The apartments are very nice. It's pretty spacious for the size family we have. The pool is beautiful. The gym is updated recently and ive used it quite a few times. Eveeyone in the vacinity is friendly Generally, if something needs to be fixed, maintenance shows up pretty quickly. My only issue is there is mold around my windows. Upon telling maintenance a few times, I was told they would fix the problem, and when I spoke yo them last, I was told they would clean it once, and then I was responsible. Obviously, I have been cleaning it since I've told them multiple times. I did not like his response. All of the other maintenance men and office people are wonderful. I feel his response was not the right one since this issue is not my doing.

This is my first time moving out from my parents and having a place of my own, but I overall love the community such as the food trucks that come over, the events that are held, and other ways that Thalia Gardens keeps us active and engaged. I also appreciate the size of the apartment for the price it was at, which was a big contributing factor to moving here for my and my now-husband's first apartment

It's been the worst experience I've ever had with an apartment complex. The unit was not cleaned upon move-in; there were roaches and sewer flies, which I didn't have before moving in. For context, I moved into the new townhomes in the community in 2023. Things were great. Then, I downsized less than 3 months ago and have had issues ever since. Communicating with staff has been challenging. Maintenance management's lack of responsiveness is unprofessional and lacks accountability at best. At this point, I prefer to speak with a regional manager about the experience. So, an opportunity to connect will be helpful before I take any next steps to show that I did my due diligence to resolve the situation.

Maintenance does not answer request efficiently and will make your work order complete although it isn't. Still was not given access to garage. Had issues with getting access to mailbox for a while month after moving in.

The inside was new with floors, appliances. The outdoors are well kept. The service is great, sometimes slow in requests. The pool is nice, but we can't bring any water bottles that can be plastic. Our hall way can be used cleaner, we have to call. My wife has cleaned by herself sometimes. Sometimes the communication between the management is not clear.

I have had a wonderful experience at this development. I have no complaints. Furthermore, I am quite satisfied. Steve with maintenance is very proficient. He is extremely experienced and does a wonderful job.

I truly love this apartment complex. It has wonderful amenities and has very nice interiors. My neighbors have also been lovely! I truly enjoy getting to know them. I also love the community aspect of the housing office. They are very intentional about creating spaces for people in the community to connect and feel welcome. There are several parties and food trucks that are scheduled that help build community. I really enjoy living here!

For the most part it's been great. Staff is friendly, Maintenance team is quick and thorough. My one complaint would be on whoever they use for landscaping. They are sloppy and miss areas when mowing and leave the grass to long so it doesn't even look cut

Community has been great except the people who walk their dogs never clean up their dogs feces. I wish each apartment had two parking spots per home. Definitely looking forward to renewing my lease for my apartment

This is a very nice place to live. I will lead with that. Getting things taken care of in a timely manner or at all for that matter is not one of the strong suits around here. Repairs we've requested are left half-done with a promise to come back and they don't. If they even come to do them at all. The smell of marijuana is a daily constant. I've put in numerous complaints to no avail. A notice went out to everyone in our building warning that this is not acceptable and management and security will be checking the building. That was a joke. The smell is literally coming through the vents when ac/heat kick on. I don't care if people smoke but the smell is very unpleasant and embarrassing when we have company over. Something more needs to be done other than a letter with a fake warning.

At first I loved living here, it was so comfortable on the inside the outside was pretty basic. As time went on I began to hate it. My neighbors constantly let their front door and the main door going outside slam all day and it shakes our apartment and wakes up my toddler during nap time. They will do maintenance and not tell you what they are doing just making all this noise changing stuff outside your windows and not say anything to give anyone a heads up. Everyone around me smokes weed I hate it because I also have a child who's under 2 and does not need to be smelling that all day. They don't tell you any rough estimates of your water or any of the other ridiculous things they charge you for monthly. I have NEVER used $130 worth of water but that's what I'm paying. I thought this place was a steal at like $1,550 a month no. With all the other stupid stuff they secretly charge you for we pay closer to $1,800 to live here. We will be moving asap which is a shame because we thought this was going to be our place until we purchased a home but it's not. They need to start telling people rough estimates of their monthly charges, when I went to speak to someone about it all I got was an attitude an "well it said in your lease you would be charged for the whole community" so yes you will be charged if they have to empty and fill the pool if the people in the town homes are washing their cars outside your charged for every little thing that happens. It's the most ridiculous system I have ever heard of!!! DO BETTER THALIA GARDENS! I will NOT be recommending you to ANYONE!

My living experience at this community has been a pleasant one. The administrative staff have always been polite and responsive to any requests I've made. The grounds are nicely maintained, and when needed, the maintenance staff are very helpful. I feel safe and secure living here.

Experience was fine in the beginning. Not a fan about the switch from water being included and now it's not. The water bill being assessed per building is a financial disservice as my water bill is high based on others water usage. If there is an heavy walker who lives above, the floor creaks significantly and it can/will interfere with your peace and sleep. Since the end of last year, every time I have a package delivered during a time I am not home. My packages get stolen. I've resided in the complex for several years and never had this issue until new residents moved in. Now, I have to deliver my packages to another family member. Lastly, there was a time when rent was paid in full and on time according to the amount posted on the portal; however a notice of nonpayment was received to my door. This was due to cost on my account portal not reflecting accurately and a difference needing to be paid. Not a fan of receiving notices of that sort when it was not error on my part.

