We started our contract in May, but due to having to move from out-of-state, the management team were extremely helpful and understanding with our situation and help in every way possible to ensure our move went smoothly. First impressions can make or break any relationship and they definitely made a great first impression!

Things needing to get fixed take far too long to get fixed. I am frustrated and the relationship which exists with this complex is only getting worse by the day. Going on almost two months of living here and there are still things not fixed from what we requested to be repaired before we moved in.

This is a great community so far. The pool and gym are awesome amenities. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The location is perfect- close to shopping, not far from the city, and close to a nice park.

I only saw the model apartment before signing. My apartment didn't have NEARLY as many updates features and fixtures. I have also had a lot of maintenance issues that have taken way too long to get fixed, including broken appliances and plumbing.

The staff is always friendly and if you have a problem it will be fixed quickly. I love that the pool is 24-7. The grounds are well kept also. It's convenient to literally everything the Westend can offer.

This is the best apartment complex I ever stay in, I don't have a dog but I love them an the apartment complex is pet friendly, If u haven't applied for a place to stay u missing out. The neighbors are really friendly.

We moved in December 2016. Though there have been changes in management since then the quality has stayed the same.. The staff is willing to help you in anyway they can, which for a complex of this size speaks a great deal about the quality of person maintained.

Neighborhood is nice and quiet apartment size is nice. Apartment is excellent. It's close to everything. Maintenance is quick to respond. But rent goes up about $150 a year. Which makes everything not worth it.

I like my apartment, but I just wish they would clean the carpets in the common area of the building. It is fairly quiet, but there are a lot of pets and people who don't pick up behind their pets. Some residents are trifling and leave their trash outside their vehicles for someone else to pick up. Definitely not a bad place to live, just need a community that takes pride in their home.

Never had a bad experience, So far everything is going well. The staff is always helpful, and wiling to assist in any matter. Parking hasn't been to bad, not many parking spot issues. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a place to live.

Everyone in the complex is respectful, kind, and animal-friendly. People open doors for each other, smile, wave, walk their pets around. The staff is also courteous and respectful and helpful, following up on any issues or helping where they can.

Colonial Village Apartment community is a wonderful place to live. The office personnel are always friendly, professional and knowledgeable with their position. The maintenance staff are great at what they do. The security staff presence in this community is great.

The community is lovely I love calling this place home. Shopping areas are very close. Takes only a minute to get to the highway. Only regret I have is moving to the ground floor. The neighbors upstairs from me walk really hard an it's hard to sleep when they just walk all day an night

Overall my time here at Chase Gayton has been good. There have been a few maintenance issues but they have attended to most of them in a timely matter. Maintenance needs to learn to listen to tenants and not make them feel like they know nothing about what they are talking about.

Not bad overrall. MAAC needs to get busy with renovating and bringing Chase Gayton more in line with their other, updated communities. Our streets need to be repaved and if MAAC is unwilling to change our type of trash collection, at least power wash the compactor area once a month. Do SOMETHING to clean up that nasty area!

It's been good, except iam not Happy with my apt bc it's old and to many bugs for me, for what I pay. It needs alot of work inside and the painting is not good. The bathroom shower on the ceiling is crack the caulking is coming apart.

Save your money and live somewhere else. It's the epitome of "2021 Rent with 1980 interior". You'll spend more time dealing with maintenance and shoddy appliances than you will enjoying your fully functioning apartment.
