It is a beautiful community with friendly, available staff. Any issues are always addressed immediately. I would recommend this place to anyone. Only downfall is sometimes parking is over crowded. All in all it's a great place to live no matter your situation.

Beautiful, well kept complex with all the amenities. The rent is high but they do keep the complex very nice and do regular Mtce on the apartments The Mtce staff is very responsive and I've never had an issue

Overall, I have had a good experience. The staff is great, the maintenance people are very responsive and excellent. The location is good and really seems to be a walkable distance from shopping, restaurants, etc.

The community is friendly, I have only had a small involvement with one of my neighbors, and that involved my door. After our discussion I understood his concern. The ground are well kept no trash parking is tight, but there seems to be enough for the residents.

I have enjoyed my time living at the Elms at Signal Hill Station over the past 10 months with no real drama. The staff is very kind, friendly, attentive, and supportive. This is without question the best apartment I have ever rented and I'm glad I decided on this apartment complex.

The team is great! They always answer the service request the same day I submit them. It's a great place to live, it's very convenient. There are several food places close by and there are trails that lead to Signal Hill Park.

Office staff is great, very attentive, moving in was a breeze and it is a nice safe community. There are parks & trails to walk around, nice gym & nice pool. We've also encountered very nice neighbors. We love our home here at The Elms

I have no complaints regarding this community. Service request are completed quickly and the staff are very responsive. The community facilities are easy to access and well maintained. My only negative comment would be there are times parking is an issue around my building and not all cars are residents.

This community is clean and safe. The grounds and buildings are well maintained. The pool and gym facility are absolutely beautiful. Maintenance is prompt and the office staff is kind and helpful. They plan fun and unique community events monthly and make living at the Elms really nice.

VERY DANGEROUS AND LOUD NOISE IS NOT BEING DEALT WITH BY MANAGEMENT

moved in 2 years ago NO PROBLEMS FOR THE 1ST YEAR after that a new resident moved it with 2 children and there pitbull which they claim as an emotional support animal which almost bit my 10 year old child filed a police report complex did nothing about it, i was told until the dog actually bits and attacks nothing can be done when a pitbull bites a 10 year old child i am sure their be more then a dead dog prob. a dead child over 30 noise complaints nothing done about it management refused to come out to listen to it also i have 5 police complaints and the officers witness the noise overall nice are is it safe NO IS IT NOISE FRIENDLY ABSOLUTELY NO

Really enjoy living here Appartment is the right size for my family. We enjoy the grounds. Maintenance always comes and does an excellent job when they come. It has a lot of places for our dog to go walking. I am glad we are near a park.

it's a great space for a fairly good price. definitely not a walkable area if that is what you are looking for but access to parks and trails or are available for pets and personal use. the place is kept clean and staff has been great since we moved in
