Since moving into this unit, I have enjoyed the quietness. I have met some friendly neighbors. The property staff have been most accommodating. It's new and being the first to live in the unit is most appreciated.

So far all is well everybody's very friendly including the staff , very quite, crime free, surrounding is very clean and it's close to shopping mall, grocery stores, banks, restaurants schools and etc

I have enjoyed my experience living in Elms at Signal Hill apartments. My only comments would involve better disposition of trash and recycling/maybe another station for that or emptying it more often. Also, some residents do not pick up after their dogs and stuff sits for days or longer. I do not see the security personnel. Are there any?

Well this a great community to start with, but the staff switches very often. I hate being pulled around this is what this community does! They tell you one thing and do another. Lauren the property manager is just not right for the job

This is a great community atmosphere. It is clean and quiet. The staff is extremely friendly and supportive. They are there to answer any questions and work to involve all in the community and they promote safety and it feels constantly safe. It is centrally located around easy shopping and two large interstates! I'd recommend it to anyone!

I have been living at The Elms for over 4 months now and love everything about it. I like working out late at night so having a gym that's open 24/7 is great! Everyone I have met including staff and residents have been nothing but friendly. The detached garages are great and there is also a lot of parking.

Overall, my experience has been pleasant. The combination of apartment homes and townhouses is lovely. I enjoy seeing the wildlife and interacting with friendly neighbors. The office staff are polite and responsive. The rental rates are very high for the Manassas area and that is probably because the units are walking distance from the VRE. It great for commuting however you must have a car to access shops and entertainment.

I love my apartment and the community. The amenities are great and the grounds are always kept clean. I had absolutely no problem with my apartment on move in day. Maintenance is always prompt to respond to my needs and very professional. So far, I have no complaints.

The apartments are beautiful, filled with new appliances, and are in great shape. Everyone I have met has been friendly. The community facilitated from the leasing office is active. Also a police officer lives in me building; the presence of his cruiser makes the whole community feel safe.

Great layout, spacious design. There is a laundry room for the washer and dryer. The appliances are brand new and state of the art. The stove is gas, which cooks so much faster. Each bedroom is a master.

I am staying in this place with the family. There is a nice Play area for kids also which my kid loves it. Very quiet and nice community. Well maintained and clean, washer dryer inside the units are very convenient.

I have been at The Elms for 6 months. Extremely professional office staff. Apartment floor plans very nicely done. Good central location. I also like the 24 hour access to the fitness center and availability Wifi.

This community is very friendly and offers a bunch of different amenities including a dog park and gym. The leasing manager and office employees are very helpful and informative with anything that is needed. Maintenance employees are quick and efficient.

Professional staff. Community is always kept looking sharp. New apartments, good neighbors. Convenient to shopping and VRE. Maintenance always responds quickly. Plenty of parking. Great community amenities.

The Elms at Signal Hill is a great community. The management, office, and maintenance teams go above and beyond to ensure that our living conditions are superb. They're always friendly, professional, and attentive to our needs and requests. They do a strive to accept good residents to keep a positive environment. They're often providing hosting programs that suit all residents. They do a great job in maintaining the property looking clean and beautiful. I havent Had any issues that haven't been resolved, to include work repair orders. Love living here and would strongly recommend this property.

The community is beautiful, very convenient to our work locations and allows pets! There are some good shops near by and a few good restaurants. Many grocery stores and gas stations. The speed limit in the area is not what I'm use to, so that's an adjustment but nothing having to do with the apartment! Our Maltese is awaiting the dog park to open as I know many other dogs are too! I would plan to stay longer if only the walls weren't so thin. That is the only downfall of this community, and its something that cant be fixed at this stage of development! All in all, the layout is great, the size and space of our 2 bedroom 2 bath is great and we receive a lot of compliments on the appearance of the community!

Best Apartments you can find in this area, Don't waste your time looking for something better this is the best of the best. If you are looking to move somewhere near the VRE station you can find couple of options but I am sure you will never find something compare to this quality and nice neighborhood like ELMS at single hill station .

I am so happy at my new apartment. It is brand new and everything is updated. It's got plenty of room and I love the outdoor balcony. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I love the location, it is close to many restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend the Elms to anyone looking.

This is the best community I've had the pleasure of living in. The office and maintenance staff are very professional and prompt with responses. Conveniently located by the VRE for those commuting into D.C. Close to local shopping and food! Best move ever!