I have good experience living in Thalia Gardens. My suggestion is to allow residents to use water hose which is installed in maintenance building. It would be helpful to wash some staff e.g bicycles or motorbike. Residents should be informed about such possibility.

In the 4 years that I have lived here it has been like pulling teeth to get anything done. I had a ceiling leak for the first 6 months, a cracked and peeling ceiling for over a year, I've been made fun of to my face for having "off" hours (I work nights) when I complain about noise from maintenance it's crickets even though it's a law that 72 hours notice be given none ever is. I've had roofers wake me up at 7:20 am on a Saturday and then again at 8am the next Saturday. The office doesn't respond to complaints or emails unless they need something and when they ask for something they make sure to tell you it has to be taken care of that day. The water bill isn't metered bc they used to not charge for water but they got greedy after the pandemic like everyone else and we now pay a water bill that is divided by square footage and occupancy, so because I live in a 2 bedroom as a single person my water bill at times has been $75-$80. Over all my apartment is nice and spacious but rent has increased $350 a month over 4 years. The only reason I stayed this long is bc the other apartments in the area were more money for less space. Oh and if you are autistic or neurodivergent in any way with sensory issues you can forget about the office or staff caring to handle any noise complaints. When I called they told me I had to have proof before they would do anything. Even though as a tenant you have the right to a peaceful abode.

Living here for over 6months now has been really good for me and kids! I like the fact that our neighbors are pretty cool and everyone kinda stays to themselves. I also like how the community is pretty quiet not to much noise goes on around for the most part. The property definitely keeps up on the cleaning of the property. I also love how there's different events that happens within the community for the kids and adults. Overall a 9/10 for me.

It has been great! The overall look of the community Is kept up nice, when I call in a maintenence request they respond quickly. Small little issues have occured however they were address. So far so good!

I personally enjoy the community, me and my husband love our little apartment and how it feels like a safe community and not "------" per say. Everyone of our neighbors are nice and we say our "hello's" and our "good mornings". Parking is a little issue but it is not something crazy, on weekends is harder to find a visitor parking spot for one of our vehicles but it is simple a few feet away.

The community was nice when we first moved in but it just got progressively worse. The leasing staff is the furthest from cooperative when brought legitimate concerns. The security around here is a joke. We have had immense issues with our apartment and it was beyond difficult to get anyone out here. We have had a leak in our roof now for well over a year. We have a downstairs neighbor that smokes pot CONSTANTLY and they refuse to do anything about the fact that it consumes the entire apartment building. The staff is rude and the maintenance people are a whole other awful story. This place is definitely not up to the standard that is worth what we pay for it.

Experience has been pretty good - the apartments are nice and renewal process is pretty quick. The plumbing in the apartments is not great but the maintenance staff does seem to be responsive. It can be luck of the draw with your neighbors which is a factor as the sound insulation between floors and bethrooms could be a lot better.

It's been okay so far. When Infirst moved I dealt with a major issue which was a water leak through my window I had to get it accessed multiple times until someone could tell me what was wrong and then they took forever to fix it. The maintenance team is nice but they aren't very responsive. I am unsure if it has to do with miscommunication on their end or what I think they need a better system because they always forget to get back to me and so have to follow up constantly. Another thing I don't like is how much they charge for water. It's way more than I know I use and honestly it should be prorated every month. We pay enough for rent monthly which should be factored into the cost of water I think it's ridiculous that there are additional fees taken on top of rent like don't you all take enough money for it to be applied to things such as water and fees. Factor monthly rent into those things not stuff like buying flowers that's just extra and unnecessary I am sure people would rather their rent go towards other expenses such as water and sewage and whatever random fees you all like to add.

The people in the office of Thalia Gardens are always so kind and have always been willing to help to the best of their abilities. My overall experience here has been really good. The area itself seems overall safe. The only complaint I would have to share is when maintenance is needed they do not always answer or call back.

I've loved living here for the past 3 years! Maintenance team is great and always so polite, along with the folks in the leasing office. I've recommended this community to plenty of people. Very family friendly and close to stores and entertainment!

Community is quiet, parking isn't terrible one spot is yours. Things get fixed pretty quickly, and are very professional. Everything is pretty close to be able to visit local attractions. Can be a little pricey but?

Has not been a good experience, from my catalytic converter being stolen , kids throwing footballs at my car , issues in my apartment and issues with the leasing office , I even sent an email about issues I was having and they didn't even respond back to apologize etc I spoke to Stefani almost a week later and her response was "oh yea we saw it , it was just all maintenance issues so we didn't respond?" I've also had issues where she had a nasty tone with me and said I lied about a putting my rent in the drop box so the manager had to play the cameras and I didn't receive an apology on the situation and how she talked to me. Because of that situation when she thought I was lying she sent my account to legal and I received a summons on my door for unpaid rent? I spent a whole day with no water no one told me they were turning it off then I guess they broke the valve and didn't say anything I only found out because I called emergency maintenance at 10 pm to see when they were turning it back on because I had already missed work because of this? the plumber broke my toilet he was trying to fix it and so he just broke off the piece he though was broken so now my toilet doesn't flush the same. I've had to many issues and I'd like to speak with upper management with my legal team as soon as possible
