So far, I've enjoyed living here. The area is quiet & the community is maintained quite well. Maintenance is very responsive. It hasn't ever taken more than 2 days to get an issue resolved. Would recommend 10/10.

Community is very nice. Grounds are well maintained. Parking is tight but manageable. Can't wait to use the pool, thus summer. management employees are really nice. Cable took awhile to figure out. Like the apartment.

My experience here has generally been a good one. I haven't had any noisy neighbors and everyone is pretty nice. I've had a few instances with the leasing staff that weren't the best which was annoying because I rarely contact the staff for anything. Maintenance generally gets to you pretty quickly most times same day. There's only one trash compactor in the neighborhood and when it breaks down the trash piles up and that's not appealing at all. There's been some lease changes due to the new staff which is why I am looking to leave and do not wish to renew my lease.

In the beginning before moving in everyone was great. I moved in it became a domino effect of issues and I began to voice my concerns about issues in the apartment. The office team offered other solutions however, it was not to my satisfaction.

It's been great, office people are very polite and very quick to act on your request. Maintenance are also very respectful and respond to fix issues asap. I needed a place for a short term before transitioning to a different state. I hadn't lived in an apartment for a very long time but my experience with chase Gayton has been great. The only thing l didn't like is my building was old so it came with its issues but they were quick to respond when brought to the their attention.

Our experience hasn't been amazing to be honest. That is mostly with the maintenance workers. There's only like 4 guys doing the work for a huge complex, so I kind of get it, but the quality of work/service they present isn't great. Our dishwasher was filling up with water and there solution was just fill it with bleach and they had to come back 5 times to do that until it just didn't work anymore, which I kept telling the front office that there must just be a bigger issue. When I mentioned it's beginning to be a health concern, then they finally said they would get a new one put in. When they finally put the new one in, all that water got all over our floor and bathroom for some reason, but they didn't say anything to us. It got on some of our things and they just used one of our towels to sort of clean it up and they left. It's not a huge deal, I'm just happy we have a new dishwasher

The management has been fine, thankfully I haven't had any major issues or reasons to contact them. The "updating" or "renovation" that my apartment supposedly went through, though, upon me moving in is concerning especially if this careless work is being done around the community. The finishing on the bathtub/shower is falling apart. It was "repaired" however the job was not completed. The cabinets fall off every other day and I have to reattach them. The floor is coming up in the kitchen along the cabinets and walls. The first day I moved in, the hot water did not work and then would not shut off and it took the gentleman 3 times of "fixing it", leaving, and then me having to call him back up because he left even though the job wasn't complete.

These might be in the West End but they have to be the worst apartments around. Save your money and go somewhere else. If you have a real problem it won't get fixed and the apartments are not only are old they are gross.

Beautiful community but my apartment has tons of stuff to be fixed. Washing machine did not last 2 loads n stopped working. Water settling outside at the back of my unit n breathes bugs. There is mold on my window...

Poor customer service. Leasing office lacks attention to detail. The leasing office charged me an amount to start my lease which I paid happily then 2 days later I get a 5 Day notice to pay or quit possession letter because of an error of $108.60 on their part taped to my door. I was told that this is a corporate form letter. That is not an excuse. This could have been handled so much more professionally with a simple call or email to explain their mistake.

As a brand new tenant of less than 30 days, I am astonished at the number of problems that I have encountered during the first 2-3 weeks. I hope the complex can work them out because otherwise I would not with any good conscious recommend this complex to anyone.

I enjoy the area. The office is really helpful. I transferred from a lower level unit to the third floor. My previous unit was awful, ongoing mold and water leakage. The leasing office staff were helpful through the process.

The rental office was very helpful in helping us choose an apartment and how to work the special for our benefit. Also no breed restrictions. This apartment is a welcome upgrade from where we rented before hand. Kiki in the rental office is awesome and the community is very quiet. And everything is close! Grocery store less than 10 minutes, even take-out!

Staff & maintenance crew are courteous & professional. Communication is good. I only have 2 complaints but do not blame the staff or do I have the solution as I'm sure it's an ongoing battle but the way people abuse the trash area is disgusting & the lack of responsibility by dog owners to pick up their waste is also concerning.

My initial contact with the office personnel was a very pleasant experience when I was searching for an apartment. They took their time to inform me about the property and the availability of apartments. I felt I had developed a relationship with the staff. Even with the multiple calls and questions I asked I never felt rushed in making premature decisions as to the type of apartment I was looking for. My compliments to the staff.

I have been living this apartment complex for 3 years and l love this community. The residents are nice. The management keeps the grounds clean with no trash. Pretty flowers..The schools and stores around apartment are nice. The apartment is near fast food places. The complex isn't far from the Short Pump mall. I really enjoy living here. I'am 62 years old so l look at my apartment as my retirement home.

My first day was terrible. They were changing out the appliances on the first day. I should have been called before the actual move in date to make other arrangements. I have only been here for a few days; but other than that, it seems alright. The neighbors are friendly and thus far it has been rather quite.

It was okay. I only had 5 to 10 items that I reported. Majority of the items were done, but one third was put on a waiting list. Some of the problems did not get resolved. There is a dog that barks all the time. I don't mind the bark, but it is the rental person who yells all the time living in the apt. I complain, but nothing happens.

It's been an interesting journey. The people here do not know how to use the trash compactor correctly. It's not the best community and offers no real amenities for how high rent is for a one bedroom. This is highway robbery.

For the most part people are nice, but lately there has been a large decline in the community. People don't clean up after their pets, They throw trash everywhere . I am also increasingly uncomfortable since we have had a few apartments burn down rather quickly in the last five years, which is why I am moving out .

Very Happy. Love the staff and the up keep. The system they use example. They e-mail you all up dates. Just a nice place to go home to. I feel very safe and they allow pets of all breeds and sizes. They offer a lot for a good rate... I am very satisfied

I love the community. The apartment has everything I need. The included amenities set this neighborhood apart from others in the area. Parking is adequate and the neighborhood remains well lit throughout the night.

We originally moved into building 7 and we never really had any problems. But once we downsized ,we ended up in limbo and the manager basically waited until a day or two before the last day of our lease to tell us that we didn't meet the income. So basically they originally lied about the income requirement and we basically was almost homeless due to lies that we were originally told. Once we moved into our current apt ,we have been experiencing all types of problems, they tried to say we couldn't get new carpeting because of the over spray of paint (done by the painters), insects(ants, stink bugs, and wasp) , we had our toilet fixed 3 times, and for the past 2 months or more our bathroom sink water stinks to high heaven . They have been trying to pacify the situation instead of fixing the issue.

For the most recent part, the community is fine. Some things that I have issue with: sharing a water bill with other residents in my building, Maintenance requests need to be correct the first time, trash being left in my yard or pushed over to mine. The last one strikes a nerve. I don't leave trash out anywhere, so I shouldn't be seeing the area in front of my place littered with it, nor should it be my responsibility to clean it up.
