never runs out! It is also a great location from old town Manassas

I've lived at this apartment complex for some time now, and I can confidently say it's been an incredible experience from day one. The amenities are outstanding?modern, clean, and thoughtfully maintained. From the pool and gym to the clubhouse and outdoor spaces, everything is top-tier and makes daily life feel like a resort vacation. One of my favorite things about living here is the sense of community. The management team regularly hosts fun and engaging social events that bring neighbors together and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It truly feels like home, not just an apartment. The staff here deserve special recognition. They are consistently professional, friendly, and quick to respond to any concerns or maintenance requests. It's clear they genuinely care about residents' comfort and happiness. The neighborhood itself is quiet, safe, and convenient, and I've been lucky to have great neighbors who are respectful and kind. It's rare to find a place that checks every box, but this community truly does. If you're looking for a place that combines comfort, convenience, and a strong sense of community, look no further. I absolutely love living here and can't recommend it highly enough!

This is a great community. The office staff are very friendly and welcoming. They are always saying "hello" and know who you are. I have never had this experience from a larger apartment complex. The neighbors are quiet and even with my apartment facing the pool, it is not noisy. There are often community events which can be a great way to get to know the staff and your community. The apartment is within walking distance to the train station and shopping. (I don't really know how to do the ratings below. Do more stars agree with the statement? I'm sort of thrown by the first question.

It's been an awesome experience so far. Staff has been extremely helpful and responsive to any needs I have, and are always friendly and remember me among all the other residents. Will definitely be looking to extend my lease at the end of the current contract. Great amenities available, affordable for the quality, location, and benefits offered.

I moved in Oct 2023 and I am very pleased with the company, the staff is very friendly always ready to answer any questions may arise I was in need of repairs couple times and the maintenance personal was there right away fixing the stuff and they did i it right the first time. The neighbors are very nice people.I recommend the complex the Elms in Signal Hill to all my friends, family and co- workers.

Great community, safe, clean, and family friendly. However, my only suggestion would be better dog park options for pets. Pets do not have a huge Park that is well lit or kept up. Other than that, I thoroughly enjoy living at the Elms and all of the surrounding construction with new small businesses within walking distance.

This complex has been great since we moved in last summer. When we had any issues requiring repairs, they responded quickly and things were addressed within the day. Communication is great from the leasing office staff regarding events and any changes to the community. They really care for the residents and it shows greatly.

It is a nice community. It is close to the VRE, which is great. It is normally very clean but there is an issue with dog owners not cleaning up dog poop. Including dogs pooping on sidewalks and roads.

Great apartment community, so enjoy put apartment, our 2 bedroom apartment with a loft! You can't get this anywhere. This is my Man Cave which I appreciate. My wife and I so enjoy having the awesome pool available during the summer months. Definitely a great place to live!

Love our new home. The community is very family oriented and has a sense of safety. The only downside is parking can get tight at certain buildings. The visitor parking is plentiful and sprinkled throughout the community.

The size and layout of the apartment are great. Parking is usually not an issues, and the community also recently added some additional visitor parking, which followed feedback I provided a few times. This shows that the community listens to residents. Maintenance does a great job maintaining the community, and is responsive to issues.

My apartment is everything I need. It is very safe, quiet , family community. The leasing office staff are very friendly and very quick to respond to everything I have ever needed. Maintenance comes and fixes things quickly and does not disturb anything. When you see them on the property they are so friendly too! The grounds are very pretty and maintained!
