I like that there is a lot of sunlight in my apartment, and the apartment is spacious. They are pretty quick to respond to maintenance issues. The complex is quiet, and I feel safe walking late at night.

I'm still at this apartment honestly because I am comfortable and looking for house and the housing market isn't the best right now. Rent has been raised twice with access to less amenities than I had access to in the beginning when I first moved here. There was a double homicide in the complex and I found out about it via Wavy 10. The front office makes sure they email about everything else though. It's quite sad actually. My car has been broken into. We supposedly have a roving security guard but I can count on one hand how many times I've seen them. Security definitely needs to be upped if they will be charging the amount they do for rent.

It's has been the worse experience ever . From day one we had issue with our A/C unit for days and week during the summer of 2021 we didn't have proper center A/C they had two provide two portal A/C unit. This increase my light bill and I raise this issue and concern to management nothing was ever done . There are so many more issue . Overall I will not recommend this community .

Been at the apartments for 5 years and i haven't had really any issues except for one instance for a 6-month period with some bad neighbors. Office addressed it and made us all safe once more. any maintenance issues, if any were address on a timely manner. the only thing that has changed in the last year is now we pay for water. to me it does not seem fair that a single person is charge the same as a unit that has 2 or more tenants. I know I don't use 75.00 worth of water a month, but if that's all I have to complain about that's pretty good since I am in an apartment. I have no intensions on moving. I like living here, I just hope when my rent is ready to renew there isn't a major increase, since we have the water bill now. they have been very fair on the increases so far. Keeping my fingers crossed

My maintenance request are always answered in a timely manner. The apartments are definitely older and have some wear and tear but I love how spacious it is. My main complaint is the dog poop. No one cleans up after their dogs here and it seems like the complex management doesn't care. If you take a walk around the neighborhood you'll see dog poop everywhere. You can't let your dog or kid walk around the grass without worrying about them stepping in it.

When we moved here in 2009 till 2years back we really loved this community our apartment and all neibourhood. We used to tell proudly we live here. From last two years everything has changed and its like hell .you will found animal waste on the side walks .you see strange people walking in with suspicious activities .robberies has taken place during day time. We are waiting to finish our lease so we can get out from here. It's no more worth living here in shady apartment complex.

For as much as I pay for to live here, my experience with this community is ok. It could get a whole lot better. I have been having issues with the maintenance department for the past year concerning some repairs.

The maintenance team is pretty good. They handle the problem pretty quickly. The office is nice as well and communicate as much as possible with you. The only thing I don't like about my place is how both bathrooms are not shower/tub combo. Also, it seems as though the tub was just painted over in some areas, so when I used my cleaning products, the paint turned a color that doesn't look too appealing. I didn't notice it was paint around the tub until after I started cleaning.

My experience has been positive living here. There are not many locations that still have gas in the kitchen which I prefer. I do like the new added security company that patrols the nights. The thing I dislike the most is the new way of paying for water. It is unfair to have to pay the part of other users as my water bill has more then doubled since then even though I have used no more water then previous months.

I am a current renter. I have lived here for a couple years. It is located close to Town Center and the interstate, which is convenient. The apartments are also larger than most you come across. (Especially with walk-in closets). The cons: upstairs noise (if you live on a 1st floor apartment-you will hate it), the grounds/ grass in particular-dog owners do not pick up after their dogs (perhaps maintenance/office staff should implement a fine if caught), grounds/parking lot-only given 1 space per unit, guest parking is scarce and sometimes vehicles don't move for months, people do car repair/have their vehicles on lifts which make property look less than desirable. Make sure your paperwork is up to date-they charge a fee if paperwork has lapsed, but coverage hasn't. Security (?) I don't think there is security on the grounds, have only had a couple instances of people knocking on door late at night. Maintenance is ok-sometimes have to remind them of issues, or they sometimes come into unit without announcing and you find out when you see evidence of something being done when you come home from work. Having had much interaction with office staff, so can't comment on them.

I really enjoyed my time here at Thalia Gardens. What I got for the price was fantastic especially for the are. The staff was fantastic, especially Kaylyn and Olivia. They were always so responsive to emails and tried to make everything right as quickly as they could. The only complaint I have is...the noise. If you live in the downstairs units, you WILL ahead your upstairs neighbors. I have lived in a lot of apartments and this by far was the loudest. I would actually get woken up in the morning. And it wasn't like it was kids running around. It was just them purely walking. It reminded me of an old country house ! But overall, the staff, maintenance, the area was awesome. Highly recommend if you can get past the noise!

I came in on a weekend and meet with JB. She was super friendly and explicit in details regarding what my family was inquiring about in a new home. I reserved a unit but later during the week learned the unit was already rented but I also wasn't keen on location, so I reserved another unit. However the ladies in the office Callie and Stephanie wasn't as helpful or friendly. It was like I was another section 8 case to them. I'm a hard working citizen and don't receive any public assistance and shouldn't be looked upon differently because of the color of my skin. Bypassing all of that, I kept my unit on hold after seeing the model unit. I was told of upgrades but later discovered my unit didn't have any of the newer upgraded fixture, in fact things are all mixed matched. Should have done further research and rented a town home for the money I pay for a 2 bedroom apartment here.

The staff are friendly, kind and accessible. The maintenance crew seem to be as well. But say they will respond within the same day, but usually will pop up days later, and if the maintenance manager shows up, he is LOUD and INTRUSIVE! My first year here was great. But over the last year, there have been many facility issues that have lead me to end my lease. There is little between the upstairs and downstairs units as far as sound barriers/insulation! I can hear my neighbor walking into his place and literally can tell you what room he is in at all times! The water damage. I will post pictures! This place is constantly shutting off the water supply. And now I think I know why. In June, I reported my linoleum was peeling. Maintenance claimed it was from 'old' water damage and the darker tones in color, 'may be mold.' So I scheduled a replacement in July, only replaced half of my flooring with their 'new' flooring and left the rest as it was. Then we went on vacation and when we came back, found what appeared to be black mold growing in our entry way. When we reported this to management in August, they painted over it in September. With that said, I have developed a severe skin allergy to mold and am seeing an allergist and dermotologist for my skin. I will attach pics of everything I claim and even have video!!!

