The experience is very good, really very good with good neighbors and above all the attention to us, the services are very good, the parks are very close, the swimming pool is excellent, the schools are very close, even a super market very close.

    The apartments are mediocre at best. When I moved in the apartment hadn't been cleaned. There was popcorn kernels in the carpet, the appliances were dirty, there was a giant dent in the wall, and the base board in the main bedroom was missing. The counters are stained with marker and have scratch marks, the bathtub is rusted and had a cover thrown on top but it has been constantly coming off. This is one of the most expensive apartments in the area and to have moved in and for the apartment to be filthy and in poor condition was not a great first impression. Over the last two years there have been countless issues with the HVAC unit to the point that a brand new one had to be replaced twice. The front office never answers the phone, it's near impossible to get in touch with someone, the ONE garage compactor is always broken. I would have loved to stay here because of the area, but this is a subpar and poor excuse of an apartment complex that's supposed to be considered luxury.

    Pretty good. Apartments need a little upgrade in the kitchen and laundry rooms. Overall, it is a good value for the price. I will try the pool in the summer but it looks pretty good so far. Parking is good as well.

      The office staff is very good and timely with any concerns. We have been pleased with our unit. The neighbors are mostly friendly and in the summer we have great times at the pool meeting new tenants and hanging with our friends.

        Dog friendly, relatively quiet and peaceful place to live until you save up enough for your own home. Maintenance staff is professional and management leaves you alone if you don't cause disturbances.

          Its a good community. Only thing is the treadmills are almost always broken and when they replace them, they replace them with more old broken treadmills. I have never gotten on a smooth working treadmill in all my time here. Also the sauna is completely busted. Wires hanging out everywhere. Just terrible.

          The building was very dated and not with friendly. No security on the grounds and hardly any parking for tenants. Recommend a total restoration of the property and building. Definitely recommend installing security cameras on the grounds and in the buildings.

            It's a spacious apartment and quiet community and I love it. I just wish the units weren't so outdated . Other than that the staff is great . I like that they have plenty of storage and 24 hour gym and sauna.

              Horrible you out in work orders at least 2 weeks go by before someone comes or you have to call or go to the office to remind them. Even the simplest thing an issue with the toliet handle takes weeks, better yet issues with mice and they take a damn week or two to get to you. The fact that the office staff tells you one thing but doesn't actually communicate it to maintenance or to update you is a bit concerning waiting around in maintenance and no one shows up because they went home for the day this place is trash

                The grounds are beautiful, staff is friendly, and maintenance requests are performed promptly. The noise from neighbors is minimal and the neighbors are friendly. The staff frequently has community events such as donuts or a food truck.

                    It's a very nice community everyone is friendly it's not noisy like the last place I lived we chose it for it's price which is nt high and the location. The location is perfect it's close to just about everywhere I need to go I. It's close to my job or if you say need to run to either Walmart to go pick something up. And shorypump mall s not far away.i find it's just perfect.

                        Great Quiet Easy Access Clean Safe. I moved here 3 years ago and have been a happy resident ever since. I live alone and I feel totally safe here. I highly recommend this property for single as well as families.

                          very nice neighborhood and apartments. management has been super easy to work with and very pleasant. maintenance is quick and efficient and always does a great job! a little on the higher side in terms of rent, but in my experience and personal opinion, completely and totally worth it. I feel safe and comfortable in my home.

                                    I was greeted warmly. I have handicapped parents the building isn't easily accessible in that regard. The grounds are kept really well and I love that there is renovation happening at the complex. I saw two renovated units!

                                      I found the community very safe, clean, the do a regular follow up on the community shared areas, parking lots are organized, regular notices are shared for keeping the owners rights, the do on-time maintenance work and the staffs are very friendly.
