The residents are friendly and the rental office are very professional. The apartments are also very clean and modern looking. Whenever that is a problem the rental office also responds immediately. I am very big on customer service and they always deliver!

I love this community. The staff is just as great as the community looks! The staff is amongst the friendliest bunch I have ever met, and I appreciate them for making me feel so welcome. I am pleased with my decision to make this my home, and I look forward to everything the year brings.

The staff are very helpful and the maintenance crew are on top of things. After dealing with noise issues, the staff were quick to resolve the problem. I do wish that they would put their potential residents under deeper scrutiny.

I liked it when I first moved in but the office staff are -------s! I think if you put a different staff in the office this place would be great. I feel like I got the old bate and switch. When I'm paying $1,750.00 a month just for my base rent I expect better treatment!

Safe, quiet, and helpful when it comes to maintenance needs and adjusting to a new city. I enjoy the intentionality of the staff when it comes to taking my trash to the compactor. Three times a staff member has seen me and willingly offered to take my trash for me on the golf cart. Even with construction going on, it is still quiet and well kept.

I am satisfied with my choice to move to The Elms. It's a convenient commute for me to work and to grab groceries and a bite to eat. I really enjoy the sense of community that management fosters. The monthly community events are an added perk, and helps you meet others in the community.

I love the community and the friendliness of the staff. I also love the scenery and the playgrounds available for my son. The pool is beautiful and I like that there is a lifeguard on staff for safety purposes.

It's been very good. We moved in when the community just opened. The staff has been nice and it's a nice place to live. I am sad to leave but need to find a different living situation to accommodate a sick family member.

It's an amazing place to live with a pleasant staff. They always want you to feel welcome and are very polite. They make sure your needs are always fulfilled. I have been here for 3 years and have seen it grow.

Apartment is beautiful, the layout is fantastic for being creative for how you want to set up your home. We love the flexibility with outlets and internet access points. The kitchen area was such a huge upgrade from our previous living arrangement, and everything felt so fresh and new. We regularly get emails about events the community is holding and they are actually very interesting and relevant. I've lived in single family homes, townhomes and apartment complexes. Of all my experiences, this is one of the most refreshing, fun and low maintenance environments I've had the pleasure of being a part of.

I absolutely love this place. The apartment appearance is sleek and simple. The extra room for the laundry is convenient and a great storage space. The appliances are new which I love. The office staff is friendly and at your service to help! The only thing I don't like is the fact that my bedroom wall is shared with another persons bedroom wall. The walls are SO THIN. I can hear them talking on speaker phone. Or like my spare bedroom. I can hear kids stomp up the stairs outside because the stairs are next to it. I give it a four stars. It could have a bit better construction. And the people who first built it, could have paid a bit more attention to detail.

The community is a nice place for family. It's quiet, clean and staff are amazing. The office staff provides events that my 8 years old can appreciate. It has a state of the art gym equipment and a nice pool my teenagers appreciate during the summer

it is one of the best comfortable place I have ever seen in last 5 years thanks I am part of it. if we can provide handicap assayable apartments with there parking marked we will give comfort to the old people.

The apartments are beautiful inside and out. The staff are wonderful. The maintenance crew are very helpful. The pool is gorgeous.They even have a lot of events for the residents.. LOVE LOVE LOVE this complex...

The apartments are spacious, and well thought out. There were so many layout options to choose from, even some with lofts! The community is lovely, and sponsors events for the residents. I feel very safe, even walking my dog late at night. Seriously, I have nothing negative to say about the place.

I couldn't be more pleased that we moved into the Elms at Signal Hill. The amenities are new, and the apartment is just what I wanted. The office and maintenance staff are courteous and responsive. I would recommend the Elms to anyone that is looking for a quality apartment.

Great community with new, spacious, contemporary apartments. Great management team and awesome maintenance crew! Overall quiet and very safe community near to everything you could need and want. The is very attentive to requests and issues, and are very professional. I love living at the Elms!

Nice, clean community. Outstanding staff and maintenance. All your needs are tended to in a speedy manner. Grounds are kept extremely well. Could use more visitor parking. Would highly recommend living here.
