Love the apartments and community. I would like to see the outdoor lighting fixed. There are a lot of lights that are out throughout the campus. Since I walk our dog late at night and sometimes early morning, I would feel safer if lighting was better.

This is a quiet and clean community. Management and maintenance respond promptly and with efficacy. Any issues have been very well managed. Close to shops and major transportation. Beautiful place to raise a family. We have lived here many years and recommend it.

Nice neighborhood, it looks great, love the pool, love the gym, very clean and spacious apartments. Landscaping is great, I wish the Elms apartments would have more trash bin available through the community.

I could not have asked for a better apartment complex to move to. The office, maintenance, and grounds keeping staff are first class. I highly recommend to anyone looking for an apartment to move to The Elms at Signal Hill.

I picked this community based on the surprisingly good reviews, and so far it has lived up to them. The units are spacious and well-maintained. The community is quiet, friendly, and feels safe. I have always been able to find parking. Lots of families and dogs - we love the playgrounds, dog park, and pool. Have had one maintenance request and it was responded to same-day. Also, all the staff are super friendly!

My dogs and I enjoy sitting out on the covered balcony listening to the birds. It's a great place to read a book and relax. The separate laundry room is a great place to feed your pets and it keeps clutter minimized in the kitchen. The tall ceilings give the apartment a luxurious feel!

After nearly 5 years at The Elms at Signal Hill Station, I have zero complaints. The staff greets us by name in passing or at community events. They are wonderful to my kids and the kids in the community. They are on top of maintenance requests- usually taken care of the next day. We have zero complaints. I have truly appreciated our experience and it will be bittersweet moving away.

The staff has been incredible from the moment we first arrived. From our first viewing, to any time we all, they are responsive and supportive. There are plenty of parking spaces. The front office staff also try to frequently have events to encourage community engagement.

I feel with the rent increases over the past couple years more should be done to keep the good renters you have. I believe when you have someone who takes care of the apartment and is always on time or early with rent that you would try to keep them here

It's all as you see in the pictures, clean, renovated, lighting!!! Apartments look like new, excellent utilities. Few times I had to ask maintenance to come and they were fast and professional, solving everything at first time. Beautiful landscape!!!

great community, great neighbors, friendly staff. clean and well maintained grounds and apartment homes. overall we are really happy living here but the rent is just too expensive for us personally. otherwise we would stay. wouldn't mind more updated features in the homes too.

The community is very safe. All staff is friendly. The AC units are not great and run constantly in the summer. It's hard to keep your apartment cool and you have to close the blinds. The full size washer and dryers are nice to have.

When searching for a new home 2 years ago, i was surprised when i came across the elms here in manassas. A diamond in the rough some might call it. The service is top notch from the office with professional communication and same day service on every ticket i submit, sometimes same hour! Living at the Elms has been an amazing experience. The staff and maintenance provide an ease on living. They keep the property clean. Communication is easy with staff and maintenance. I love the amenities they provide and how the apartments are right next to walking trails and the park. That has to be my favorite feature. Parking is easy. Its fairly safe and living in front of townhome gives the home ambiance. When I sit in the balcony I feel like I am living in a townhome neighborhood.

My husband and I moved into this apartment despite the extra far drive to his work because of the amazing staff, lovely landscaping, and clean and newly renovated apartments. None of the other apartments we looked at had all of these things as well as in unit laundry and dog parks. We also love the paved walking path through the woods behind the complex. Would highly recommend.

I moved here upon separation from my former wife. Since moving in, I have developed a sense of home & security while living at this community. Not only that, but my kids have made new/more friends now and they love the community just as much as I do. The swimming pool is a huge hit for them and I have to say it is the cleanest apartment community pool I've seen yet. Well maintained for sure. The maintenance staff are super friendly and aren't just there to fix problems in your apartment. It's like they care to know you and always smile and ask how you're doing when you run into them. The community has other great amenities like a dog park and fitness center. The overall complex is just super clean and extremely well maintained in my opinion. If I could live here permanently I would! Lol!
