Pool is great, people have been really nice. If you need something done in your apartment they are really good about getting it done quickly. So far I have no bad experiences everything has been great.

I would recommend others to live here. There have been a few issues a long the way. I know some of the things continue to happen. However I have enjoyed my stay here. The doors on the closet in the third bedroom continue to come undone and the screen door outside continue to comes off the track. The neighbors upstairs are pretty loud and careless when dropping things on the floor, but none of this has anything to do with the staff who I think are great. I also love the online servicing. and digital impact the company has made.

The move-in process was very easy, which I greatly appreciate. The office staff and maintenance have been extremely professional. I would highly recommend this community! My apartment was beautiful on my move-in date, so I really appreciate all of the effort the team put in to make my experience great!

Colonial Village at Chase Gayton is far more than what I had hoped for or imagined. The office staff are wonderful, the maintenance staff rocks, and the neighbors are a great bunch. Awesome place to call home!!

I have had some issues, but overall has been regular. I like the area but sometimes the materials for fixing are very bad. I am still waiting for someone to fix my wall and the hallway. It is expensive for the quality offered.

Affordable rent given the amount of space, including a separate room for additional storage. Quality of apartment differs by building but the maintenance staff is very prompt and friendly. When I first moved in packages were delivered to the leasing office but now they are delivered to the post office and you must pick up packages from the post office (which is very inconvenient given the times the post office is open). Parking is free and never an issue for residents or guests. Location is great for i64, grocery stores, malls, and schools. One downside is that the walls and floors are thin and you will hear your neighbors if they are speaking above normal tone.

The apartment staff is very friendly and always available if there are any questions or concerns. The apartments are a decent price for the size. This was the largest of the one bedroom apartments we found when looking to find a home. I love the fire places as well.

Staff is friendly and quick to respond to phone calls and online maintenance requests. The complex is safe and very dog friendly. The office has resident events and staff always smile and wave when driving past.

It has been a great experience because the individuals who are running the Chase Gayton office listened to what I wanted out of an apartment and made suggestions as to which apartment would best suite my needs

Nice community, good service, and pretty good apartments for the price that you pay for them. Good location close enough to short pump, but far enough away not to pay the high prices there. Grocery store nearby. Some of the furnishings could use updating, but overall a nice place.

I haven't had any issues so far. Staff is nice and personable. Neighbors are friendly. Grounds area could be kept a little cleaner around the community but overall it is a nice place to live. The outlets in the wall are very lose which I would say is the only real negative because half of them can't be used

Allowed my dog who is Rottweiler Sheppherd mix, she was adopted and very sweet but oyr options were very slim. These apartments were cheaper than others, their deposit for pets is high and the pool is small but they were very nice and easy to work with. Make sure the floorplan they show you is the one for your apartment, ours was not.

Quiet businesslike apartment community with professionals as residents. Attractive pool and tennis courts. Ample parking. Winding roads and tree coverage. Small but well-equipped gym and sauna. Staff available on site during business hours.

I just moved in on 1/6/18. I'm still waiting for them to come fix my tub since the maintenance order was placed on 1/7/18 and it's now 1/27/18. My neighbor right below me with a young child has been thumping their bass every weekend day/night since the first day I moved in. I have to adjust the volume on my tv or music to try to drown out the noise and that never works. They are the one thing that has made it unbearable living here. Also, constantly finding dog poop throughout the community has been irritating especially when there are dog bags and trash bins throughout the community. I will be moving out as soon as my lease ends.

In comparison to having moved from MAA property in Nashville, amenities, cleanliness, promptness of maintenance response to requests are timely and are comparable to Brentwood Downs. Rent increases are too high for an ongoing renter for Chase Gayton. Prior to living in TN, I lived in able apt communities that did not find it necessary to increase rent every year. When I renewed in October 2014, I asked for a discount since I was renewing a third time. I believe Michelle the property manager was unwilling to provide a lower rate due to a conflict earlier in the year whereing there was a tenant who moved to Atlanta was subletting to various people toward the end if her lease. It was obvious she only discounted the increase upon my renewal by $10. I will renew my lease again in 2018 unless an unknown situation arises and I have to move. The other ladies in the office are relatively friendly. MAA as a for corporation should focus on tenant retention. There is a high turnover of tenants.

Very major issues. I love having the pool, exercise room, dog park. The apartment complex is in an ideal area close to work, gas stations, grocery stores. The lighting is great and there are plenty of places to walk my dogs. The staff is pleasant and helpful. I think snow removal needs some improvement and concrete steps in my area need some work. Besides that...I am very happy here and plan on staying here for many years as long as the rent doesn't increase too much.

