Nice place, but some appliances are a bit on the old side. We have not any trouble since moving in back in 2020. All of the office staff have been very helpful with any concerns you may have, as well of the maintenance staff.

The community grounds are very well kept. It is a pleasant place to come home to. I am thankful to the entire staff for all that they do to make their tenants feel comfortable. I just wish the gates would work as they should.

Quiet community for the most part been here a while with very few issues. Good place to live. maintenance guys are very friendly. Staff is pretty nice. dumpster area gets a little messy sometimes sometimes people are trifling and leave their trash on the road, which is terrible but they try to get it. Cleaned up pretty quick so overall pretty decent place to live.

Place isn't what they say, bait n switch. Management is trash, with a couple decent ppl. Upscale section 8 at best?. I would not have moved here if my prior place didn't have structural issues when I was up for renewal

Happy to be here. Apartment isn't super fancy but it's clean, well kept, and private. Maintenance staff does a nice job and has always been super respectful whenever I've asked them for help. Rent isn't too bad considering the amount of space and comparable prices in the area

Upon my apartment search, this place popped up and I'm glad I gave it a look. There were many apartment styles to choose from and the staff listened well to what my needs were. The application process is quite timely which is helpful as well as the quality of amenities. I have lived here for over 4 months so far and I enjoy it. I love how close the schools and groceries stores are in the area.

This has become my HOME. It is a great place, with top notch staff from the front management office, to the maintenance staff, to the ground staff keeping it a very friendly and beautiful place to live.

The maintenance staff jave been really good the last 8 years. I have been here since 2012. The community has been better years ago, but I guess the clientele has changed. I've installed door security to guard against another package theft. Overall, I have been pretty happy here and will be here for a while longer.

The maintenance staff is always friendly and polite, but generally very short staffed and not always able to respond as quickly as necessary. It has gotten MUCH better over the last year or so, however. The security gate is slow and obnoxious and does nothing to actually protect people's property and I wish they'd stop trying to use it. It breaks at least once a month. The office staff keeps the office phone on silent and never returns calls, and very rarely responds to emails. They're fine when you're able to talk to them in person. The apartments themselves are nice enough. Prices are too high everywhere, it's not particularly loud, and we've never had a bad neighbor. Parking is surprisingly good too. We've never had a bug issue! I've lived a lot of places, this is comfortably on the higher side of average. Not amazing, but we've been fine staying here for several years now and aren't in a hurry to leave.

This is our second lease at Brittany Commons. Happy with the people in office and maintenance crew. Location is great, quiet, yet close to all stores, everything is very accessible to get to. Happy here, recommend good to lease here!!!

This complex was much quieter when we moved in. Vehicles, minibikes, and dogs making more noise recently. I was not aware that motorized vehicles were allowed on the trails. Enforcement is needed with the noise issues.

Great place to live! Maintenance is top-notch, office staff friendly and competent. Landscaping is mature and well maintained. Very good with snow removal and clearing/treating road surfaces and walkways.

When I first moved in the staff was very supportive and professional . The staff is connected to the residence by showing how much they appreciate us. Every holiday they have something for the residence meet , eat and greet.

This is a very family friendly community, activities/events that bring the community closer together. The landscaping is beautiful. The staff are all helpful. I just wish there were better pest control practices.

The move in process was easy and smooth, plenty of convenient parking was available. My new neighbors have been friendly as well. Also, there are many, many, dogs which is a huge plus for us. I'm just not a huge fan of being forced to write a specific lengthen feedback to complete this survey.

So far so good however the smell of weed Happens to often, in general I am happy to live in the community and don't have any problems if I put in a request it is for the most part handled very quickly, I have always been able to get quick answers from the front office as well

It's a very nice and quiet community. Price is nice and the apartments are very nice inside too. Front office staff was extremely helpful when we were looking for our home to move into. Parking spots are a pain to find if you don't have reserve parking and you get back late.
