The leasing experience was a breeze. April and Judy in the leasing office are helpful, knowledgable and available. The apartment was in great shape upon move in. The community is truly pet friendly without dog breed restrictions, and you can own a ferret without having it count as one of your 2 in-unit pets. The rent is reasonable for a 2 bed/1 bath in the west end of Richmond. Be aware that while Verizon High Speed is available, FiOS is NOT. An additional required $45 monthly charge is added to your rent for basic Comcast cable TV, but you can bundle and get discounts. All appliances are electric and a space-saving microwave is built into the kitchen. I have not had problems with noisy residents.

It is good. The apartments as such is good. But the leasing office staff is extremely rude and not friendly. I had many experiences were they seemed very careless and behaved childish. It would be a great place if the staff was replaced with someone more welcoming and workable.

It was nice and we'll kept but it is a bit too expensive for what you get. When I first heard about these apartments I was happy to hear that the monthly rent was 850 dollars but after I received my bill it ends up being 948 dollars after the additional fees are added in. I would have liked to have known up front what I would be paying monthly before signing.

Great place to live! Probably the best thing about this place is the service. Every time we have a problem, it's fixed 100% right the first time within 24 hours. Even if it's after maintenance hours, I've called the office and someone was there to fix the problem in less than 15 minutes (broken AC in June). All other aspects are very good as well, great staff, well kept, well lit at night. It's a bit older than some other places in the area, but I'd definitely live here before trying any of the others.

This is my first apartment and it's everything and more that I've always wanted. The rooms are spacious and the layout of the apartment is very home-y! The view of the pool from my living/bed room is beautiful. The staff is very friendly and helpful!

There were a lot of small things that should have been fixed before the unit became available. It should be a point that the unit the prospective tenant is moving into, is available for viewing. All window covering should be removed and replaced with new ones. Once the previous ones have been cleaned thoroughly, they could possibly be used as refurbished replacements for repairs.

Great community and nice staff. The location it great with Short Pump shopping mall near by and other great stores, including grocery shopping. The highway is an easy access. If you have any problems, the maintenance guys come out withing a day.

Pest activity, noise, horrible quality of apartment furnishings. Lack of comfortable amenities, and staff that does not respond quickly. Ceiling in my apartment required replacing within the first 6 months of my lease. No compensation or discount was offered

I've been living in this complex for almost a year and have very much enjoyed the actual living experience. Neighbors are generally quiet and both maintenance staff and office staff are kind and responsive! I never have an issue with parking and have experienced no overwhelming pest issues (the odd spider here or there makes its way inside-- the usual). There are factors to keep in mind, though. The agreed upon rent does not include some mandatory fees that will be charged with it each month. Water, Trash, Pest, and Cable will be added onto your rent each month, making the price around $100 higher altogether than the base rent. Be prepared for that. Trash is not collected, but brought to a compactor on the property (there's a drive). I don't have an issue with this, but if you have limited mobility, keep that in mind. All-in-all, though, it's a nice place to live with comparable prices to the rest of the area!

Very good experience at this community. Best community and apartment place I have ever lived at before. I would definitely pass the word on to my friends and co-workers who are looking for a place to live. The only thing I would change is having all the dog owners in one apartment complex or having the option to choose to live around dogs.

I've only been here a week but so far I'm in love with my apartment. Everyone is in great condition and I love having a fireplace! I really don't have anything to complain about and i cannot wait to get a dog. This seems like a great community to have a pet.

The location is great, mostly people are quit and respectful. There are no dog breed restrictions, which is wonderful and most pets are well behaved. Though, their owners don't always pick up after them. Maintenance tries hard to respond quickly and fix any issues, but sometimes the issue can be over their head. The buildings are quite old. The office will occasionally send out emails that are very confusing.

Everyone here is always courteous and extremely professional and the property is always well landscaped and kept clean at all times the residence you're always very nice it's a great place to live convenient to Short Pump convenient to the interstate I love it here. There is never a place to worry about parking the units are spacious it's a great place to live. The pool is always clean and always open . Everyone has been very friendly. The apartment is very nice although there were several issues upon moving in. The staff has worked quickly to fix them. The location is perfect, everything is within 10 minutes of us. I wish there was more interior lighting.

It has been just okay. The noise outside in the parking lot sometimes is very loud and upsetting. I like the location because it is very convenient to my job and local shopping areas. I might renew for another year, but i have been looking at other apartments.

This is my very first review ever about anything. I wish there was an option to not choose any stars. That is how crappy this apartment is. I lived there for almost 2 years and the reason why I lived there for that long was because it was close to work and that is where it ends. They never answered phone calls or returned them. My apartment had one heating system but living room was always warm and bedroom was forever Antarctica, had to spend most winter nights on my couch instead of a warm bed. When I moved out, I was told not to call Dominion to stop my service by the younger lady in the office so I didn't because I believed she knew what she was saying. 4 months after moving out, I have had to pay for a power bill from end of june to august. Last day in the apartment was june 26th. I called them, they said they are not responsible for it. They have an option where you either pay $200 and they clean the apartment or you clean it. I cleaned every part of the apartment, it was spotless(I took pictures), I was charged $176 for carpet cleaning which means every other cleaning I did was $24. This was my very first apartment and it was an unbelievably horrible experience. I never missed my rent, I did not destroy anything in the apartment because it was my 'home'. I am writing a review this late because I am still dealing with them and it will take me a while to recover from them. This is a warning to everyone looking to live there. The apartments are old and not worth all the stress and your hard earned money. I don't need a manger's response, I called and they were rude as hell!!!

It has been fair. I would not recommend this community to a friend unless they were in there 20's. The over community is just okay. The outside looks nice however the inside could use some work. Understanding that this is an older complex they still should try to keep it up to date with modern trends.

I love the community and it is very quiet where my unit is located. They response quickly to requests. This is my second time living in this community. My job took me away and when it brought me back to the area I came back to the community. I really love living in the complex and it is close to shopping and the interstates.

Last year this was my very first apartment on my own and didn't know what I was getting into. Special thanks to Michelle and Judy for doing a great job and always being helpful when needed. I renewed my lease last month and it's probably the best decision I've had so far. Great neighborhood. Close to everything, well kept and nighbors are very friendly. I never had to wait over 48 hours for Maintenance request to be perform. Michelle and Judy are by far the most pleasant and understanding workers in this community. Price is a little high for a college student like myself but it's definitely worth it. I have and would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a new place. Just make sure to read your lease and ask as many questions as possible. That's something I wish I would have done carefully my first year.