Overall it's a nice place, I think there's a few things that could be improved on. Sometimes the trash at the trash compactor will pile up and it becomes a mountain. When it snowed twice there wasn't much done to clear the roads and walkways, the sidewalks became very icy. During the summer there's a sprinkler that sprays the entrance of my building so I sometimes get wet going in/out.

It's been a great experience living at this community. Everyone's nice and very respectful.I like the fact that my dog is treated equally here. I've never had an issue with anyone nor Had to deal with parking. I would probably live here another year.

I've had a positive experience while living here, even though it is a bit pricey. The neighborhood is really nice and located near major shopping centers. The apartment is also very spacious. Overall, I'm pleased.

I'm getting more and more unhappy with Chase Gayton Apartments. I.e. pool maintenance, roaches and disgusting duct vents... My filter hasn't been replaced since November, I have asked 3x in the last 30 days.

Slum lords! Run far, far, away! Since the week I moved in I had issue after issue, to include the air conditioner breaking when it was 100 degrees outside. They FINALLY provided me with a portable unit after a couple of days without air conditioning because they didn't remember who they lent the unit to so they had to locate it. The tub when I moved in was absolutely disgusting. There was dirt and easily overlooked. I had to include it on the move-in inspection sheet to get them to come over and clean it. There are cabinets and doors that don't close and hard spots in the carpet that have actually cut my feet making them bleed when I walked barefoot on it. The biggest issue out of all of this however, is the constant use of marijuana that I have been reporting for months- including the very month that I moved in. After reporting it the second time and still not getting any feedback, I found out during my call to make yet another report that they "investigated and didn't smell anything". My question to them was, so I had to call you to find out that you SUPPOSEDLY did an investigation? No response. Then I asked follow up questions like "when was the investigation done?" and the answer that April in the office gave was "I guess right after you reported it". guess? Shouldn't you know?? My next question was, "I reported this while at work during my lunch break, when most people are at you thought the best time to investigate a smell is when most people are at work?" No response. I later sent an email asking for a log of days and times that they supposedly did their response. The next time I reported it, I was at work, and my daughter called to tell me that the smell was strong and present at that moment. I called immediately and reported it because one of the many times that I made this report, I was told to let the office know and that they would send emergency maintenance over. After I hung up with my daughter I rushed home. I went over to the office and maintenance was just sitting in a chair socializing with them. I went to the apartment and called them (I wanted to record the conversation) to find out if they had sent emergency maintenance over. I was told that no they weren't sent over because they "aren't trained to know what marijuana smells like". Yup....another crock of sh*%! Judy said that she called the non-emergency police number and they would send an officer over. This is the only thing that actually did happen. About an hour later, I looked outside and saw the officers chatting with the staff. Because I know by now that the office staff are full of sh*% when I saw the officers outside, I ran to catch them to talk with them myself about the situation - cell phone in hand. I asked the officers if they inspected and what they found. The first officer stated that his nose was stuffed up as he was still getting over a cold so he couldn't smell anything. The second officer stated that he DID IN FACT smell marijuana as soon as he opened the breezeway door, but he was unable to pinpoint which apartment the smell was coming from. FYI...I recorded this entire conversation. ? 2 days later, the regional manager (or whatever she is because during that last report I was told that wasn't her title even though previously I was told that it was her title- convenient) sent me an email stating that the officers concluded that they didn't smell anything and that they would like to bring this situation to a close. I responded to the email and told her that she is a liar, this is not true. One of the officers DID IN FACT smell it and I have it recorded! Of course at this point it's been about a week and she has not responded to that email. Needless to say, in summary.....RUN! Your issues if you ever have them (which is highly likely) will NEVER be resolved. They will ignore your reports, do FAKE investigations and never give you the results. Last I checked when you make a formal complaint you should receive the results of the "investigation" in writing. If you want to wake up every morning to the smell of marijuana, have your concerns ignored, and move into a dirty disgusting apartment, then by all means, please move here!

I have just moved into the community; but so far everything I've experienced has been beyond satisfactory. The property manager, Michelle, made me feel very at ease with any questions and concerns I had. Upon move in, she also followed up to be sure that everything was as it should be and that I was satisfied.

I am satisfied with home and community experience and paperless pay system. However I am not much satisfied with the trash disposal management system where one has to drive down to central location for trash disposal
