The outside of my building needs to be power wash and the outside windows of my apartment needs to clean. The staff appears to be really nice. Some of the residents do not clean up behind their pet. Thanks

    pretty nice and spacious, like the location,it's accessible to all that we need around here, schools, grocery stores, work and family. a little crowded with the parking spaces and noisy, i feel like it would be great to clean up around the entrances with all the trees around.

      Awesome experience

      Kiki Williams is awesome to work with she made me feel very welcome and worked with me to get exactly what I needed and wanted in an apartment. It was just an overall great experience and I'm going to be happy to move in there

        I was happy at first with this community but as soon as I started having issues with my apartment, my happiness turned into ashes. I have had nothing but reoccurring problems from colonial village at chase gayton. The maintenance team doesn't want to fix anything. They just want to put bandaids over issues. And Good luck getting ahold of the front desk. Needless to say, I am excited for my lease to end because this place is an over priced joke.

          It's over 90 degrees and it's taking the maintenance team more than a week to fix my AC. The work order was not completed. One of the maintenance guys passed me on the street and stated he was gonna take care of it, but it's been more than a week and it's not done. This is the second survey request I have received about a completed maintenance request, that wasn't completed.

              The community is ok. It's quiet for the most part. The lack of dumpsters and trash left unsecured weekly is a huge turn off. The appliances arent that great considering the rent price. The carpets in the hallways are extremely dirty all the times.

                  I have been here for about 3 weeks and I like the apartment, but my air conditioning and toilet have been broken the entire time I've been here. It hasn't gotten too hot in my apartment yet, but the fact it hasn't been fixed feels pretty ridiculous.

                    I love how welcoming the community was when I first moved in and how it has continued during the duration of this being my home. The friendliest of the staff is what sold me on this community. I also have great neighbors and maintenance always handles requests asap.

                        Maintenance and office staff have been amazing. There were a few small issues that come with moving into a new place, and they were all addressed in a timely manner. After a bad apartment hunting experience, they helped me a lot.

                          I love this apartment and it's the best apartment ever and they treat you with respect and I love it. They also have food trucks that comes here never had a apartment that did that ever. 10/10 best apartment ever.

                            This apartment building was not as advertised. There is a rodent/pest problem prevalent in my building. Maintenance staff were somewhat helpful in solving the problem, but I feel the office staff were not empathetic to the situation. No one wants to live with rodents in their household. There were clear signs of rodents living in the apartment. I spend my time elsewhere. This apartment building is the worst. I will never renew my lease.

                              It has not been the best,I have had to call mateniece to many times as a new Tennant..there are electrical problems that have not been addressed .there's no air circulation in the apartments,possibly mold in the windows..I am very disappointed.

                                Great office staff! Maintenance responds very quickly to any requests. The grounds are always well manicured, making for a great looking community. Only con: Although cable is automatically added to your rent, there should be an option for those residents who don't really need it.

                                  Office staff was great, very smooth move in. Parking hasn't been an issue. The grounds look nice. The apartment is spacious, I like having the extra storage. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is very convenient. Over all very satisfied.

                                    It's been wonderful, office staff is helpful, they go above and beyond. Residents are friendly. I love the forest atmosphere. It's very peaceful and calm. I enjoy taking walks with my support pup, she likes the squirrels.

                                        The grounds usually are cared for except the garbage and the dog waste bins. I wanted the carpet replaced upon move in but this never happened. The other tenants are loud and obnoxious with the mufflers, makes it difficult to study at times. My payment for rent wasn't processed correctly a few times since moving in and I've had an eviction notice because of this issue. Be careful if you have a financial custodian or fiduciary who can only mail payments. The buildings are old but could be nicer inside.

                                              WE FEEL AT HOME AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE MAINTAINCE DEPARTMENT. WE FEEL SAFE HERE AND WE HAVE AN APARTMENT WITH NO STEPS. WE ARE ELDERLY AND ARE ABLE TO SLEEP LATE BECAUSE OF LITTLE NOISE. IT IS NEAR ALL STORES.

                                                Hands down the worse experience when moving to this apt. The unit was not ready to move in, and we had to accept all significant repairs with our young children at home. the cabinet next to the chimney needed replacement. There was a lot of mold throughout the apartment, among other repairs that were needed when we just moved. on 10/18/21 I ask about a dripping problem with the master's bathroom, today is 10/22/21 and nothing has been done
