The office has been nothing but helpful and accessible, along with any maintenance requests that i've made. The only complaint that I have in this community is the neighbors not being as courteous as I would have liked.

    The apartments are okay. The apartment is spacious, a washer and dryer are included in the cost and the grounds are kept up. The appliances, carpet, paint and wiring need to be updated in the original apartments. In the last 2 years, I've only seen pest control once and they refused to treat my place because I work from home and couldn't leave for 2 hours. I don't plan to renew again but I would recommend due to space and location

      Community is fine. I don't have to interact with employees very much. However, the gym at Thalia has been pathetic for years. Very small for a community of this size and the equipment is either broken or old. Also, there is a lack of upkeep in the common areas of the buildings. Old tiles no baseboards, etc.

      Enjoy living at Thalia. Haven't had any issues since I moved there in 2018. Neighborhood is great for the most part. Would like to have our building cleaned weekly. Maintenance is great and usually responds quickly. Our building is very quiet. No one has kids and we all look out for each other for the most part.

        Somewhat poor Maintenance issues sometimes take weeks even months to get resolved even not totally Maintenance hard to get ahold of at times Dog rules not maintained of leashes poop not picked up etc .

          For the location, this is the better option for non-luxury apartments near Town Center, especially for the amount you pay for the amount of space you get. That is part of the reason my spouse and I haven't moved quite yet, with apartment prices going up, we get more bang for our buck.

            A beautiful community all around. Nice neighbors, the front office is quick to responding to issues. The only issue i have encountered is that my car was broken into and there was a shooting in the building behind me. Plus my apartment has mold in the linen closet.

              This community is a not a bad area to live very quiet. Anything I need done The team is very prompt with assistance I wish the rent doesn't go up each year but it's a very spacious apartment with great amenities

                I have had a hard time getting maintenance to fix things in my apt. I have to keep calling and go over the office in order for them to finally come. I had an emergency maintenance issue twice and they dragged their feet.

                  i've lived in the apartments and currently live in a townhouse . the people on the office are often rude and aren't good with communication when it comes to rent/housing issues/questions . the rent is increased without any upgrades or additions . the housing is falling apart , things don't work , there's water bugs/roaches and no one will address them . my water bill isn't MY water bill , the total bill is split up among the residents , so you pay more than you actually used . takes forever for maintenance to address issues and they really only put a bandaid on things then blame someone else for the poor work . the pool is a joke , it's usually dirty , and there's so many rules that you're better off just not using it and going somewhere else . some of the lifeguards there just ruin the whole experience of going to the pool . overall , this place needs new management and better maintenance . we pay too much money to live here to be getting so little . we deserve to have things work , proper communication , to live without bugs , and to not worry about the next thing falling apart or not working . and when things do fail , they should be handled in a timely manner . residents are blamed when the work was never satisfactory to begin with . that's a business issue , not the residents problem to handle .

                    Been here for 18 years and overall great experience. Wouldn't be opposed to incentives for the length of time we have lived here. A month free rent or something. But other than that we love where we live and the community we live in.

                      Security is poor, random people hanging out and smoking weed in the common area of the apartments, maintenance does not answer the phone and will mark tickets complete without showing up. When repairs do happen it takes weeks and multiple calls to have it completed. When the main office is notified nothing happens. When the main office is notified of security issues they do nothing but say "call security" who doesn't show up. When suggestions are made to improve safety and security we are told "we will look into it" which again means they will do nothing. Rent has also doubled since I first moved in and there have been no improvements.

                        It's a great place to live. Well kept, quiet and clean. Maintenance is usually timely. I don't like the fact that they stripped away my ability to pay my rent online. I have to do an electronic money order at Walmart which is totally inconvenient. Other than that it's a nice place to live

                              So far, my stay at this community has been fair. I do have some serious concerns about the flooding and the maintenance department. The flooding is very bad in the area of my apartment. The maintenance department needs improvement with addressing concerns in a timely manner.

                                Extremely overpriced for the amenities, and the prices just keep rising. Maintenence takes weeks to reply to requests. The parking lots and grounds flood often. The traffic noise is so loud, and gunshots are heard on an almost nightly basis. No one follows the quiet hours and music is loud and neighbors are screaming at each other. The whole place stinks of weed. Don't waste your time or money living here.

                                The office staff have not been very friendly or helpful from the start. It is never a pleasant experience interacting with them. The community is not safe our cars get broken into every night people get shot. Even trying to enjoy the pool is doesn't work because there are so many rules. You can't even play music. They told this little boy he couldn't have his beach ball. Every single thing in this complex is an uphill battle and sincerely unenjoyable. Our foyer is missing tiles on the floor the front door to our building doesn't close. I pay almost $1800 a month and the foyer is so embarrassing I don't want anyone to come over. I do not suggest Thalia Gardens to anyone.

                                  Maintenance will not fix your issues. They are timely but getting to the issues forget about it. What ever you do do not live on the first floor. Nothing but issues. The front desk does not get involved

                                    Only the new buildings I took into consideration?. The apartment itself is clean and well maintained. Service in the event of a breakdown responds quickly. The pool a total failure. Dirty, there are bird droppings floating around the pool and in the pool.                                       Love the floorplan.Nice,quiet community. The only problem I have is with the noise from the upstairs tenants.The floor creaks whenever they walk thru the apartment. Very annoying. The walls are super thin.

                                        I actually don't know a ton of my neighbors well. The only thing that has bothered me is the overwhelming smell of weed that happens in our building, and we were under the impression that was not allowed. The community itself is not a problem. We've had our most problems with the staff, as they are very rude.

                                              The office staff down to the head people in leasing are HORRIBLE. Always an excuse or some sort of dishonesty. The maintenance men Dwayne and Juan are awesome, but everyone else needs retraining on how to deal with tenants. I personally pay over $2,200 a month for rent, but nothing has been updated. No appliances, no additional parking, no additional incentives for rent increase. There has been an EXTREME amount of crime lately. Shootings, break ins, you name it and they don't even send over a message to residents stating all of the crime. The only way you can hear about this is through a community app which Thalia Gardens is ALWAYS on (and not in a good way). Clean up, communicate to your residents, and make the price increase worth it, and update/renovate things that haven't been touched in years, and it actually wouldn't be bad
