The staff is unfriendly. Act like they are doing you a favor. I went with my girlfriend and they did everything fast like they want us to leave fast. Right after this place we went to a different complex and they were super kind and nice to us, we closed an hour after with them.

No ac. Entry point is through the entire garage. And new flooring is thin so keep in mind the unit above you and the Boeing cars at 430am or 515 am or 1130 at night, But everything else is great for pools or hot tubs or the gym and location.

More cowbell would definitely liven up the joint . The maintenance team is friendly enough, albeit they take a few days to get to you. Seems like there is always an elevator or two down. The kitchen hot water is a bit of a challenge. Overall good place to live.

Lots of verbal courtesy, little actual work done. I had to bug front office several times over course of a week just to get status on a service request when it got put on hold. 4 time front office staff said they would check and let me know after they check by leaving a voice mail or email, and all 4 times they failed to do so. Feels like unless you're there to look over them to get the issue resolved it gets put to the side.

The common areas are very comfortable and well-maintained. The gym is spacious, and there are private rooms for work or studying, as well as a room where you can play darts, which I really enjoy. However, I hope the coffee machine will be repaired soon, as it has been out of order for quite some time.

Despite this, the overall quality of the apartments and the professionalism of the staff outweigh this concern for me. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a modern, well-maintained apartment with excellent amenities, just be aware that noise can occasionally be an issue.

The complex is near a lot of shopping and businesses. The rent price is okay. The staff are very nice and the units are pretty well sound proof. I love that they allow three pets. Sometimes the elevators and parking garage gates are out of order for awhile. I wish the apartment had central air and a window that opens vs. just the Juliet balcony.

Please let tenant know about the key points like breaking lease fee is transfer fees, and wherever you are going to charge them like cleaning fee Sometimes it get frustrating that people are not aware that they have been. They have to pay this much fee for transferring the apartment for changing the apartment. It's written on the lease, but it's too much to read. So your team should at least inform them all this key points.
