I moved in here because the building allows all dog breeds, and it is close to the interstate. I am satisfied overall with the apartment. I have had no issues with safety, cleanliness or noise, and the maintenance staff promptly fixes any maintanence issues that arise.

    Overall the community living is great. Safe, Quite and pleasant environment, however the service can be improved. We had several issues and maintenance handled each one poorly. The only professional staff member is Judy from first time I spoke to her to now she has been a great help.

        I have been living in this community since 2013; this is my third apartment in the community. I enjoy the amenities (pool, exercise room) as well as the pet-friendly atmosphere. One thing I'd suggest is getting rid of the trash compactor (1 available for all the units) and use regular trash pick-up. That way we could recycle.

          I do not recommend this place. This apartment is the worst one I've ever lived. The facilities are really old. They never fix. Also, the the leasing office staff is very mean and unprofessional. This is why I moved to other place. In addition, they will charge terms without your consent. This place is just terrible!

            Pros: Good location. Quiet neighborhood. Apt in good condition, considering age. Low noise levels. Cons: No breed or weight restrictions on pets & dog poop everywhere. Poor maintenance completion time. Old/inefficient heat/AC units.

              I just moved in, but it seems nice. The leasing staff were friendly and kind and answered all my questions. The neighbors that I have talked to seem upstanding and nice people. The community is clean and well kept. So far, I do not have any major complaints.

                Very pleased with the community, only issue I see is the lighting on the entrance of the buildings, I come home very late in the evening with my 14 month old granddaughter. If this issue is resolved I would have no complaints at all. Quite quaint community

                  The complex is safe and largely clean, but not worth what you pay, especially for pets. No dog breed restrictions is more of a curse than blessing (they use to restrict more aggressive breeds) and many pet owners do not clean up after their dogs (some don't even leash) leading to unsanitary conditions - no fault of the office, but when you charge a nonrefundable pet deposit AND cleaning fee AND monthly pet fee you'd expect them to hire a landscaper pooper scooper or something. Rent fees are jacked up massively at renewal even if you're in a non-remodeled unit. You can't opt out of the not free "free" cable even though it's immensely cheaper to package cable and internet on your own.

                    Quiet community, nicely lit and ni major defects. Staff are professional and willing to help. Parking is an issue at night. Would love assinged parking. Storage room is great n moisture free. I live on 3rd floor so heat does rise to the top floor. Ceiling fan in L/R but not b/r.

                      I love Chase Gayton. The staff is wonderful :) My service requests are always completed within one to two days. The grounds and landscaping always look great. I had two accent walls painted which also looks wonderful. I would recommend this community to anyone and I do very often :)

                        I've been a resident in this community for about 8 years and wouldn't have stayed this long if I weren't happy and pleased here. The office and maintenance staff are and have been pleasant, responsive and helpful. I just transferred to a new apartment and all the staff were very helpful in making this a smooth transition. I have and will continue to recommend this community to friends.

                          Had to give it at least 1. Otherwise would have given it a -5. This is absolutely the worst possible place and you get cheated. The reasons that I say so is 1. Really old buildings and poor maintainece 2. Bed bugs, termite and a few other bugs that the management is not ready to take any ownership / responsibility 3. Poor service, old appliances and bad facilities. If something goes wrong in your apartments they will never fix it and try to blame it on you. 4. Very rude and completely unprofessional Leasing office staff. 5.Because of the above reasons everybody is fleeing the apartments and hence in order to keep any existing residents and any new ones the leasing staff is resorting to all sorts of financial trickery. They will change terms and conditions on you without your consent or even a written notice and then charge you extra for it. They will resort to bullying and all sorts of coercive tactics.

                            I have lived here for a few months now and wanted to provide some feedback. Pros: safe community, clean and well maintained grounds, close to I-64 and the West End, maintenance crew is friendly, quiet neighbors, pet friendly, wood burning fireplace, central heat & sir, easyove in plans, water pressure is great, salt water pool( albeit small). Washer & dryer in unit. Cons: older apartments(appliances circa 1970's and oven does not work). Funky repairs (taped and painted countertops?), cracked ceilings,bathroom sink in the living room that serves no purpose, cheap carpeting, poor parking access for my building, add on fees- $7 pest control monthly, 1x $50 account set up fee, $5 monthly billing fee, the water/sewage/mandatory cable it ends up being more than $100 over the actual rent. The water is so chlorinated from the tap I cannot drink it or make coffee. Anyway, it's not the worst or best place to live. I am not sure I would recommend for the price though.

                              I have enjoyed my apartment. I like that there is space between each apartment which helps you feel like you have more privacy. I am pleased with the safety of my community. I like the exercise room and pool. The staff are professional and responsive. The only thing I do not like is that I can hear my upstairs neighbor walking around.

                                The experience has been a very good one. The community is always clean and tidy and any problems are taken care of quickly. I walk a lot and when I do the staff always say hi to me. The only thing I would change is having the heat pump units out by the patios. they are loud and it takes away from enjoying the outside which I very much like to do.

                                    I really like living here. It's in a very convenient location, the grounds are well maintained and the landscaping is very pretty. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. The office staff is courteous and very helpful. The maintenance staff is efficient and professional. I would definitely recommend these apartment homes to anyone looking for a nice place to live.

                                              Overall, very satisfied, but bathrooms were unclean when first moved in, plus apartment in general is in great need of renovation - looked nothing like model. Unpainted shoe modeling throughout, kitchen cabinets creaking and chiped. Appliances were old when first moved in, even though new were promised.

                                                  I loved the first year living here, the second year, not so much. I don't exactly know what happened but everyone seems to be moving out lately. I've had several issues with maintenance and I've had problems with mice and bugs. Also, the crime around the area has picked up so it's time for me to leave.
