A decent place to live with average amenities. Well kept grounds and a safe environment. The noise from neighbors is louder than expected, but not something that keeos me up at night. The parking is barely enough, and can frustrate you if your neighbor is having guests.

Overall ok - apartment hardware on display not what is in the apartment (apartments actually has lower grade cabinets and hardware. Staff very accommodating- response to repairs good- depends who does the repair on the quality

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Great move in deals when available. Clean apartments, some with newer upgrades. Pet friendly, close to several Interstate changes, lots of eateries close by. Lots of parking spaces.

Quiet and clean. The apartment had some issues upon move-in - some of which have been resolved with a maintenance call... some have not. Generally, I am really happy with my stay here & our experience so far.

Apartments may be older, but they have charm and good storage. Good mostly residential area to live. Close to major access roads and shopping. Staff and maintenance are very responsive to pending work orders and things get done in a timely manner.

This is a great complex to live in! I have lived here twice now, years apart. The location is extremely convenient with I-64 literally 2 minutes down the road. I can make it to Midlothian in the same amount of time as traveling downtown and Short Pump is 5 minutes away. There is a Kroger and Wells Fargo within walking distance. The only issue I have is other tenants don't respect the trash compactor (how hard is it to put your trash IN the compactor?) or pick up after their pets when there are MULTIPLE doggie stations with complimentary baggies around the complex. Other than that, everyone is friendly and says "hello" in passing and the office and maintenance are both very prompt when dealing with issues that arise! Overall a really nice place to live and I hope to be here for a while.

Had a very good move in experience. Apartment was clean when we moved in. It was much bigger than what we expected. Apartment staff is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests are taken care of quickly. Community is very safe neighbors have been very friendly. Nobody has been loud or obnoxious. Complex is lighted outside so I feel safe walking my dog late at night. There is also security that drives around late at night too.

Community is an area close to shopping and schools. Super pet friendly. Maintenance requests are usually handled within a day. Friendly neighbors. Overall a great value compared to other communities in the area.

The staff is really amazing, the best I've had since I've been renting. I do think that the cardio equipment in the gym could definitely use an update does not seem safe. Treadmills cut off in the middle of exercise.

A very nice pool, small weight room, cardio center, sauna, and tennis courts. These are the external amenities, and I enjoy the very much. As for the apartment, there is carpeting in every room but the bathrooms and the kitchen, which I love! The apartment was very clean when we leased it, and all appliances were in working order. Because of its location, everything you need for the apartment is super easy to access (WiFi, electricity, cable, etc.)

Beware! The management is the Absolute WORST. Extremely rude! They care about nothing but the rent being paid. They let dogs poop just about anywhere and hold no one accountable for it. They have dog bags but they're almost never filled. The trash is constantly overflowing and all over the place. One thing I could say is the Neighborhood is easy to get around.

Friendly staff and residents. Work orders are completed in a timely fashion. Complex built in the 80s and you can tell once inside a non-renovated unit. My rent went up 50$ after I renewed my first year. Overall, nice community.

Love it so far! Haven't lived here long but the leasing staff have been incredibly friendly and helpful and the apartment itself is clean and comfortable. The area is great and I love that my windows look out at the woods.

It is a good place to live but the trash issues are really quite frustrating. The trash compactor is too often surrounded by other trash that impares me from emptying my own trash there. I have even been fined for my trash on my porch when the trash compactor was covered in trash.

Management sucked when I moved in ladt year but there has been a change recently so it seems to be getting better, only time will tell. The trash situation, dog poops and flooding in the dog park still haven't changed. They're still horrible as ever if not worse. When my neighbors smoke in their apartment, the smoke and smell comes into mine. It has been making me cough constantly. I didn't quite smoking for 12 years to involuntarily inhale other people's second hand smoke. They seem to let just about anyone move in here so the nice community I once thought this was really isn't anymore. I'm still here because I was too lazy to pack again when it came time for renewal.

Well... I killed 3 mice in one weekend... AFTER maintenance came by to "plug holes" in my kitchen where i was seeing droppings. My apt is in the back near a wooded area, so Im not overly alarmed or concerned, and the problem seems to be fixed now. So hopefully i won't have to deal with this again. Ive only been living here 2.5 months. It is what you make of it. Lots of room for improvement.

Great management and maintenance staff. Things I wish would change: that there was either pet deposit or pet rent (NOT BOTH), the office accepted residents packages or that there was a mailbox for packages, they had recycling, better gym maintenance.
