I used the http://www.apartmentshowcase.com/search/virginia/manassas website to find this apartment complex. My office's team leader recommended that I look at Manassas due to the new developments and I could take the Virginia Railway Express as opposed to the Metro to get to our office.

I only moved to the community a week ago but the people in the area seem very nice. One person even offered to help me move some of my stuff from my car to the apartment. I haven't had too much exposure to the community since I moved in less than a week ago, but I look forward to getting acquainted with the community.

This is place to be. Quiet and if you have any problems the maintenance arrive promptly. Everyone here is nice and the Amenities are a must see. I can't think of a better place to be. The leasing is nice too

The apartments at the Elms at Signal Hill Station are amazing. The maintenance staff goes out of their way to assist with any service needs on the same day if possible. The office staff is very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and always ready to answer questions or provide help. My apartment is beautiful, spacious with brand new appliances and a gas stove, so nice. I am very happy with my new home. I would recommend The Elms at Signal Hill Station to anyone looking to make a move to Manassas.