I love this community because it is in the perfect location, right by town center. The community is beautiful, quiet and super friendly!! Our apartment is more than we expected. It is beautiful and feels like a real home. JB was so helpful we truly could not have done this without her. She made everything so clear for us to understand and really made us feel like we were welcomed. We are so thankful for her!! I can see us staying here for a long time!

As soon as I walked into the office I felt at home. They offended me condiments without my intentions of moving in. The staff was very professional and very helpful. Every question I asked, they had a answer for. They helped me find the best apartment within my budget and the apartments I looked at was very beautiful. JB and Shauna are the best. Without they’re help I would’ve just turned around and walked out. No confusion, no hassle, no complications. They took they’re time with me and guided me through the whole process. Thanks. I recommend these apartments and this staff to anyone that is looking for a wonderful place to call home.

First let me say that I'm not a current resident, and can't really rate the apartment complex, which is why I gave 3 stars to just about everything. The front office has been very nice the times that I have went, and I would love to move here, but I found out that we'll get disqualified due to us being late on our current rent over 3 times, and that's seriously it. Precisely it's been 4 times and boom we're disqualified. Never had evictions, judgments, don't owe our current apartment complex anything, just been late by a day or 2 as we don't get a grace period and our checks fall on odd days sometimes. I think that it's crazy that they'll possibly let a felon live here (side eye), but wont think twice about you moving here if you've been late on rent. They're not even willing to hear you explain the reasoning. We've never been late on rent before, and we've even been qualified to live here, and paid the lowest deposit less than 2 years ago. Just wish they would look at the bigger picture, instead of a piece of information.

This apartment complex claims to be dog friendly but there are never any poop bags at the poop stations and there is no space for dogs to play. I understand that poop bags at the service stations aren't a "necessity" but when you're out walking your dog and suddenly run out of your own bags, having a back up option helps keep the grounds clean. The tennis courts say no dogs allowed & if you let your well behaved dog off leash you will get reprimanded and told that you're breaking your lease. After paying a $300 one time pet fee & $30 a month pet rent PER PET, I am sure that Thalia Gardens has enough money to build a basic dog park. There is plenty of green space to throw up 4 fences & create an off leash space for dogs. Thalia Gardens hypes up how dog friendly they are, however, they need follow through and truly be dog friendly and they need to stop making their dog owners feel unwelcome.

So glad I moved here. The ladies in the office are so nice it makes you feel like you're visiting family every time you go in there. I am so happy I referred my niece to live here and JB helped her and was so great. Callie and Jenny are the managers and will help you with anything and are quick to address any concerns. Eldon in the maintenance dept is so polite and knowledgeable. I missed Sherry answering the phone but Eldon has been so good. I will be renewing my lease next year and will be staying at Thalia for a long time. Thank you to all the employees for doing a great job. Great location too. Love being so close to a Town Center.

The staff are extremely nice and the apartments are very spacious. I have "yet" to see any major bug concerns. Neighbors pretty much stay to themselves and some hardly speak at all which is fine by me because I stay to myself as well. The only complaint I have is when people blatantly leave trash in the parking lot when "CLEARLY" there is a dumpster sitting right in front of the complex big as day. As a matter of fact, there are several dumpsters in the community. It isn't that hard to pick up your trash and dispose of it properly. Overall, Thalia Gardens Apartments is a nice place to live.

This is our second month here at Thalia gardens and so far we love it! The apartments are spacious, clean, and updated. Noise is to be expected as it is an apartment, and maintenance is also great. JB from the rental office is AMAZING! She went out of her way to help us through the leasing process, and even stayed after hours once to get everything straight. She only works the weekends so if you're looking to rent here I'd highly recommend going in then and working with her.

Very rude office staff. Terrible parking situation. Not enough spots for all the vehicles parked all over the place. Usually have long walk to apt unless you get lucky. ROACHES!!!! ROACHES GALORE!!! MICE always getting into apartments and don't even get me started on the constant water leaks many of these apartments deal with on a regular basis. Apartments are spacious but way over priced. Not safe at night. cars always getting broken into. walls are very thin. I can constantly hear my neighbors going up and down steps from my bedroom. BOOM BOOM BOOM at 5 in the morning. awesome. One good thing I can say is the maintenance guys are really great. Super nice guys and always willing to do whatever they can to help you out. Other than that I would suggest you go elsewhere. You can do so much better for your money.

Neighbors are allowed to smoke so much weed it fills your apartment, blast music all day and night, and throw garbage everywhere but if you complain about it YOU'RE the bad person and the office will RETALIATE towards you if you complain.

My wife and I moved in a 1 Br apt at Thalia Gardens and signed an 18 month lease. We loved it. Never had an issue. If anything broke maintenance would fix it right away. Well we had a child and when our lease was up we needed a 2 br apt. We enjoyed it here so much that we rented a 2 br in Thalia Garden however the apartment that we were given failed big time. None of the outlets on one side of the living room worked. That was ok we could deal with that but we learned that our new apartment has roaches. We called the rent office and they came to the apt and said they didnt see anything as if we were making it up. They went to our previous apt and did not find any trace of roaches or anything else. Now we are stuck in an apartment with subpar living conditions. Wish we had a way out this is so frustrating disappointing and scary because we have a 9 mnth old
