Apartment is older and had some issues when we first moved in. The office and maintenance staff were very responsive and quickly offered practical solutions to the issues we encountered. The community is very dog-friendly.

    its a quite place to live, staff is friendly. Accepts dogs of all breed, which is the reason we came here to live. Only downfall is the parking when you get off late nights. I would recommend this place to anyone who has large dogs

      Great, clean, quiet neighborhood. Good County Schools. Close to restaurants and shops. Stuff is always ready to help. Pets big and small welcome. I recommend this place to both families, young couples and singles.

        Quiet, safe neighborhood, located conveniently near grocery stores with easy access to major highways. Everyone is always very friendly and the maintenance staff completes work orders on the same day that they are requested. Never any major complaints that haven't been resolved quickly and effectively.

          I lived here for three years and never had issues until the end of my third year. Someone vandalized my police car and I called corporate to ask to get out of my lease early and they told me no. They did nothing to help. There's a bug issue in the ground level apartments and it's poorly maintained. The carpet came apart in pieces when I vacuumed, mirror border fell off the wall and the buildings are so old, the windows let in lots of cold air. Quickly turned into the worst place to live. I couldn't wait to get out.

            I love the staff. I love how clean they keep the apartment complex. I love how safe i feel when i am walking around the complex. I REALLY love my kids school around the corner and rated really high. I appreciate how fast the maintenance team responds to issues. I want to buy a home but the apartment staff and team as a whole have spoiled me :( The neighborhood is great with access to great schools. I just LOVE it!

              Very beautiful and peaceful! Very quiet and nice neighbors. No problems with no one. Always have parking available and services needed as repairs are always done in a time. Staff are very kind. Great location and close to everything that is need from local stores and restaurants plus freeway is not far.

                staff ignored my constant complaints about marijuana smell in my building. Months later, They finally got rid of the person who was the cause of the issue. I got a call from corporate apologizing, but the manger of my property called and gave a half-assed apology saying that she was "sorry for the miscommunication". Communication wasn't the issue! The issue was that my many complaints were ignored and myself and child suffered for MONTHS because of it!

                  The entire experience from application process to move in has been great. The leasing team is amazing, everyone in the office is very friendly, they are very prompt in addressing any questions/concerns and responding to any emails/calls. We have fallen in love with our new place and are so excited to call this community our home. Online we did not select one of the upgraded units to save a few bucks but were pleasantly surprised on move in that we had upgraded appliances anyway. They offer a special on accent walls that we utilized which added a very nice touch to our place. We have a 1 bed/1 bath unit, 828 sqft and even with all of our furniture it still seems pretty spacious. The units aren't brand new but have been well maintained. No issues with parking or noisey neighbors. Overall we are extremely pleased we decided to go with this community and highly recommend it.

                    Dogs are too big, use bathroom on carpet in entrance ways, constant odor. Apartment has a lot of drafts, low water pressure. Music sometimes too loud. Like amenities, cars. Without decals taking up parking spaces, overall nice community.

                        Had a rough start due to our unit not being ready resulting in two movings in 30 days and we weren't properly compensated at the end of day. But, we finally got the unit and it was exactly how we wanted it. We just renewed our lease, but the rent increase is too high in my opinion versus what we were told in the beginning, so not looking forward for another renewal next year.

                          The leasing specialist April was so great, she was super friendly and really funny. She was ultimately was the selling point for us! The community had everything we wanted and needed, as well as it is gorgeous. Literally the only thing I wish was included is elevators in the building but the stairs aren't too bad either.

                              Move in was simple, and straight forward. You sign a few documents, submit your payment, and receive your keys! Staff was professional and courteous. The pool is stunning, and the exercise facility is well equipped and maintained. There is a dog park but I have not had a chance to check it out. The community is relatively peaceful.

                                Good thus far. The staff is always helpful and maintenance is very speedy and professional. The neighborhood is quiet and my neighbors are very friendly and welcoming. The only thigh I would suggest is professional carpet cleaning after a resident moved out because my carpet was dirty and the entire apartment smelled like a dog kennel. I have to constantly keep plug in fragrances in the electrical outlets or the apartment will smell bad

                                  Community is ok. Nothing special. Good location. Condition of the apartment is not terrible but not good. They let trash pile up outside of the trash compactor. There have been several instances where the path to the trash compactor was covered in garbage bags. People also leave furniture outside the trash compactor even though there is a sign that says not to. They also don't handle noise complaints. We had issues with our upstairs neighbors making noise between 12 am and 2 am and it happened several times a week. We reported it several times and not once did someone come to our apartment to witness the noise. There are plenty of apartment complexes in the area. I would recommend spending a few extra dollars for a nicer community.

                                          When we just moved in in 2015, we had a good experience, and we were treated well. Great location and friendly customer service/stuff. All two years we were perfect tenants, never had late payment or caused any problems at all. However, in 2016 the complex and especially service started changing. First they had very bad fire there in the one of the buildings, and couldn't rebuild that building for a long time. Then I noticed that the management is not friendly anymore and made a lot of new rules and restrictions that don't make sense, such as my 20 years old daughter couldn't go to the pool without me (which is stupid, she is not a kid and doesn't need to be watched). The noise level is significantly higher now; we had problems with neighbor's kids running and banging at the doors, with barking dogs, with cockroaches coming from the apartment next to us, and with maintenance, because they tend to forget the day they schedule to finish their started work, so need to be reminded. The other irritating thing was a problem with parking. If you come home after 6pm, you will have to park far away from your building. They don't have spots that correspond to certain apartments, so all good spots are taken fast (every apartment has a few cars, plus visitors park there too). Close to the end of our living there we were happy to move out and couldn't wait for it. The worst experience there was dealing with the manager. She is very unfriendly, cold, and not helpful at all. I wouldn't recommend this place as it is now to anyone who wants to live in a relaxing, friendly environment , and be treated fairly and with respect.

                                              Colonial Village was unresponsive to our digital & face to face requests. Not only did they entered our apartment without permission, management never follow-up with consumer feedback. The Comcast service is mandatory and not at a discounted rate. Walls are thin, and our neighbors smoked. This was not the worst place I have lived (graduate school dorms). However, you do not get value for the price tag. Truly disappointing!
