The administration team is super helpful, supportive, and friendly. I love my new apartment. It is clean and my neighbors are quiet. The gym and pool are kept clean as well. I thought parking would be an issue, but it is not. Overall I love this community and glad i chose to live here instead of Sundance Station.

This is my first apartment. Let's just say it's been an experience. I do not like bugs and while living here I've seen a lot. To put the cherry on top I recently found mice in my kitchen. They've been working to fix the problem but that's besides the point. I've found two since then and one got away and chewed through the floor and the wall. Maintenance patched the wall and the mouse chewed through that too. It's a stressful situation and I can't sleep at night because I'm up thinking the mouse is going to crawl into my bed and get on me. Needless to say if you don't like bugs and rodents ... choose a different community.

The service was good. The team wanted to make sure my new apartment was nice and to my satisfaction. They were prompted and efficient. The attitude of the maintenance team is what stood out to me. They wanted me to be satisfied.

Convenient, easy access to all shopping and entertainment. Friendly staff and well kept gorunds. Maintenance is always on the site making sure everything is neat and clean. Able to relax in peace and quiet

We have found this community to be friendly and clean. Maintenance is the best around. If ever we have had a request they have shown up or answered the phone even during power outages in the middle of the night. Very attentive and easy to work with!

Overall the location is fantastic and the staff are nice. The community is nice and quiet. I wish the trash cans were closer or we had a trash service system than the trash contractor we have in one section of the community. I love that we have a fitness center and pool!

Quiet. Friendly office staff. Clean grounds. Affordable rent but lots of extra fees including trash. Outdated apts painted to look new. Traffic noise is constant. Very little snow removal done on sidewalks and parking lot.

Some days I love it, some days I hate it. It could be a better place to live overall.... But there is trash everywhere. No rules for the compactor, balconies, or open areas, etc. Better people will move in if you take a few more moments to remember what it was like living in an apartment.

We're in a renovated unit. The planned look is great, but the execution was lacking. Great customer service in addressing our issues though, and overall, we have been very pleased with our decision. The location is excellent and very convenient to a good sized shopping center, and to Rt. 64. The grounds have been very well kept. Aside from some of the construction issues when we first moved in, the trash area has been a bit of a mess (a resident issue, not the fault of CV) and the walls/floors are quite thin, and can be a bit of an annoyance. Parking is never an issue, which made the move-in much easier as well. The office worked with us as we needed only a short term (5-month) lease, which was greatly appreciated. Taking the good with the bad, if you can deal with occasional thunderous noises coming from upstairs, this is a very good place to live.

The entire staff has been great. The maintenance crew is efficient, knowledgeable and courteous and my interactions with the rental office has been nothing but pleasant. I have also experienced no issues with the neighbors. If I could change one thing, I would increase and open up the living space, as it is a bit smaller for the price.

It is beautifully landscaped and it feels very safe. The office is always so helpful, and the maintenance gentlemen that I've met have been terrific; really efficient and pleasant. The location is pretty close to ideal if one must live in the "burbs" AND a car is essential at this location - no public transportation nearby. (I'd rather be in the city, but my husband won't have it.) Overall, I'm very happy with this place.

My experience at the community has been excellent thus far. Any issues that arise are handled in a prompt manner and taken care of the first time. I have no issues with the community and would definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

Leasing staff has had some turnover - but the maintenance staff is great. Most neighbors are quiet and respectful. Common areas are kept clean and landscaping is well taken care of. Parking issues have never been a problem.

It's been fine so far. We haven't lived here long but it seems promising. There were a ton of roadblocks actually getting moved in and obviously I absolutely hate the fact that we have to have comcast instead of having options, because comcast treats you like you have no other option (which you don't), but the actual apartment is lovely.

Moved into a brand new building and our move in date was pushed back. Michelle was extremely nice and reassuring through the whole process. The community is well taken care of. All out service requests have been taken care of promptly.

I've lived here for a little under a year. The service from the front office staff is amazing. They make sure to great you as soon as you walk in and make you feel comfortable. I love the ease of being able to pay my rent online as well make a matienece request. It is also convenient for shopping and tracking being very close to major highways!

The dog park, gym, and exterior of the complex could use some improvement, but I love the staff (maintenance and office staff) and our apartment is fantastic. The location is also really great for the price, and we love our neighbors for the most part. Overall, we are really happy at this place. You will hear some noise through the walls, but its definitely not the worst I've ever experienced.

Decent community. Parking isn't great (think of groceries and weekend getaway bags, etc). Dog owners don't bother to go to the designated pet areas. So there is urine & poop smells when you enter your building. (Yes, mgmt send out repeated flyers, reminding owners NOT too). Quiet for the most part. Oh, PEOPLE FLY THRU THE PARKING LOT. squirrels squished, and you better look several times before walking from your car. Also very sketchy trying to pull out of lot.

I love it here! The staff is amazing and my apartment is wonderful. There is plenty of parking and the grounds and buildings are well-maintained. The office staff is always very helpful and the maintenance staff is fast, friendly, and efficient.

Still waiting for the chimney damage to be corrected since January other than that most things have been positive. Some issues when we first took ownership regarding move in day and to be truthful no real information was given on how everything works and where it is located.. did not know there would be so few overhead lights and only one ceiling fan in the lounge none in the bedroom. Still waiting for the paint touch up to be done on door that was promised. Should be offered more than 1 key for mailbox.

Not bad, not good. Just an apartment with cockroaches and lazy staff. Neighbors are nice for the most part the others are obnoxious and loud all the time. I have only found 1 person worth speaking to that lives here everyone is stuck up and tries to hit you in the parking lot due to ignorance of traffic laws and lack of brain cells.

I have had a great experience at this community. The neighborhood is quiet and the people are courteous. There is always a place to my park my car, so that is an advantage living in this community. I definitely would recommend this community to a friend!

Its amazing! Its quiet and peaceful, plenty of place to park! Car wash and vacuum. Very friendly staff! They even know me by name. Still has trees and i am proud to call this place home. Rent is affordable and it is close to short pump and the interstate

I moved into CVCG in February 2017. I don't have any problems with it. I love how quiet the community is and how friendly the staff and residents are. I genuinely look forward to coming home from work everyday to be in my humble abode.

The grounds are kept Very clean. Staff very nice. Apartment is old and needs work. Very frustrating when we have to put in a request every week. There are tenants who smoke weed in their porch which is upsetting. I have a young child
